• Heike (9/5): Sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. - Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Verständigt haben wir uns hauptsächlich per WhatsApp, war aber sehr unkompliziert. In der Umgebung sind nette Cafés und Restaurants. Sowohl kleinere und bequeme Restaurants als auch sehr feine. Da die Unterkunft so nah am Rom Hbf ist konnte man sich mit der Straßenbahn super durch Rom bewegen und man war nicht weit von Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Wände waren etwas hellhörig, hat aber nicht sehr gestört. Wir konnten problemlos schlafen und waren sowieso meist in der Stadt unterwegs.

La propriétaire était très disponible via Wats-App ! Chambre spacieuse et moderne. Un des seules point négatif c'est que les mur sont tres fin, on entendait très fort les voisins des autres chambres.

• Noemi (8/5): Un luogo da scegliere 🌹 - La stanza era piccola e comoda, dotata di tutto anche un micro-frigorifero. Il letto matrimoniale veramente comodo. L'ambiente globalmente è silenzioso e accogliente. Lo staff molto discreto e disponibile. Il quartiere è fantastico: un pezzo di storia di Roma tra Manzoni e Piazza Vittorio. Un plus è rappresentato dalla gelateria Fassi, storico luogo di Roma per splendide merende, che è ubicata proprio di fronte.

• romeo (5/5): - La posizione per la sua vicinanza al tram e alla metro La prima cosa è la pulizia della stanza, la doccia risulta molto piccola e senza mensole per l'appoggio. Inoltre il flessibile a fianco del water perdeva e non era di facile gestione. La luce centrale del bagno non funzionava. La televisione non era sintonizzata. Non ci è stato comunicato la possibilità per il cambio degli asciugamani, cosa necessaria in quanto rimasti 5 giorni.Il frigo in camera è troppo piccolo e quindi praticamente inutilizzabile. Avrei gradito una seggiola in più, visto che eravamo in 2.

• Ana (7/5): Regular - El check in se hace fácil. Hay una nevera común para dejar comida. La ubicación malísima, para una mujer por la noche da miedo. Lo pasé realmente mal volviendo al alojamiento. En cuanto a la habitación: no tiene armarios. Estuve durante una semana y no limpiaron. La ducha no tiene manguera, así que no te puedes lavar el cuerpo sin mojarte el pelo. El recepcionista no aparece por allí. Para pagar las tasas tuve que hacer una transferencia bancaria

• Anthony (6/5): Great location, clean but terrible shower - The location and the host were excellent. The room was very clean. The shower was terrible, there was no water pressure at all and it took many minutes to get hot. The host told me the only way to get it hot was to turn the sink faucet on at the same time. The room is quite small but it was fine for 1 person with small luggage. Also the wifi was not working well, had to use the slower 2.4g band as the 5g would not get reception in the room.

Il letto con lenzuola e federe probabilmente non cambiate… Doccia non funzionante, usciva acqua fredda… Non vengono a fare pulizia ogni giorno! Abbiamo dovuto comprare noi la carta igienica perché avevano lasciato solo due rotoli… Le tapparelle lasciavano entrare molta luce, tende inesistenti…

We decided that he was lying, because the dryer never worked. - 1 point – shower – only a stationary shower above the head (rain). If a person wants to wash without getting their hair wet, it is very difficult. There is no shower head with a hose. Very inconvenient. - 0.5 point – noise from the street – it seems that the window is always open. I recommend that the owner adjust the balcony door or replace the sealing gaskets with new ones, the sound insulation from the street will definitely improve - 0.5 point – sound insulation from neighbors – many reviews mentioned poor sound insulation from neighbors. It's really not fun when you hear every cough from your neighbor.

