• Dunn (10/5): - Excellent stay in a lovely apartment. Instructions were clear as I didn't actually meet with the owner in person but check in went smoothly. Place was a good size and very clean. Excellent location with it being over the road from an underground station and was also very quiet considering.

• Shanks (10/5): Fab flat steps from Campden Town - Awesome location steps from Campden Town, a lovely apartment with plenty of space for five of us.
• Annemarie (9/5): - communication was top notch and eveyrthing was made clear from the very start. cleanliness was also really good, and location perfect for our needs! Not enough fans in the premises and rooms were very hot. size of the bedrooms was also small, but workable.

• Katie (1/5): Horrendous and unsafe. - The property was in a great location and was spacious and clean. We were given a code to enter the property via an internet portal on the day of arrival. This worked just fine and check in ran smoothly. However, later on that night we tried to input the same code and it didn’t work which meant We were locked outside the apartment in the freezing cold for nearly 2 hours. We tried to phone the property on the emergency number provided and communication was poor. We had no answer for a significant amount of time , and when they eventually did answer they told us they’d phone us back and didn’t for another half an hour. As you can appreciate this was horrendous for 2 young females being stuck outside on the streets in November at 2am in the morning. This could also have been far worse if we were alone. Our phone battery was about to die and as you can imagine we were panicking about our belongings inside and being stranded on the streets. Eventually the property managed to open the lock over the phone but this took way longer than it should have done. The following day I contacted the property to raise a dispute and they said this often happens because of a lack in internet connection on the keypad. they would get back to me. Almost a week later and I am still waiting for this response. Not good considering we paid £200 for the night.
