• Hikari (6/5): - ロケーションがよかったです。バス停やメトロも近く、市内へのアクセスも良いです。2日間、メトロの計画運休がありましたが、徒歩10分ほどでSt Leonards駅（Train）があるので、問題ないです。 事前にメールでluggage drop offを依頼していましたが、常在スタッフもおらず、チェックインまで近くのカフェで時間をつぶさざるを得なくなったのは残念でした。
• James (8/5): Convenient to all required facilities & spoilt for choice with an enormous choice of cuisines. - Close proximity to transport & numerous eating options. Road noise, could be well served with double glazed doors, however a small price to pay for the convenient location.

• Ira Vanita (9/5): Great Stay in North Sydney - The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had complete facilities — everything we needed was provided. Check-in was very easy and smooth. The location is great, easy to find, and having underground parking was a big plus. We also really appreciated how the owner handled the situation professionally by offering an alternative apartment and refunding the price difference. We were a little disappointed that we didn’t get the 2-bedroom apartment we originally booked. However, the owner offered a suitable alternative and refunded the price difference, which we appreciated.
• Jodi (7/5): - The location, as it was very easy to get into the city and back I originally booked a 2 bedroom apartment which had been confirmed only to find out they only had a 1 bedroom apartment for our group of 4. They did give us 2 single bedroom apartments instead at the same price. It was just a bit of an inconvenience for our group and having a 2 bedroom apartment was why we had booked with this property.
• Jenny Nicole (4/5): Disappointing well below the expectations set by Booking,com. Do not recommmend. - We liked the location but that is all. Very disappointing stay, room was not the one booking.com confirmed. Constant noise from the apartment above from 5.30am, we believe there is a commercial operation happening. Floor was dirty, one room didn't have a base for the bed. We contacted KULA every day and they never visited or did anything about the noise. Dont stay here. As above. We asked to move rooms but they said No fully booked.
• Emma (6/5): Comfortable but expensive. - View, good air-conditioning, comfortable beds. Because of booking confusion with previous customer we couldn't check in at expected time as the room wasnt cleaned yet. We were given another room to wait in and once we got the keys 3 hrs later, the floors were still dirty, making our feet dirty. Comfortable but expected better service for the price.

• Raymond (8/5): Great Location, free parking. - I liked the location, free parking, bedroom was spacious, clean. Had a small and large balcony. Opposite train station for access to public transport. IGA walking distance. Only thing negative was another person parked in our spot but was able to park in another spot.

• Sinto (6/5): - Metro station is just opposite of the location. Host is asking for an ID copy and a photo of the booking person through their web link, but they haven’t explained how the ID will be handled or protected. This raises some concern about privacy and data security.
• Gaby (8/5): Great central location with ammenities. - Really excellent location. Great spacious balcony for dinner and drinks. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen. There was a laundry but couldn’t find any detergent so might be a good addition. Very easy check in and communication with hosts. I originally booked a studio only the find out on the day it was a 2bd. It remains unclear whether or not this was overcharged/falsely advertised or an upgrade. Either way, if I had know it was a 2bd a colleague and I would have shared accomodation. The attention to detail lacked. For example: - poor security: arrived late at night only to find both balcony doors unlocked - lamps missing functional light bulbs - the toilet flush getting jammed down - halfway through my stay someone entered to put up labels on doors and left plastic rubbish all over the floor (the apartment was not serviced in this time so some notice of someone entering / them cleaning up there rubbish would have been appropriate)

Woolworths nearby. - Spacious, big tv, kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, air conditioner, near metro, sadly closed due to track repairs. Prefer a chain lock on inside of door. DVD player would have been great addition. People should be able to delete their Google tv accounts when they leave.

• Kusumawati (9/5): Overall was great stay, but there is room for improvement. - Location was excellent. Walking distance to surrounding amenities and good restaurants. Great facilities, and clean. Will be great if bed is king size. There is a musty odour smell lingering in the living areas.

• Yen-Yi (9/5): Nice location for traveller - Metro station is just cross the street. Very convenient location. About 10mintues walk to Woolworth and also Coles's market. Living space is very wild and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchen spatula are almost melted in some ways because they are all mede from plastic. Highly recommend exchange them into some other durable materials. Knifes are not sharp, too. Entrance put a little chair for change shoes will be better and a full size mirror will also be more friendly for female travellers.

That there was no ‘reception’ on site, as I am someone who doesn’t feel comfortable doing the online formal identification process

• Chee Kiu (8/5): - The location was excellent — just opposite Crows Nest Station, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies all within a short walk. The apartment itself was spacious, but the kitchen was one of the worst-equipped we’ve encountered in a serviced apartment. It only had two random cups for us to use and barely enough crockery and utensils to make proper use of the kitchen and dining facilities. We faced a few issues during our stay. The balcony was flooded, but the more serious problem was getting trapped behind the car park garage door. Despite trying multiple ways to get out, we were stuck for about 30 minutes. There was no apology or follow-up from the property management. Following that incident, the roller door was left open for the rest of our stay — presumably because it was no longer functioning — which raised concerns about security. It gave unrestricted access to the unsecured lift and all apartments, which were only protected by simple, easily bypassed standard keys. The check-in process also felt insecure, as it seemed unlikely that the keybox code is changed regularly. Additionally, the apartment door offered poor sound insulation — we could clearly hear noise from the hallway and even from neighbouring units. Being located along a main road, traffic noise was also noticeable.

On level 4 you don’t hear gym downstairs, it feels very private We had problems with the lockbox late in the evening, but Kula was ready to help! Washing machine was great as well I requested a travel cot but it had no bedding whatsoever. So we didn’t end up using it and our baby had to stay in our bed. Not enough table ware for 7 adults…

• Mel (6/5): Great Location - Location was incredible - straight across from crows nest metro and loads of amazing cafes/restaurants nearby Tired and dated. The photos presented as it was premium which were clearly taken when first completed. Just needs a thorough clean - not a surface clean after each guest. Basic things like Microwave not working and crusty old bins that can easily be replaced with new would make a guests stay more appealing. Shame as we really did love the location.

• Zoe (10/5): Wonderful modern apartment - Spacious modern clean unit, well set up with everything we needed for our stay in Sydney. Brilliant location opposite Crows Nest station on the Metro line. Lift from car park in basement to our floor made it easy for my partner in a wheel chair. Contacting staff by phone was easy and pleasant - they were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Initially the apartment block was difficult to find as the only signage was on a single entrance door sandwiched between two shop fronts plus entrance to the underground parking. So read the arrival instructions carefully to locate the garage entrance. It is well worth the effort.

All walking distance. Great restaurants. Needed a small lounge instead of 2 single seats, the toaster was a bit dodgy!

The apartment is in a clean, quiet building, and blackout blinds ensured I slept soundly. The towels were large, clean, and soft, and the bed had a firm mattress with high-quality bedding. The kitchen was stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, milk, and chilled water, plus Tim Tams and chips for a sweet snack. The space itself was modern, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, making me feel right at home. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was seamless.
