- Hye Sun (4/5): - There was a leak from the ceiling in the living room right next to the sofa bed. We called their number and they sent us someone a few hours later. The guy came in and said he needed to get a ladder but his shift was ending so he just left. Horrible, ridiculous. Beds are so uncomfortable. They don’t tell you what floor the room is in until the day of check in and they dont have elevators! Carrying up our luggage was a pain in the butt. Overall, hated this place. Stay away people!
