El staff es amable, atento y súper dispuesto para ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites. El área común tiene una vista hermosa y, si tienes un día soleado, podés estar en la terraza disfrutando. Pagué por un cuarto privado y me tocó justo con vista al lago. Hermosísimo, simple y con todo lo que necesitas. El único percance fue que mi ventana estaba averiada y se abría cada 5 minutos. Tenía unos parches para intentar que no se abra, lo que significa que el staff ya sabía de ello. Como mi estadía era muy cortita, resolví caseramente, pero me parece importante arreglar a tiempo esos detalles, sobre todo en esta época donde ya comienza el frío y la nieve.

Man erreicht Bushaltestellen und das Zentrum unkompliziert und schnell zu Fuß Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Vierbettzimmer hat mehr Betten als bei Booking angegeben. Nachdem der Eigentümer mir nach der ersten Nacht bestätigte, dass mein Zimmer nicht dem gebuchten entspricht und ich entsprechend wechseln konnte, ging es nach 2 Nächten dort wieder in das erste. Mit dem Kommentar: Na ja, passiert manchmal. Die Heizung funktionierte auch nicht wirklich, weswegen es schon sehr kalt in dem Zimmer war.

• Jonathan (8/5): - The staff was flexible and welcoming. When the lights didn’t work quickly brought a lamp as a temporary solution. When the toilet got clogged, they contacted their plumber right away. Something fell out of the window, they helped me get it back. The room was spacious. The toilet would get clogged a lot, and throwing paper wasn’t the issue. It was because the pipes are so small and the pressure is so low. Plumber came once and only fixed the issue temporarily, I felt like the plumber after when it got clogged again and again (paper was not thrown in toilet and at another nearby hostel I had no issue). A better solution is to update the toilet. Although breakfast was included, it was not adequate and especially since I couldn’t eat most things due to my vegan diet. The issue was that I wasn’t allowed to use the kitchen until 1030am. If breakfast was adequate then no problem but it wasn’t. Check ins after midnight (2-3am) was noisy and woke up most of the room. I understand this happens sometimes due to delayed flight or transportation. My advice would be suggest to the guest checking in at that time to do the unpacking and most of the noisy stuff outside the rooms to minimize disruption. I did this when I had to wake up early. It would be nice if it was enforced better the cleaning dishes, plates, etc and drying them as soon as they’re used. Multiple times the sinks were occupied with dirty or drying dishes/cookware. Friendly reminders could help. I also recommend to create a WhatsApps group where guests can join as soon as they check into the Hostel and includes all the guests already in the Hostel. This is a general way you or guest can send messages to everyone like cleaning dishes, making less noise etc. Also it’s an inclusive way for a guest to connect and communicate activities they are doing.

• Myeongsook (7/5): Be careful - This property is 15 minutes walk from Bariloche Center. All facilities are suitable for travelers. Breakfast menu is bread, jam, coffee, tea, yogurt, milk, juice. Nothing more. If you want eggs, fruit, ham, prepare them yourself. Be careful. Do not pay for your stay by email. I prepaid through the route they sent me by email and my card was later stolen. My card company is very good at dealing with fraud so I was not affected. Book and visit. Pay in person.

• Alexia (8/5): Good value but nothing fancy - The hostel is a 10 minute walk away from the Civic Centre, with great views over the lake. Both my room and the breakfast were basic but adequate. Sylvia (who prepared the breakfasts) was very helpful.
• Robinson (9/5): Amazing views, friendly staff. A great place to stay and experience Bariloche - Amazing views of the lake! Lovely small hostel with friendly staff. We enjoyed chats in English/Spanish. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare basic dishes. Very comfortable and close to breweries and restaurants. We’ll stay again on our next visit! The only thing I can mention is that the included breakfast was basic compared to other places but still good. We really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.
