• Victor_2016 (9/5): Estancia de trabajo y turismo - Un buen hotel, bien ubicado, cerca al seaworld, varios restaurantes y los premium outlets mall, no tuve la oportunidad del tomar el desayuno pero se veia bueno. la atencion del personal es genial y el lobby es bien bonito. estuve varios dias y siempre me gusta colocar el letrero de "do not disturb" pero igual con el letrero en la puerta tocaban y tocaban a ver si uno necesitaba algo cosa que incomoda bastante.

• Guerra (8/5): Overall it was excellent and we will return. - The location was very convenient and the access to and from the hotel was easily accessible. The pool offers its own towels so you don't have to worry about bringing and taking towels. There was a nice quiet library and also a office space that was private and quite. They also have a nice little selection of goodies to purchase in the lobby at any time that was very convenient for snacks and drinks. The family suite was way bigger than I expected. Our family of 6 fitted with room for at least 2 more. I will definitely recommend tryp and will return. The only thing that I would have like was the pool to have been open a little later I enjoy late night swims and the pool closes at 7 which was about the time we were coming in from the parks in the area. Also the elevators sound a like they need some maintenance I used the stairs mostly.

• Montana (1/5): - Upon checking in one of our kids became very ill. Attempting to keep other guests and staff from potentially picking up whatever virus we now had going on, we alerted the front desk prior to entering the building and asked if we could get a refund. After talking with the 3rd party site we booked with, we were told a refund could be possible but it was ultimately up to the management of the hotel. There was not an available manager to speak with at the time, so we decided to drive the 3 hours back home. Less than 24 hours later and zero contact from the hotel we were denied our refund. We 100% understand we were out of our timeframe to cancel per policy, however, we also figured the hotel could show some compassion and work something out with us to avoid charging the full rate. Management has yet to respond to our attempt to speak with them or even reach out to make sure our child is doing ok. We have zero plans on staying at this location, or any other Wyndham location again, solely for their lack of empathy, safety, and wellbeing of their guests. At the end of the day we’re out $175, they’re out a customer with annual passes and many upcoming weekend trips.

The location on International Drive was perfect—close to everything we wanted to be near, which made getting around super easy. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The staff were all so kind and helpful, which always makes a stay that much better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our stay. Even though we were told the hotel is about 5 years old, it honestly felt brand new—everything was fresh and well-kept. On top of that, the price was very affordable for the quality and location. Definitely a great value, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Ela é extremamente prestativa, simpática. Angela resolveu tudo com agilidade, deu dicas ótimas e fez a gente se sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindo. Atendimento 10/10 — ela foi um dos grandes destaques da nossa viagem -O café da manhã é bem agradável, variado e uma ótima forma de começar o dia. - A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns foi excelente durante toda a estadia. - As vagas de estacionamento gratuitas foram super práticas (sem dor de cabeça nenhuma!). - O banheiro do quarto é ótimo — espaçoso, moderno e muito bem equipado. O hotel tem uma localização ótima na International Drive, quartos confortáveis, wi-fi bom e tudo o que precisamos para uma tranquila. Recomendo fortemente, especialmente para quem quer conforto, boa estrutura e um atendimento humano e atencioso.

• Ercan (5/5): Not that comfortable. - The location and the staff. Staff was approachable, smiling and warm welcoming. Bathroom was so bad, the room has high humidity that I even turned the AC to 62, but I couldn’t reduce the humidity. I strongly believe the terrible design of the bathroom is driving that. You can see many metal equipment in the room and in the hotel (restrooms) were rusty driven by that high humidity.

The location was perfect—super close to Discovery Cove, which made everything really convenient. The staff were amazing—very friendly, positive, and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have any issues at all. Honestly, everything felt perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Throughout the entire night and into the morning, I could hear the side entrance door repeatedly slamming due to constant foot traffic. There doesn’t appear to be any soft-close mechanism, so every entry and exit results in a loud bang—making it nearly impossible to rest. On top of that, there was continuous noise from the room above me, sounding like someone running back and forth. Overall, it was an incredibly disruptive and frustrating experience. I’m honestly unsure how this is considered a four-star hotel—that alone feels misleading based on my experience. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the staff—Jasmine and Angela—were very welcoming and friendly, which I truly appreciated.

Achei tudo muito organização, novo e limpo. Amei muito mesmo! Todos funcionários atenciosos e toda nossa experiência foi excelente. A localização também é ótima e o custo-benefício excelente. Gostei de tudo, mas tenho alguns comentários sobre feedbacks que li antes da viagem. Algumas pessoas avaliaram o lugar negativamente por causa da limpeza, mas a gente não usa serviço de limpeza de quarto, preferimos nós mesmo organizarmos tudo, então não sei opinar. Sobre estacionamento, também vi comentários falando que tinham poucas vagas, mas a gente não teve esse problema. Um dia chegamos depois da meia noite e paramos em frente a entrada, sem problemas. Fomos durante o spring break, então estava bem cheio.

Some the furniture is dirty. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but a lot of the plugs don't work. Also, the blinds get stuck or they're just ripped, dirty, and broken.

• Sharon (8/5): A nice stay we would certainly come back. - The heated pool was great after a long day walking, the staff were polite and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The lifts to the upper floors were in and out of action.
• AleXP1981 (9/5): Opção tranquila, limpa e funcional em Orlando. - Fiquei hospedado por 3 dias no Tryp e gostei bastante, o meu quarto era amplo, silencioso e limpo, a cama era boa e a equipe de atendimento foi sempre simpática nas interações. O estacionamento era gratuito e não tive problemas para encontrar vagas disponíveis. Ele não está localizado perto da parte movimentada da International Drive, mas isso não foi um problema pra mim. A pressão do chuveiro não era boa. Nas fotos do quarto, o box era de vidro, mas no meu quarto o box era de cortina.
