- Susan (10/5): Spacious apartment in quiet safe neighbourhood - We stayed for a week here and it had everything we needed. It was very spacious and the staff very helpful if we needed anything. The location was perfect for us. Close to trains buses and supermarkets. Would definitely recommend. Maybe a few more kitchen utensils and a microwave but we certainly made do.

- Stanley (9/5): Very good price/performance for your stay - Studio was well furnished and nice. It is big enough for a family of 3 and location is good - very close to Schönbrunn. Good WiFi - 100/20 Mbit down/up. Quiet neighborhood, several bus stops away from the very center of Vienna.

- Viktoria Luisa (10/5): - We stayed in one of the apartments on the first floor, which was spacious, bright, comfortable and very clean. We also appreciated that it was very quiet (especially at night). Check-in and -out was very easy and you can easily reach the place by public transport (metro and bus). The neighborhood is nice and the proximity to Schönbrunn park gives you the option to easily escape into a little bit of nature. Except the fact that I have a very personal preference for harder mattresses there was absolutely nothing negative I could say.

- Margaret (9/5): Ottima posizione fuori dal centro - La struttura era piccola e silenziosa in una zona fuori dal caos del centro ma ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Avevamo tutto che ci serviva e sentivamo al sicuro. Non c'era molta comunicazione con lo staff; ci hanno fornito l'indirizzo e il codice d'ingresso all'appartamento ma ci sarebbe piaciuto sapere quali mezzi prendere per arrivarci dalla stazione centrale o dall'aeroporto. Abbiamo telefonato ma non ci rispondevano e abbiamo scritto un email senza risposta. Abbiamo scoperto da sole come muoverci.

Apartamentai netoli Schonbrunn rūmų, pasiekiama pėsčiomis. Maisto parduotuvės šalia, tai maisto galima pasiruošti pačiam. Tik noriu atkreipti dėmesį kai vesit atsiųstą durų kodą - nesumaišykite skaičių eilutėse.

- Silvia (9/5): - Eine sehr hübsche kleine Wohnung, für einen kurzen Städtetrip perfekt. Gut geheizt (Dezember), sauber, ruhig. Der Türcode war etwas mühsam zum Eingeben, da die Tastenverteilung irgendwie unlogisch ist- wir brauchten meist mehrere Anläufe. Letztendlich hat es aber immer geklappt. Es liegt nicht in der schönsten Gegend von Wien, aber recht zentral und ruhig.

- nbonev (10/5): Suitable for any type of stay - The hosts were very welcoming and responded very fast. Both flats we rented were very clean and warm (i.e. December visit). The location is quiet and although it might seem a bit far from the city center, there are numerous buses that quite convenient, as well as the U4 metro. Lastly, there are quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance. Overall would highly recommend for any type of stay. N/a

- Varuna868 (9/5): Awesome spot for a short stay - We entered using door codes, the instructions were very clear and we had no issues at all. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was just a 1 minute walk to a bus stop that took us to the various locations we wanted to visit, so I'd say the location is great as well. The lobby area is stunning, with glass ceilings to soak up the sun and cozy weather. Will definitely recommend others to stay. I honestly can't think of any negatives. Our stay was just for one night and everything was wonderful.

- Kateřina (10/5): - Bydleli jsme v apartmánu T2 v přízemí a při zavřených oknech skvěle odhlučněné, při otevřeném je slyšet " tepot města vzdáleně" a vůbec nás to nerušilo. Dokonce jsme v prosinci slyšeli k ránu zpěv ptáků. Ubytování čisté, vzdálenost od metra asi 600 metrů. Dostatek ručníků, pohodlná lůžka. Krásně zařízeno, Rozhodně ubytování doporučuji.

In der Küche ist alles wirklich gerade zweimal vorhanden, wenig Kochgeschirr Könnte mir vorstellen, dass es im Sommer sehr warm wird, da es nur ein Fenster zum überdachten Innenhof gibt Waren in Appartement 3

- Ildikó (10/5): - Két éjszakát töltöttünk itt. Csodás ház, szép, nagy, kényelmes, jól felszerelt , meleg szoba, padlófűtés, tökéletes tisztaság. Segitőkész tulaldonos: azt is lehetővé tette, hogy hamarabb foglaljuk el a szobát Minden kérdésünkre azonnal választ kaptunk. A kódos belépés tökéletesen működik. . A schönbrunni kastély gyalog is elérhető. A belváros U4 metróval könnyen elérhető. Közelben található pékség, bolt. Egyszóval: minden kiemelkedö. Nincs ilyen.

Дуже затишний спільний коридор, в якому є все необхідне для відпочинку. Близькість до метро. У ванній кімнаті з душової кабіни витікає вода на підлогу.

The bathroom is very spacious and beautiful. The room temperature (end of October) was perfect too. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.
