MONTANE CAMACHO (10/5): - El sitio es chulísimo y las instalaciones también . Te dejan un detalle de bienvenida de comida y bebida para los huéspedes en la habitación super kuki. Hay plato de ducha con diferentes jabones y cremas para el pelo y el cuerpo. La habitación dispone de lavadora, nevera, microondas y una mini vitro para cocinar. Mi madre tiene diversidad funcional y tenía buen acceso a todo. Si dejáis anotado que viene alguien con diversidad y además llamáis os ponen en una habitación a pie de calle, etc. No me gustó la gestión de la anulación del spa que tenía contratado por motivos ajenos de la calle que rompieron la instalación interna . Escogí ese sitio sólo por el spa , su ubicación y la diversidad funcional de mi madre . Ya no me daba tiempo a anularlo y buscar algo en condiciones para mi madre . Creo que deberían de haber devuelto una parte del dinero o algún tipo de beneficio de más que el que ofrecían que era anular la reserva y devolver el dinero o regalarte 30 minutos más del spa. En mi caso , sólo iba una noche y esos 30 minutos ya no podía hacerlos y el hecho de anular la reserva no era garantía de nada .

Nessun set di cortesia in bagno, no ciabatte, per la colazione prodotti per 2 persone su 4 per 1 notte e basta. Nessuna pulizia camere e cambio asciugamani per 2 notti. Due rotoli piccoli di carta igienica per 4 persone per 2 notte e nessuno a cui chiedere.
Katie (5/5): Great location, make sure are high up! - Loved the location, 2min walk to one odlf the main squares, staff were friendly and it was relatively recently refurbished. Lovely kitchenette and very spacious bathroom and bedroom! Good wifi access too! I was on the ground floor and it was incredibly noisy, lots of people passing, cars tyres squeaking past the window, I only slept 4-5 hrs each night which wasn't great as I was travelling for work. Bed was a little hard and the position of the TV relative to the sofa made relaxing in the evenings difficult.

Cristiana (5/5): - Hotelul este pozitionat bine, insa nu dispune de parcare si serviciile lasa de dorit. Se pretinde a fi un hotel de 4 stele, dar serviciile sunt departe de a fi de 4 stele. Serviciul de curatenie lasa de dorit… se face superficial la 2 zile si hotelul nu oferă absolut nimic… am stat desculta 2 zile deoarece nu primisem papuci de hotel si am scris mesaj si mi s-a raspuns sa vin sa iau de la recepție… dar noi aveam în continuu excursii organizate si nu ne potriveam cu programul lor de la receptie. Spa-ul este mic si scump, nu este oferit gratuit clienților hotelului. In concluzie , la pretul aceste 170 euro/ noapte, se poate gasi ceva mai fezabil, care își respectă clienții.

The floor is always dusty and they empty the bins in the room every other day which can get problematic for those traveling with kids.

Keith (8/5): Another quiet peaceful stay at Spa del Palacete - The location is perfect for visiting the Old Town of Malaga - 100m walk and you are in the middle of it! However, the location is incredibly quiet and peaceful. In room facilities are excellent for a short stay. A bit more clarity for the access codes to the building would have been helpful. We received the room details by whatapp - but we didn't realise the building access details were included within an attachment, which we hadn't read prior to trying to get in... Not exactly a big deal - just a bit of wasted time for us.

Staff were excellent and helpful The only issue was the street cleaning early in the morning. Sadly we couldn’t use the spa facilities which would have been beneficial after the half marathon.

rayane (9/5): Nice appart hotel, cozy place near the core of the city - The location is perfect. The appart has a modern vibe. The place was clean. For a 4* I would expect some toiletries, tooth brush/toothpaste... It could be a nice plus. Also would be a good idea to change the pillows, they are kinf tired. Not the most confortable. And offering a special tarif on the spa would encourage to book. It was a bit pricy.

