- Clementine (6/5): - Emplacement au top, personnel réactif par message, et appartement plutôt grand avec balcon. Magasin vendant des bentos à 10 mètres de l’hôtel très pratique et très bon. Aucun équipement dans la cuisine, à part une bouilloire et 2 verres. L’appartement est vieillissant, moisissure dans la salle de bains, les lits sont peu confortables (on sent les ressorts) et la propreté laisse à désirer (très poussiéreux, et le ménage est fait très superficiellement cf photos prises de la chambre au moment du check in)

- TRAN (4/5): - The room has a TV, but it cannot connect to the internet. The air conditioner is very noisy. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is also very loud. The bidet nozzle on the toilet is too short, so water splashes everywhere when used. There is no dressing table or clothes rack. There are no staff present during check-in or check-out. The mattress is very soft. When lying down, it sinks deeply, and you can clearly feel the springs pressing into your back. When turning over, the mattress also makes very loud creaking noises.

- UCHIDA (8/5): 満足度高かったです - お風呂トイレ別なのがよかったです。 ベッドはふかふかでした。私にはふかふかすぎて腰が痛かったですが、とてもやわらかくて良い印象でした。冷蔵庫も大きくてよかったです。チェックインアウトもわかりやすかったです。 強いて言うなら洗面器欲しいですね。海外の方には使い方わかんないかー？

- Marina (10/5): Mini apartamento y muy completo - La ubicación perfecta para llegar del aeropuerto al lado de la estación y sobre todo la facilidad del check in ya que no tuvimos que ni siquiera hablar con nadie. Camas individuales y toallas pequeñas por decir algo malo.

Aber wer kann schon sagen, dass er in einem Zweibettzimmer, das eigentlich ein Apartment ist, mit Küche (Kühlschrank und Herd [ohne Töpfe und Geschirr], mit eigener Waschmaschine, Dusche und Toilette, sogar mit Balkon für die Raucher, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit vielen kleinen Supermärkten, netten Cafés, günstigen Restaurants und guten Verbindungen zur Metro für unter 50 € pro Nacht in Osaka übernachten kann??? Wenn ihr euch mit wenigem zufrieden gebt, ist das eine Top-Adresse. Ziemlich viel Gerümpel in den Nebenräumen.

- Saki (2/5): 2度と泊まりたくないです。 - 土足禁なので小さい子供にはありがたかった 清掃が最悪。シンクの下の扉を開けると食べ終わったカップ麺がそのまま。事前にメールでも電話でもベッドを壁付けにくっつけて欲しいと頼んでいたのにされておらず、自分たちで寄せてと言われ、寄せたらホコリまみれ。

Hotel is apartment conversion and could be better maintained/presented: Entrance area was cluttered with dirty laundry carts; Room was quite dusty; vents need cleaning; toilet and shower fans were malfunctioning. Seems more like a small-business/family-run operation than a large-chain with standardized quality control and processes.

I was staying for a long time time and having an apartment for the stay was the best choice I could have ever made. The room was big and cozy. The location was amazing, close to a lot of famous tourist spots and metro station. The room was quiet, I could barely hear the neighbours which for me is a big plus as I have a lot off trouble sleeping with noise. The room was not totally clean when I got the keys, had trash from previous guests under the bed, the ceiling fan was dusty and the stove was greasy. Which was a disappointment but overall it was a very nice stay. It would be very nice that the room furniture was fixed and able to use. As it feels odd to not be able to use some of the furniture.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 衛生面が？ - 玄関を開けた瞬間に、カビ臭いニオイがあり、睡眠出来るような環境で無かった。 他の方が口コミに書かれてるように換気扇の音も結構な大きさで気になった。 また、冷凍庫に前の宿泊者の食品の残りものもあり、あらゆる衛生面が気になり、宿泊は止めて、他のホテルに変更しました。 キッチンはあるものの調理器具等はありませんでした。
