• Marcel (7/5): okej - Szybka komunikacja z gospodarzem. Niestety zachodząc do apartamentu nie mieliśmy w nim poszewek na kołdrze oraz suszarki do włosów - powiadomiliśmy o braku suszarki z odpowiedzią ze, ją otrzymamy niestety tak się nie wydarzyło.

• Augusto (8/5): Bem boa, apesar de ter de subir a primeira vez 4 andares de escada para buscar a chave, a localização é boa e tudo é bem - Perto do centro e principalmente do Milano centrale para quem quer ir para como na parte da manhã. Limpo, organizado. A central deles de atendimento me ajudou em deixar as malas lá antes do check in que é as 15:00 A porta da varanda da sala estava quebrada e não dava para entrar luz, apenas a porta da varanda do quarto estava abrindo.
• KRAVTCHENKO (9/5): Super - Le check in Check out est facile. Le lit est très confortable. La Clim est un vraie plus en période estivale. Tout est fonctionnel. Le frigo est très grand. Adapté séjour court et long Le ménage manque de profondeur surtout dans la salle de bain. Ce n’était pas salle mais pas 100% propre.
• Sona (4/5): - I give 2 stars because the location was very good. Otherwise they don't deserve stars as you check in a dusty and dirty apartment. I had to ask them to come and clean the floor as it was all dirty and baby's feet became all black walking on that floor. Curtains full of dust. Kitchen pots were dirty too. Customer service is bad. Just giving you hard time with check in details info. after 100 emails last minute you get the access code.

• Jodie (7/5): Good - The style of the accommodation was really nice. The air con was great. The location was super helpful for using Milano Centrale for day trips to other cities. There were some good restaurants around, whilst it also being simple to get into central tourist sites. The bed was super hard and we found it difficult to get a comfy sleep. Floor could have been cleaner.
• Ivan (5/5): If you are with your couple,dont go there.Its not the best stay at all - The location is good,and the staff in the central station were very nice Its very noisy apartment,the neighbors are very noisy too,the window’s cant be closed,the floor was very dirty.the bed is not comfortable

• Cristina (6/5): Pleasant - It was close to the central station and secure The lift was temperamental. Some one next door in the units was smoking most of the time, so we had to endure that. Not pleasant. If you are using the fold out bed as well. It is crowded and you can fall off the step very easily as it is difficult to see. Apart from those issues it is fine.

• Lang (2/5): The place was dirty. Sofa was covered in crumbs. Towels, Pillow Cases and Floor covered in dust. - Location was pretty good, it was near public transport (Metro) The room was dirty. The sofa still had leftover crumbs from the guest before, which made us feel the place wasn't cleaned properly. The floor was grainy and covered in dust, so I had to vaccum it myself as soon as we entered the building. We were given 2 large towels and 2 smaller towels. Both large towels had black dust on them. When we called to ask for replacement towels, they said they "are not a hotel". When we explained that it was because the towels were covered in black dust, they said they understand and would send someone over... Which they never did. We were constantly anxious about someone potentially walking in during our stay, since we had our laptops/ shopping/ chanel handbags out in the open. We were left ultimately disappointed by the cleanliness of the place. The pillows were also stained, it looked like it was from someone's makeup? It was gross. Very disappointing considering this was booked to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Will not be booking with Italianway ever again, would NOT recommend this to anyone.

• Michael (4/5): Nice place but bare naked. - The apartment was nice and clean, BUT the bed was as hard as the Gibraltar rock and the kitchen was bare-empty, while typically one can fine minimum of salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea. Bring your own mattress and basic staples to this place!
