- Anis Anuar (8/5): - The location is incredible. 3 mins to Subway station, 15 to Dotonbori, 20 to Kuromon, and pretty much central to anywhere we want to visit. They have Muslim friendly utensils, which are separate to normal ones. Check-in instructions are not clear. The front door requires pin, but the instructions provided are incorrect. We stood outside for 10 mins, trying to figure this out in the rain before finally calling the staff. Found out there's incorrect details to the check-in instructions. Staff is basically unreachable via text and booking.com. We texted to request an iron but never got a reply until today.

- 欣柔 (10/5): 很棒！ - 住宿地點轉車方便，離車站、鬧區都很近。關西機場搭南海於天下茶屋換堺筋線到長堀橋，再走路不到五分鐘就可以到住宿地。去心齋橋、大丸、PARCO購物也只要走不到10分鐘。有兩間房間與客廳很適合家庭旅遊，只是睡地墊的那間床墊很薄。隔音不錯聽不到隔壁打呼聲，稍微可以聽到樓下開行李的聲音。密碼鎖很方便，不怕房卡弄丟。 沒有電梯但樓層不高可以接受。

- Yufang (10/5): - 離長堀橋站4號出口近，但出口要走樓梯 電子密碼鎖很方便，一群人不用怕沒鑰匙回不去 但沒有櫃檯，想寄放行李的就不適合 住三樓沒電梯雖然不方便，但環境不錯（雖然不大但很舒適，隔音很好） 餐桌上衛生紙用完了（住三晚），line聯繫立刻就補來很貼心 垃圾給很多個超大垃圾袋，直接放一樓桶子也很方便

- Junko (5/5): Passable - Clearness of the property There's no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor w/o AC in the common space. Not recommended for the elderly and people with a baby stroller. We were asked to download their original app to check in, but this app does not allow messaging, and they were not reachable through the booking.com platform. Which means If your phone doesn't have phone call capability in Japan, you'll have to download the LINE app to just reach them.

The location was easy to get to the local transport but was also near a lot of great restaurants. The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone! - Shahar (4/5): - While a great bang for the buck in terms of capacity and location, we were (4 persons) disappointed with the overall experience of this unit. Upon arriving at the unit we noticed a bad smell of sewage as soon as we opened the doors. This smell only worsened as our stay continued and became nearly unbearable. In addition to the smell, the unit lacked in cleanliness. After dropping something behind the bed, i had to move it slightly to reach for my item and encountered what looked like 2 years of dust. All walls around the unit were badly scuffed and had more black marks on them than they had clean white paint, the toilet seat was quite frankly disgustingly dirty on the underside, and the bathroom sink had orange moldy growth on the faucet handle. It is unfortunate that this unit had such shortcomings considering the location is great and the communication was solid. I would potentially consider returning there if i was provided proof that the issues mentioned above were addressed properly.

- sora (10/5): - 엘리베이터가 없다하여 101호 이용하였습니다. 2,3층 이용자들이 계단 이용을 위해 앞을 지나다니긴 하지만 조용히 지낼 수 있었습니다. 전자레인지와 커피포트, 많은 식기들이 있어서 편의점 음식 등의 아침식사, 야식 먹기 좋았습니다. 온돌이 아니어서 온풍기를 틀어야 했고, 매우 건조했습니다. 이건 일본 특성이라 이해합니다. 나가호리바시 역에서 가깝고, 도톤보리까지 10분정도면 충분합니다. 3~5분 거리에 한국식료품점도 있습니다.

Because there were 5 of us, the room felt crowded, but since we were family members, it didn't bother us.

- Wenxin (4/5): - I have visited Japan and Kyoto multiple times, and overall, my experiences have been very positive. There was even a taxi driver who went above and beyond to help me find a restaurant under Kyoto Station. However, a single incident can ruin an otherwise pleasant stay. I liked the hotel overall, but my experience was marred by the front desk staff member named Natayama. The manager should easily identify her from my stay from 7/1-4. She was unfriendly, did not stand up to greet us, and instead just stared at us with a rude expression. She treated us not as guests but almost as if we were thieves. This happened not only to me but also to my wife. When I asked her for more towels, it took a long time to receive them, and there was no communication in the process. It felt very rude! I travel around the world and can discern when there is discrimination. I find this kind of attitude unacceptable. It's a good hotel overall, but the customer service was very rude (specifically, Natayama).
