- Justyna (8/5): - Leider waren im Bad noch fremde Haare. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft ordentlich. Auch die Erreichbarkeit von der Rialtobrücke und zu den gängigen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist sehr gut. Ein Café in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Frühstücken bspw. und auch diverse Lebensmittel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
- Siru (8/5): Ok room at good location - Spacious room and excellent location. Room is a bit worn and the AC doesn’t work (no matter how you adjust the temperature, it stays the same). Beds are horribly hard. Plus points for check in online.
- Doaa (10/5): - The apartment is very clean , the location is perfect around the apartment everything you need it , the best things in veince arouund the apartment by walking, they offer storage for bags the whole day free.
- Jose (10/5): - The apartment was great in space, privacy, location and cleanliness. There are two separate rooms each one with its own bathroom and a kitchen. Perfect for a family. The location is right 10 walking minutes away from everything important to visit. I definitely would stay here again.

Could have been better. Apartment was clean. Bed sheets were rough. Could have been a better quality. Great location but you had to go 10 minutes further to register.

Given that in Venice you have to essentially carry your luggage by hand, the fact that the hotel for the check-in was 10 min from the ferry and then a 15 min walk over several bridges away from the apartment itself, made the trip quite strenuous for one night.
- carly (10/5): - Perfectly located. clean and spacious. The only downside was having to check in at a hotel that’s a 10 minute walk away (and 15 min from the train station). It was hard to carry all our luggage back and forth. The code for the apartment could have been provided over email. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
- Katy (8/5): Ove - Overall pleased with our stay. Location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. We did find apartment difficult to locate initially. It’s a door with a small sign, not lit up so hard to find if arriving in darkness. Apartment is clean with kitchen and washing machine. Excellent when travelling with children. We found apartment hot and heating could do with being turned down, which you can’t do yourself. We opened windows…letting the mosquitoes in! Slightly random issue…large bathroom mirror fell off wall and smashed on tile floor everywhere. Apartment does not have a reception desk in the building so unable to get help to clean up all the glass until the next day. I hadn’t considered being in a building with no reception but this could have been an issue. Just something to consider. Luckily no one was injured and there was a brush so I could sweep all the shards to the corner.

We had to open the windows, but this exposed us to mosquitoes. Each of us left with several hundred bites. But the location is phenomenal - steps to everything. The room is clean, and the washing machine was an unexpected bonus. I would consider staying here again if traveling with my family.

- Cindy (10/5): Fantastic Stay Here While in Venice - ** I like to write realistic reviews that point out what is good, what could be improved, and nice-to-know/neutral things. ** Good: It was in a great location near St Mark Square and the Rialto Bridge. The windows were amazingly soundproof, so we didn’t hear outside noise even though we were right in the heart of the San Marco district. The shower had plenty of hot water. It had a full size refrigerator with freezer, which was nice. There is a bar and stools in the kitchen to eat at. The WiFi worked well. There is a great espresso and pastry bar called Marchini Time that is about one block away. Not so good: There were no towels at all in the kitchen – no dishcloths, hand towels, or paper towels. As others have said, there was no cooking oil in the kitchen. Providing a small amount would be nice to save travelers from having to buy a large container that they would likely have to leave behind. A microwave would have been nice so that we could easily reheat leftovers. FYI: The bed was firm. We found it comfortable. The kitchen window had no coverings, and there is a nearby building directly across from it; so beware of walking into the kitchen if you have no clothes on, because the people in that building can see you.
- Cherise (4/5): - This property was a short walk from the train station but other than that, there is nothing good about it. When we checked in, we found leftover food still in the freezer and a gross yellow stain on one of the towels. The mirror was also cracked and when we advised the property of these issues, there was no response even up until the day we checked out. The air conditioning also did not seem to function properly as the place was overwhelming hot despite us turning it all the way up. It also seems to have a big issue, we saw multiple mosquitoes and other unidentified insects which made our sleep very uncomfortable. Would not recommend at all.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk, tæt på både butikker og restauranter, hvilket gør det nemt at komme rundt og udforske området. Lejlighedens køkken var en stor fordel. Det var fuldt udstyret med alt, hvad man kunne få brug for, herunder moderne apparater, gryder, pander og service. Dette gjorde det let at lave egne måltider og føle sig hjemme. Samlet set var opholdet meget behageligt, og vi kan varmt anbefale denne lejlighed til andre, der søger en praktisk og veludstyret bolig i et godt område.

- Sivakumar (10/5): - The apartment looked more modern and spacious. It is in the main area close to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment also had a washing machine. We did not use the kitchen, but the facilities looked fine.

- Elizabeth (6/5): Just fine for a family - The location was great and the room met our needs. It was a little difficult to get in touch to store our bags before check in time. If you intended to cook, there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen like oil, salt or pepper on hand as a starter, which was unfortunate, but with so many restaurants nearby that didn’t pose a huge problem.
