Personel son derece samimi ve yardımseverdi, her zaman güler yüzle karşıladılar. Kahvaltı tam bir ziyafetti; çeşit bol, lezzet harikaydı. Ayrıca otel, metrobüs durağının hemen yanında olduğu için ulaşım konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadık, şehrin her yerine kolayca gidip geldik. Huzurlu atmosferi sayesinde hem dinlendim hem de keyifli vakit geçirdim. Bir sonraki gelişimde hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalacağım. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim.

Beaucoup de bruit de route mais aussi d’autre bruit pas très agréable à entendre surtout avec des enfants. Mal situé pas très accessible depuis l’aéroport. Dommage car le personnel est très à l’écoute et serviable. Je ne recommande pas pour une découverte de la Turquie

Ütü ve ütü masası istediğimde ütü masası yoktu, ütü de tabanı tamamen yanık olarak geldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ancak konaklama deneyimi çok kötü.

Personel nahif ve çözüm odaklı. “Sıvı sabuna alerjimiz var” dediğimizde bizim için (iyi bir marka) bir kalıp sabun alarak odamıza getirdiler. Ödenen bedelin karşılığı fazlasıyla alınıyor.

• ben (4/5): - Pretty disappointed with my stay unfortunately. Staff were nice, but there were quite a few things wrong. Upon entering my non-smoking room, I was greeted by an ashtray. The light fixture was broken and upon inspection I could see dirt/ash in the light. The shower attachment was broken, the air-conditioner had not been cleaned in a while and was covered in mold. The fridge was caked in a block of frost, and it was often noisy inside and out. In my week there, my room was cleaned only once. I asked about this after 3 days and was told house cleaning must be requested which I thought was a little odd. Lots of marks on the walls of the room and wall paper was peeling at bits in the room.

• Nora (4/5): - Nous avons passer 1 semaine dans cette hôtel je ne le recommande pas du tout, nous avons trouvé des cafards dans la 1 ère chambre nous l’avons signalé ensuite nous avons changé de chambre et nous avons également trouvé des cafards encore. L’hôtel est bruyant la nuit et la chambre n’était pas faites tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner c’est des plateaux deja tout prêt il y a uniquement du salé et pour du café il faut en faire la demande. Bref a fuir !!! Point positif : le personnel était réactif aux demandes.

Ses yalıtımı pek iyi değildi ve yan odalardaki insanların kapıyı açıp kapama sesine bile uyandık defalarca. Minibar çok sesli çalışıyordu, ayrıca yataklar en ufak harekette gıcırdadığı için uykusu hafif birini için uyumak biraz zordu. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için gayet yeterli ama uzun süreli konaklamalar için de sorun olan her konuda tüm personelin sorunları çözmek için uğraşacağına eminim.

• Ali (2/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and our 7-month-old child, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel does not prioritize cleanliness or the comfort of its guests. Upon entering our room, we were hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. It was pervasive and made the room unbearable, especially for a family with a young child. To make matters worse, the room itself was far from clean. The toilet was filthy, the air conditioning unit was caked with dust and appeared to have never been cleaned, which made the air quality in the room even worse. I brought these concerns to the attention of the manager, but they seemed completely indifferent. It was as though our comfort and well-being were of no concern to them. The noise level outside the hotel was also intolerable. The constant racket made it impossible for our child to sleep, adding to the stress of an already uncomfortable stay. It’s baffling that the hotel allows such disturbances and doesn’t enforce any rules against smoking, especially when they cater to families. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal. It felt like every corner was neglected and dirty, which is simply unacceptable for a place that is supposed to offer a restful and pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with children. The lack of cleanliness, poor management, and disregard for guests’ comfort!

