Ele foi super atencioso conosco e encontrou uma van que nos levou de Napoli a Maiori, pra evitarmos usar novamente o serviço de taxi da cidade que nos decepcionou demais. A moça do café da manhã é muito simpática e prestativa. Na hospedagem foi tudo bom, mas achei a cidade suja e desorganizada. Serviço de taxi péssimo.

• Paolo (10/5): Relax serale dopo l'immersione giornaliera nella caotica Napoli - Villa storica inserita nel comprensorio privato con guardia. Staff gentilissimo e colazioni al TOP. Parcheggio all'aperto ma in area chiusa da cancello ed auto accessibile ad ogni ora (non come nei garage convenzionati tipici delle grandi città). Tranquillità e silenzio assicurati. La metro Medaglie d'Oro non è proprio sotto casa, ma nulla di insopportabile: la leggera salita da fare al rientro è alla portata di tutti e soprattutto è in una zona tranquilla.

• Anna (8/5): Very friendly staff, stay was ok - It’s a nice residential area, there is parking (even though a bit tricky to access with a not so tiny car), the staff is extremely open, helpful, and friendly. In general the location is quiet. 10-15 minutes walking distance from the metro. After we booked, we were asked via message €20 if we arrive after 8 PM which was unfortunately not written on the Booking.com website. After we pointed that out to the manager, we didn’t have to pay it. Also, the first room we had was not pleasant. It was a bit unclear which room we had booked because in our booking, it showed pictures of several different rooms in the hotel and actually the first pictures were of a room with a little garden, so we kind of expected a garden. But also here the manager was very understanding and gave us another room that was way better.

Super plus a Napoli! - La struttura è moderna e accogliente; la nostra camera disponeva di due terrazzini: uno privato interno e un altro affacciato sull’ingresso della zona comune. Si trova all’interno di un complesso residenziale e offre anche un’area parcheggio riservata agli ospiti, accessibile tramite codice. Al nostro arrivo il codice non funzionava, ma dopo averli contattati su WhatsApp ci è stato fornito un nuovo codice e siamo riuscite a entrare in circa dieci minuti. Considerando quanto sia difficile trovare parcheggio dedicato a Napoli, questo servizio è sicuramente un plus, anche se lo spazio è limitato a quattro auto e non sempre garantito. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché abbiamo preferito dormire un po’ di più, ma il foglio per la scelta delle opzioni sembrava abbastanza completo. Al momento del check-out, la signora del mattino si è comunque gentilmente offerta di prepararci un caffè, un gesto davvero apprezzato. Nel complesso, un soggiorno di una notte piacevole e dotato di tutto il necessario.

The location couldn’t be more convenient — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with plenty of options and a lovely personal touch that really made me feel at home. The host and waitress were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with local tips or anything I needed. Communication was smooth and easy from the moment we booked until checkout, which made the whole experience stress-free. The WiFi was also fast and reliable — perfect for getting some work done or streaming in the evenings. The absolute plus in top of all that is the convenient private and gated parking. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality! There was nothing that needs improving.

• Rahel (8/5): Good accommodation for a short stay in Naples. - The hosts and staff at Villa Montedonzelli are all very friendly and take great care of their guests. Nice breakfast. The room was cleaned daily and is very clean. We traveled by car and found it convenient that the accommodation provides parking. The next subway station is about a 10-minute walk away and takes you to the historic center in about half an hour. The price-performance ratio is very good. The accommodation is in a beautiful old building, which is somewhat sound-sensitive, and depending on the time of day, there can be some airplane noise from the planes landing at the airport. However, it was not overly disturbing for us.

Wir konnten nicht ab 15 Uhr einchecken und wir mussten auf das Personal warten, bis ein typ kommt, alle andere Gäste mussten vor der Tür warten. Parkplatz- Tür ist sehr eng und nicht passend für große Autos. Sauberkeit wird anscheinend nicht groß geschrieben, die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, in allen Ecken ist in dem Unterkunft nicht sauber. Bei Frühstück muss man einem Tag davor raussuchen, was man essen möchte.es hat etwas von Rationierung ... man bekommt beim Frühstück das gefühl vermittelt man sei gefräsig.3croissants furchtbar 2personen , wirklich ???Es gab ein Haar im Rührei. Wij hadden een kamer met een groot terras, heel lekker! Dichtbij het metrostation waardoor je snel in het centrum van Napels bent. Bed is erg goed, kussen leek een soort traagschuim, ligt erg lekker! De aankomst verliep iets rommelig omdat ik ze niet kon bereiken om door te geven hoelaat we er zouden zijn. Verder keurig opgelost!