I had stayed here a few weeks earlier for one night to check it out before I committed to a week long stay. On that occasion I got a lovely apartment sadly on last trip it was very poor. Different layout smaller. Kitchen located in dark hall between livingroom and bedroom. When sofa bed down it took up all the room. Bathroom very dark. Elizabeth at reception was very nice and did try to help with different offers none of which suited unfortunately but I admired her professionalism.

CAROLINA LORETO (6/5): - The room was ok,but the hall was in the middle of the movement of the staff.Moving towels, trolley... My purpose staying in this SPA was relax with my parents and have a moment of relax but no one told me that I had to make a reservation to use the facilities talking about the Spa place.It was very frustrating to know that they don't have better organise if they give priority to the people who are staying in their hotel more than the people who come from just for the facilities.

Roger (9/5): - Für super Lage, schnell in der Stadt und am Meer. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Etwas ringhörig. Vom Treppenhaus und von Aussen. War für jedoch kein Problem!

Natalie (5/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Hübsches Zimmer, kleine Küchenzeile Es hat nach abgestandenem Wasser und sehr muffig gerochen. Es heißt „Spa“, hatte während unserem Aufenthalt aber keine Kapazität für uns. Spa nur privat zu nutzen und kostet pro Stunde extra. Zu wenig Kaffeekapseln für zwei Personen. Personal nur wenige Stunden am Tag vor Ort. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Corina (7/5): - La chambre était propre et bien équipée avec thé, café, biscuits pour le matin. Le lit était très confortable. L’accueil a l’entrée sympathique. J’ai pris rdv le matin pour le spa et malheureusement il ne fonctionnait plus. L’insonorisation n’est pas très bien donc on entend les voisins, portes, etc.
bstreet (8/5): The staff are the stars - This would have scored much lower if it hadn't been for the care and action of the staff. They were understanding, apologetic and very positive about finding solutions. It's an excellent location, generally a good price, nice design and all in all a great place to be and relax. Great to have Nespresso machines a full size refrigerator, plenty of good quality towels and linen. Sadly a lot wasn't working well this time. The spa was really in need of some love, the showers had no hot water, the rain forest shower wasn't working, the pool and jacuzzi were freezing cold, the tea facilities were like warm water and in the bedroom the shower was broken so could only be used by hand, the hooks kept on falling off the wall and the air con wasn't working. Above all this, the housekeepers use the wall alongside the headboard in room 101 for their equipment, so there was banging and knocking quite early on. Having stayed before we had previously experienced a much more positive stay. However, the staff were superb and did everything they could to accommodate our issues. The whole place needs some attention but the staff are superlative. I would have given 5 had it not been for them. We will return and hope that things improve.

Usamos el spa y estaba muy bien y los masajes y las chicas de los masajes encantadoras La habitación que nos toco tenía la pared de ladrillo como antiguo y caía arenilla a la cama, por lo demás todo bien

Karen (10/5): A cute apartment with everything we need. - Everything was just perfect. We only stayed the night and wished that we could had stayed longer but we will be back. Location was great and easy to find. The apartment itself had everything we need. The bed was super comfy. Walk in shower was a good size (let's not forget about the Rituals complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels!) Complimentary snacks and drinks! We were impressed with the non alcoholic beer too! Really thoughtful to offer a choice. The balcony was really spacious. Nothing.
Sabine (8/5): Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding - Heel goed gelegen vlak bij het centrum en op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden.Een heel goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het keukentje was prima uitgerust , er was alles wat we nodig hadden. Er hing een vreemde geur. Het bed was aan de hardere kant, zeker als je last hebt van artrose. Er was ook wat te weinig plek voorzien om kleren en valiezen weg te steken. In de badkamer was er ook wat te weinig plek voor handdoeken en producten. Maar dat zijn allemaal details.
Julie (9/5): Malaga is a great city this was a convenient apartment and pleasant stay, lovely staff. Recommend. - The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, never used the cooking facilities and the spa was a great addition to book and good value for money. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. not much of a view but not in the room much anyway.