No es una cosa exagerada pero si es verdad que se escuchan las habitaciones de al lado.Pero bueno nos tocaron vecinos considerados y de noche no se escuchaba nada

• Giorgia Bonaldo (6/5): Non all’altezza delle aspettative - La disponibilità relativamente all’orario d’arrivo e al lasciare le valigie prima e dopo il check in. Rumore e luce dalla finestra e dal balcone vecchio e che non chiudeva bene, oltre al fatto di aver sentito gli ospiti della camera vicina. Il bagno cieco in cui gli asciugamani non asciugano mai e l’umidità rimane sempre. Oltre questo è anche poco luminoso e la luce dello specchio funzionava poco e creava poca luminosità. I cuscini e il materasso non troppo comodi. Forniscono il phon ma non l’adattatore per le prese (non c’è nessuna presa schuko nella camera quindi si rischia di danneggiare il phon o le spine per poterlo usare. Meno curato di come sembra in foto. Purtroppo a noi non è piaciuto e non torneremo.

El propietario muy amable y contestaba al instante. La bañera, no tragaba el agua y no pasaron por la habitación ningún día de los que estuvimos.

• Walter (5/5): - Molto pulito e buona comunicazione con la struttura. Si sente tutto dalle stanze accanto. Praticamente come avere nella propria stanza le persone di stanza vicine. Capisco che le persone debbano essere più educate in generale ma in questo caso gli altri ospiti parlavano normalmente ma era come averli nella nostra camera. Una mensola dentro la doccia sarebbe gradita invece di doversi chinare ogni volta fino a terra

• Camilla (8/5): Consigliato! - Posizione ottima per chi si muove con i mezzi. Metro e treno nelle vicinanze. Noi ci siamo mosse sempre a piedi. Il Colosseo è il più vicino, circa 30 minuti a piedi. Camera moderna e pulita, staff disponibile e gentile. Supermercato a 1 minuto per chi come noi è interessato a comprare colazione e magari qualche tramezzino e frutta un pò rumosoro ma per chi come me non ama i rumori della strada, basta mettere i tappi :)

La camera minimal ma funzionale e di recente restauro Dettagli minimi ma a mio parere tollerabili: La tv con pochi canali funzionanti e mancanza di insonorizzazione.

• Magdalena (8/5): I recommend this place in this price and location of Rome. - Hotel was very good, location of this place for me is perfect, a lot of time i just walked around city. (not to every places for sure but the most). Conctact with the owner was very easy, he tried help me with my problems. I think that room was little dirty. Shower have low pressure (so its llittle difficult to wash long hairs for example). Walls around room are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors (even hairdryer and generally each talk) But for me the biggest minus was that i felt cold in room because of not suitable working air conditioner.

• Manuela (8/5): Limpieza 0 - No es tan cerca de la estación termini como dice ser.. sin embargo está en una buena localidad. Estuve 4 días 3 noches y nadie nunca llegó a limpiar la habitación, aunque pedí que me la limpiaran igual no lo hicieron. Solo me ofrecieron que cogiera toallas limpias, se me acabó el papel nadie repuso. No tenían ni jabón líquido para lavarse las manos. Dejé las maletas en la recepción luego llegué a recogerlas y pedí prestado el baño y ni me lo prestaron. Fatal no lo recomiendo
• Francesca (7/5): Per pochi giorni può andare! - Non ho soggiornato io personalmente ma i miei genitori, quindi riporto la loro esperienza. Bella camera, arredamento moderno. Il titolare disponibile. La mancanza della pulizia durante i giorni di soggiorno è una grande pecca. Andrebbe introdotta almeno ogni due giorni la pulizia delle camere per permettere agli ospiti di essere in una situazione più confortevole. Inoltre all’arrivo i miei genitori hanno trovato la tv e l’acqua calda non funzionanti, anche se mi hanno riferito che il proprietario è intervenuto in poco tempo a sistemare la situazione.

The room and balcony are dirty, the curtains are very dirty, the walls need painting. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything that happens behind the wall. There is no table in the room, no extra pillows or blankets, and the air conditioning works poorly. late check-in was difficult (there is no reception) During our four days of stay, no one came to check if we needed towels or a change of bed linen.