W willi na śniadanie można zjeść jajecznicę/omleta co naprawdę we Włoszech jest rzadkością, żeby zjeść śniadanie w takim stylu. Pokoje bardzo czyste, codziennie dokładnie sprzątane.

U noćnim satima prolazili kvrtom, čini se siguran, iako je cijela ulica,u kojoj je smještaj, ograđena te ima čuvara na ulazu. Parking objekta posebno ograđen. Domaćica je veoma draga, doručak prema dogovoru. Svakodnevno čiste sobu. Sugestija: staviti u blagovaonicu kuhalo za vodu i šalice za kavu/čaj. (kavu/čaj gost neka sam kupi u obližnjem dućanu).

• Verified traveler (6/5): Difficult to Find! - People booking a room at this hotel need to understand that it is difficult to locate and a long distance from the city/downtown. The breakfast was excellent. The area is quiet. But the location is very out of the way.
• Diogo (7/5): A Mixed Stay - Like The City Itself! - The room was clean and light, with a tiny garden tucked in at the side, where our dog could run, sniff, explore and just be happy! The breakfast lady on the first day was a gem - let us eat in the room when my partner was sick. Bless her! While it felt a little rigid to have to predict our appetite in advance - especially on vacation - I can understand the effort to reduce food waste. Naples feels like a lot by itself - wild driving, loud people… But the pressure was already building, as they insisted we share our arrival time down to the hour. I get it, timing matters, logistics matters. But we were on a road trip and pressure doesn’t really pair well with that. Oh, the breakfast form - a list to fill out the day before, ticking off items we might crave the next morning. It felt a bit overly structured, like we had to predict our hunger or mood in advance. I mean, traveling makes your rhythms fuzzy, and there’s something so limiting about being locked into a croissant you might not want when the sun actually rises. Our room was just beside the kitchen, and at 6:30am, what seemed like a quiet prep for breakfast turned into clattering, voices, and a lack of soundproofing that made it hard to sleep through. Besides, guests were talking as if the day had already stretched for hours.

• Paul (8/5): Pleasant stay - The building is in the middle of apartment blocks with no vehicle access, and reached via the flight of steps shown in the photo. It's on a private estate with barrier controlled entrance but it's possible to get a taxi near if you know exacly where to go. We were met by the receoptionist. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The room was quiet and had a good view. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility but there was none in the room or the hotel.
• Dianne (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were polite, courteous and very helpful. We loved the room decor and the tall ceilings and balcony. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
• Tony (8/5): Our second visit in a couple of weeks Great again A quiet base in the bustling suburbs of Naples - 2nd visit in a couple of weeks this time as part of a party of 6 Great again Caring staff led by Maryna who assisted with checkin and transport
• Popi (1/5): Bad - We had a smooth and easy check-in experience thanks to Marina, who was very helpful. However, the management of our reservation by the hotel director was extremely disappointing. I had specifically booked a room with a backyard and grass for my service dog, but upon arrival, I was given a different room. When I raised the issue, I was told that the director changes reservations and rooms based on his own preferences and makes these changes without informing the guests in advance. This caused significant inconvenience for us. Additionally, for the price we paid, we did not expect to find a room with a completely broken mosquito net and a damaged sofa bed. Despite the inconvenience they caused, they repeatedly asked if we wanted to pay an extra $10 for breakfast. I believe a gesture of good customer service would have been to offer it to us, at least as a sign that they were willing to make up for the mistake. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

• Mccoy (6/5): We found Naples to be our least favorite place to experience. - The staff was very nice and accommodating. The area surrounding the facility was intimidating. We walked to a local pizza that was very good. Unfortunately, the majority of the people we encountered in Naples were not friendly. It was disappointing how unwelcome we felt. Naples airport staff is by far the worst we’ve ever encountered.
