- Can (4/5): Don’t recommend, spend 5 bucks more for the night and have peace of mind. - It was dirt cheap for a whole room. It was not properly cleaned, everything is pretty run down, the bed was uncomfortable. Getting up the elevator didn’t work for most of the time, sometimes the code worked and sometimes it didn’t. If it didn’t you have to go up the most dodgy stairs ever. The WIFI was unacceptable, I had connectivity issues for the whole time being there, no matter the time.

Super clean room and lovely view, also very quiet. The only negative was the bathroom, i struggled to get hot water sometimes and there were gaps all around the bath so the water was all over the floor after a shower, made it slightly tricky!

- Thant (4/5): Only 1 time of room cleaning service during 5 nights stay . Too bad!! - The location is quite near the lake. The reception guy is very helpful. The photo you see on the website is different from when you arrive there. You can't even see the hotel logo from outside. During the 5 night stay, room cleaning service comes only one time. The room smells like cat shit and I have to make a sincere request to clean well just for 1 time. Other nights, we have to clean the room by ourselves.

The rooms are quite spacious, beds are comfortable Good position with walking distance to lots of eateries, park and lake nearby. Longer walk to shopping precinct but there are many smaller shops for supplies including alcohol but check wine prices as it's quite expensive. Beer good prices tho also short walk to great sports bar called 'The Local' It's a bit tired looking and could be cleaner but there is a lift and the View really compensated. The shower is over the bath which isn't ideal for some peeps

Everything is available within walking distance... password operated elevator. Host Ms. Alice also deserves a mention... She made our stay and check-in quick and easy.. she helped us with early check-in also. The vending machine was not cooling well so I had to go out to buy beers.. but the supermarket is 2 Mins away. Some wall patches need paint job.

There are several grocery stores near the hotel. The stuff gave me a wrong code for the lift and I couldn't reach the hotel's floor. There was no soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper in the room. Also the room was dirty and with mold in the bathroom. It was not very easy to deal with the door lock as it is already in bad condition. And in general in real life the room looked worse than in the photo.

They messaged me that the room was unavailable because of a broken toilet a few hours into my check in and while I was in my flight, while being well aware that I’m only going to land in Hanoi late at 22.00 pm. When I showed up at the hotel, finally able to open my messages, I phoned the manager because there was no one around, and she said that there is a room from another person that just checked out but it hasn’t been cleaned yet and ask me if I could change the linen bed sheets myself because its already off hours for her staff to do the cleaning. A few minutes later, coincidentally a staff just got back from outside and was able to attend to clean the room, but honestly it was all still very dirty, only thing they did was a linen change and emptied out the trash.

- Edward (7/5): Nice aparthotel by the lake... - The street which the hotel is on is quiet, with some nice restaurants and cafés (mostly expensive western ones though) The room itself was very spacious, including a kitchenette, a seating area, and a balcony, with plenty of natural light. The WiFi was reasonably fast and stable. The shower room was spacious, and shower hot but limited. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a building, with a code access lift the only way (no intercom), which was quite inconvenient.

- Jcharleston (3/5): Needs to be taken in charge properly - Room is large more than usually in Hanoi. The "full lake view" is partially blocked by some roof, but it is nice at night you can see the light of the city behind. And lake protects from pollution. There is a fridge, there is an electric cooking pan and a kettle, they works after thoroug cleaning. All was easily cleanable. They give you a scratching sponge and dish soap. Sheets and towels are clean (very clean) you can get new ones in the laundry room, you can find toilet paper and water in a storage room if you search well. it stays open during the day, (basically you have to help yourself.) The location is great. The area and building are safe. The staff leaves here, they are super kind and gentle. Enjoy a bathtub. Hot water works well you just have to wait 10mn, and take breaks. The bed is huge and comfy. There is a big window you can open with a balustrade (not a balcony per say). This place could be awesome with a deep cleaning, some treatment and painting of the mold and good leadership. First, I have been coming one month every year (except covid) in Vietnam since 1993. I love Vietnam and Vietnamese. I stayed 4 nights in this place to remit the capital on my way to Ninh binh. So, no room service, no cleaning, no toilet paper (first night I got an empty roll left from pervious guests) . Mostly not clean (fridge, cooker, dishes and bathroom, greasy, still reminiscences of food, calcium and stuff in the glasses. I spent an hour cleaning the kitchen area, (fridge was growing stuff) floor dirty, dust balls, hair balls, pack of dust, everything was fast superficially cleaned. I found mold, and there was strong odors of vomit and mold in the building . I didn't take pictures but... This place No AC/heater, no microwave (I don't necessarely need it but it was in the description and the other tenants did not have either). Very sweet staff watch their phone and smile kindly they spend most of their time in their room, they are kind and polite but don't seem to know what to do. I arrived at one AM after 30 hours of traveling, could not enter the elevator that leads to the place because the manager did not think that it could be a good idea to send me the code...even though we had been communicating the last 24 hours. I had to wait for a person to get out so I could enter. BTW Room not sound proof (at all :-) ).
- Prakhar (1/5): we had a lot of trust on booking.com but it's broken now. we will think twice before booking anything from here. the - I didn't like anything about this property. this is the worst property I've stayed in Vietnam. not even a single thing I've liked about this property.
