Barkauskas (7/5): Good location if you need to go to UCLA hospital in the morning - Close to our destination in the a.m. the room was clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. They were all helpful. No valet service, no swimming pool or Jacuzzi. One restaurant was very limited menu. Check-in time was 4 PM seems a little late.

Jean (9/5): Lovely room, convenient location, inconvenient room service, no microwave. - The room was well laid out and comfortable. It was quiet. I was there because my husband is in the hospital, and it is a convenient walk to the hospital. (Also convenient to anything at UCLA, but I didn't have time.) I ordered room service, and the menu was very limited. The food came in paper containers and a paper bag, but there was no plate or fork in the room, so it was messy to eat. There was no microwave in the room, so I couldn't heat anything up, and it was too far for me to walk into Westchester. I think a mini-store in the hotel, a plate at fork delivered with the room service, and a microwave in the room would make it much more convenient.

I stay there a couple times a year. It’s never a disappointment always clean always good options for food and drink. The rooms are very quiet. I would like to give a special things to an employee called Milton. He helped me with my disabled daughter, unload the car and brought everything to my room was very helpful.