It's a shame that the upkeep hasn't been given much importance as the rooms and the bathrooms are a good size plus the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Metrobus and bus stop. If you're only going to be in Istanbul for a couple of days I wouldn't stay here as it takes a good 90 minutes to get to the centre, it wasn't my case so it didn't bother me, just saying.
• Iraj (10/5): The best front desk personnel ever - Even though the elevator was not working for the first two days and we experienced an electrical failure one night, the kindness and understanding of the very nice front desk personnel and hotel manager made me feel very comfortable there. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul for a vacation. The price, the hotel condition, and the services are excellent. It is close to restaurants and shops (Avcilar Center), and has the best and most helpful front desk personnel. Enjoy your travel! 🙌

• Michael (8/5): - Ich war für fünf Nächte dort um mir Istanbul ein bisschen anzusehen. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt die Haltestelle des Metrobus und so kann man problemlos in das Zentrum oder in die Altstadt fahren. Das Hotel liegt allerdings direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße und ist jetzt nicht wirklich ruhig. Damit muss man eben im einer solchen Großstadt rechnen und mich hat es nicht gestört.

Short walking distance to the Metrobus station and hotel located in a safe district. Highly recommend for families visiting Istanbul! • FARIBORZ (8/5): - The property is next to the main road which makes a somewhat noisy but it’s also very convenient for using public transportation or for dining options. It’s within walking distance to the Avcilar center for shopping and entertainment. It’s not too far from the lake and the Sea of Marmara. The staff is truly amazing and they do their best to help anyway they can. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom and I raised my concerns with the staff. Frankly for the price, I can’t say I could expect too much. Breakfast was adequate and simple.

There is no fruit offered like shown in photos. You can hear the pther patrons in their rooms as well as the continuous trafgic and honking of horns The staff are very accommodating. The staff go above and beyond to help.

Most important guest in the next room where constantly causing noise after midnight for the 4 nights we stayed & guests should be reminded not to disturb others. otherwise, it's a good h hotel to stay with professional staffs.

Promised amenities are not honored: airport's shuttle was posted on the hotel's details as free-- but it did not exists. (IT SHOULD NOT BE COUNTED ON-- waste if time) -my sone was forced to remove an honest and fair review on Google, saying the above points. (after hotel manager saw it) Manager was extremely hostile after seeing the review, threatening at few times-- even after forcing my sone to post a positive review. --The worst experience was when the room was giving to another guest: -Two guestes entered the room at 2:00am claiming the room was theirs because they had a key. Manager lied about guests entering the room, saying they were housekeeping [they had luggage and it was as a man and woman holding each other] That is when saftey was threatened. He was so aggressive.. it was scary. Thanks to Expedia for relocating my family to a safer hotel, after 11 exhausting hours of calling and chatting with 10 different agents.
• Syed (8/5): - Stayed 5 nights PROS: Pleasing and responsive staff. One of the best and healthy breakfast served with generosity , though same everyday but we loved it. Conveniently available public transport. Conveniently accessible grocery stores and restaurants. CONS: Very busy and noisy place. Very limited and unsecured street parking. Bathroom has sewer smell all the time. Although staff is very responsive to clean/freshen up the bathroom when you complain, but it works only for couple of hours and then it smells again - perhaps the sewer system needs a complete overhaul. NOTE: Cleaning staff leaves one window open after cleaning and you might not notice it and experience excessive noise; once you close the window the noise reduces a lot we noticed that after 3 nights of miserable noise - I wished hotel staff should’ve told us about that.
• Shami (4/5): - Hotel room was spacious. Room had sewer/sewage smell especially bad in the bathroom. Dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. Not the best place as the smell is unbearable. Left after 2 nights.
• Mohamed (6/5): - In the beginning the staff where unfriendly. However after I wrote a review they started fixing their behavior and acted better. They asked me to write a different review. For this reason I am writing a second comment.
• Nasserdin (6/5): Which time they will learn English? - There is a bad smell in the rooms, poor hotel, those in the reception do not know English or Arabic, on the highway, the noise of cars is very annoying, near some shops, but the nearest mall is about two kilometers, which exposes you to the deception of bad taxi drivers in Turkey.

He also made great recommendations on good Turkish food as well. Will stay again and recommend my friends and family to stay at this hotel as well
