• Marco (7/5): Un apartamento que se decoró con muy buen gusto pero la falta de mantenimiento y limpieza, le pesan - Muy centrico y espacioso. El apartamento seria más bonito, si hubiera mantenimiento. Oscar, la persona que nos atendió, fue muy amable. Necesita mantenimiento y limpieza a fondo. El suelo sucio y desgastado, los muebles y las paredes necesitan pintura para hacer honor al nombre ( White home). El apartamento habria cumplido nuestras espectativas si hubiera estado bien conservado y cuidado.

• Kil Seok (1/5): 내 생에 최악의 숙소 - 위치가 좋았다 2베드 2바쓰룸의 이집은 전체적으로 레노베이션이 필요하고 청소도 제대로 안되어 있었고 세탁기는 아예 작동이 되지도 않았으며 화장실 세면대의 온수 수도꼭지는 너무 세게 잠궈놔서 쓸수도 없었어요 욕조에서 샤워를 하게 되있었지만 샤워커튼이 전혀 없었으므로 샤워를 할수가 없었서 다른 화장실(친구 내외가 쓰는 화장실을 이용해야만 했슴 난방의 온도 조절이 아되어 밤에 잘때 창문을 조금 열어놓고 잤더니 벌레들이 들어와 여기저기 물렸습니다 고쳐 달라고 문자를 보냈더니 이틀뒤 우리가 외출했다 돌아와 보니 다녀간것 같은데 아무것도 고쳐놓지 않았고 현관문은 활짝 열어놓은 상태로 가버려서 너무 놀랐다 이 집은 절대로 가지마세요 정말 후회하게 될테니까요

• Krystallo (1/5): Pretty but not functional at all. 1 bathroom not working, heating not working and bad customer service. Wouldn’t spent t - The decoration and the location was ok. Julissa showed us in and was very nice. First of all, most things in the apartment like heating, boiler, stovetop were off or not working. The worst was the fact that the bathtub was unusable. The shower head option didn’t work and there was no plug to fill the tub. When we talked to Erica (evening customer help) she was so rude, constantly interrupting and making it sound like the bathtub was still functional without a shower head or a plug. They sent a technician in twice in the 3 days we were there and we didn’t want anybody in the flat without us there so we had to be there. All in all, the flat is just pretty but not working properly. We spent too much money to be having this many problems. Don’t go there

• Narelle (7/5): Good. Frustrating. - Apartment was agreeable. Great location, facilities very basic. Advertised with elevator, turns out to be from first floor and only can fit one person at a time & requires key. Was supplied one key. So how are 2-4 people supposed to navigate getting up & down?? Also had to get luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Misleading advertising. Specifically Required elevator for knee injury and had to negotiate stairs anyway. Need to be more detail oriented in their advert.
• Olga (6/5): Почините душ, пожалуйста!! Люди, которые ищут жилье с двумя санузлами, заслуживать знать правду, оплачивая ваше жилье!! - Удобное месторасположение! Красивая квартира! Во-первых, чтобы добраться до лифта, надо подняться по трем лестницам, с большим чемоданом это делать очень тяжело!! Да и лифт ровно на одного человека, остальные идут пешком! Во-вторых, из двух заявленных душей работал только один! Второй, просто, не работал, потому что хозяин боится, что испортятся винтажные деревянные полы, так нам ответили в поддержке))! Поэтому, нам, вчетвером, приходилось вставать очень рано, чтобы все успели принять душ до выезда! Это было крайне неудобно! В-третьих, во втором санузле душевая расположена с двумя ступенями, пол из глянцевого кафеля, каждый раз выходя мокрыми ногами из душа, я думала только о том, чтобы не упасть и не сломать себе шею! Для людей более старшего возраста это, вообще, крайне опасно!
• Selma (10/5): Olağanüstü - En ufak detayları dahil herşey muhteşemdi. Tertemiz, havalandırılmış ve çok konforluydu. Asansörün özel olarak evin içine açılması da sürprizi oldu. "White Home" adını %100 yaşatan sıcakcık, masalsı bir ev. Sadece kahve seven biri olarak kahve makinası varken kahve kapsülleri, kettle varken çay olsaydı evin konforuna ilave keyif de katacaktı. Ancak, bu yaşadığımız güzel anların yanında çok küçük bir detay. Kendimizi bambaşka bir deneyimde bulduk. Tüm emeği geçenlere ve sorumlu olanlara çok teşekkürler. Floransa'daki evimiz oldu artık "White Home". Kalbimizden sevgilerler ❤️🦋💫
• Paola (9/5): - Appartamento centralissimo, eppure tranquillo e appartato rispetto alla folla e al traffico. Ultimo piano con vista sui tetti di Firenze (c'è perfino una altana), luminoso e arredato con cura e originalità.
• Malgorzata (5/5): Apartament przestronny i klimatyczny, ale wspinanie się po schodach było uciążliwe. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra i apartament klimatyczny. Szukałam apartamentu, wybierając opcję "winda". Tymczasem okazało się, że winda jest, ale dopiero po wejściu na pierwsze piętro, po dosyć wysokich schodach.

• Nicole (10/5): - White Home was perfectly located, large, and had a great shabby chique vibe. Minor imperfections are easily overlooked through the charm of this historied building amid the ancient streets of Florence. Great for families and friends. Just beware there are a lot of steps, just not recommended for those with any inability to walk up many flights. Highly recommend
• Jakob (10/5): Fantastic Firenze - We felt right at home. Tasteful and comfortable design and room for whole family with variety of meetup place within the apartment. Balcony a blessing at morgon coffee and evening drink :)
• Douglas (8/5): Traditional Florence building living - The property is situated in the middle of Florence. It’s really a good central location however, the apartment has lots of stairs and a very, very small one person elevator so I wouldn’t recommend it for older people for small children. That noted . It’s a beautiful place decorated well own very basic but also a good experience to live in traditional building that has modern furniture. The stairs can sometimes be a challenge for people, and there was only one key to operate the elevator, but other than that, our experience was great, and the views from the roof are amazing and I think I would recommend this place to other people as well

• Toni (9/5): Rustic Old World Charm - The charm was amazing and made me feel like we went back in time. Every night we could hear music and singing from the square nearby. The balcony is a great place to have a cup of coffee or tea. The AC was good. The views were beautiful. Be ready for lots of stairs or a tiny elevator. The beds were a bit hard, and the kitchen lacked glasses.

• Karen (7/5): our stay was good, relaxation could be better with a little attention. - location, size, stylish one set of keys. Beds need toppers, change of towels, living room covers need cleaning, large glasses, tub really does not work as spray would not turn on, pillows were 2” high-poor, feather comforter was nice, could use an extra one. A few of these things could make it much better.
