• Daiana Gusatu (3/5): Cheap but dirty - The location was great, very close to everything downtown. The apartment was warm, heating was working great and it was quiet. Accommodation was cheap The place was dirty, things were broken or falling apart and it didn't look like in the photos. The bed was absolutely horrible, extremely uncomfortable. If you need to check in after 12am, there is no way. Our flight was delayed and the owner said we can pick up the keys from a market downstairs until 23.30. We said we'll be there past that time and luckily the shop was still open. But just said to try and hope the store was open. With no other info in what to do if the store was closed as they had the key..
• Benjamin (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación, todo quedaba muy cerca El lugar necesita atención, habia una ventana rota, y el piso de la entrada del edificio estaba despedazado. Con respecto al cuarto, me parece de tamaño aceptable, pero las cosas del apartamento en la cocina estan bastante desgastadas

• Juan (4/5): Deludente - Il riscaldamento e l’ubicazione. Niente altro. All’ingresso non c’era rampa per la gente che va con passeggino. All’interno della struttura c’era una puzza abbastanza grande. L’appartamento troppo sporco. Il materasso e i cuscini scomodissimi. Il freezer non apriva perché toccava internamente la porta del frigorifero. La TV aveva solo 3 canali di cui 1 era solo radio. Comunque l’antenna non funzionava bene per niente. Alla fine la descrizione del annuncio era molto diversa da quello che abbiamo visto.

• Rosetta (6/5): - Il Palazzo è stato ristrutturato da poco e la vicinanza alla città vecchia lo rende molto appetibile. Secondo me, la scarsa pulizia nell'androne del Palazzo e nel bagno per terra ad un angolo c'erano dei matereiali accatastati (i sanitari erano puliti),così come la mancanza di alcune lampadine hanno sminuito il grosso potenziale della recente ristrutturazione.

• Alessandra (8/5): Ottimo per un breve soggiorno a Praga centro - Ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità sia del quartiere (appena un po' fuori dalla zona centrale piu turistica) che dell'appartamento, che era silenzioso e ci ha permesso di riposare bene. C'è l'ascensore. La posizione era ottimale per noi, a pochissima distanza dai mezzi pubblici, da un supermercato e in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva nella piazza centrale di Praga. Anche check-in e check-out sono stati semplici (con una buona flessibilità per il check in, visto che abbiamo ritirato le chiavi in un minimarket di fronte). Ci è stato inoltre permesso di lasciare le valigie per un'ora dopo l'orario di check-out. L'appartamento è carino, nel complesso pulito ma un po' trascurato in alcuni aspetti (ad esempio in bagno ci tengono un vecchio aspirapolvere e il secchio del mocio, ci sono molti segni di usura e macchie su muri, pavimenti e piastrelle), ed è attrezzato in modo molto basico.

• Urszula (6/5): I advise the owner sometime to go and check the apartment - Location On the hallway the kid was playing bal .There wasn’t any hooks in the bathroom to hang towels .The hair dryer and toilet seat was broken .The worst… was shower drain was clog .The one of the light fixture in bathroom didn’t work .

• Kastelic (6/5): Overall we quickly get used to it and really appriciated location itself. We really enoyed how owners took care of us w - Its amazing location with so many public transport options, next to minimarket and it is 5min away from shopping mall. Also the owners are very nice and really were always available on booking chat and took care of moving us to other hotel after some issues with the apartment. Bathroom is nice I didn’t like how dirty the dish was and also curtains. Bed is very loud. When the worker or cleaner(idk who is this) gave us a key she did’nt say hi or bye, just casully came give us a key. It was just weird idk.
• Mykyta (5/5): Decent if you won’t use wifi - Location ; cool pictures No wifi. It’s not connecting and doesn’t work when was connected to my laptop. I had to use roaming and go to cafes around to have work calls. Also, bed Sheets were a bit dirty, but in general ok.
• Lynda.adamson10 (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was very central, on entering the building communal area very clear and tidy. The apartment it's self was also clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend, and a reasonable price considering the central location.

• Monica (9/5): Great location, all you need for a cozy stay in Prague. - The kitchen was well equipped. The location was great, very close to city center. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Easy access to public transportation, The bed was not that comfortable - being a metallic frame it made sounds at every move and the mattress was a bit hard for me. Also, There is one neighbor with a small child on the same floor and they were making a lot of noise at early ours (around 7 am), and they were hanging their laundry to dry in the common hallway, very close to the apartment door (where the window eas).

• Richard (8/5): Did not stay at the property, but it ended ok - I booked quite last moment and ended up not staying at the property I booked - I was informed it was not available due to 'plumbing issues', but I was offered alternative place they manage. The property I stayed at was at fairly comparable location even if from different end of the old town and was modern and clean. The communication was very quick, however the forced change was unsettling as I had limited information about the alternative offered - but luckily in the end, my stay was fine.
