• AntanasV (9/5): - Staff helped me to retrieve the toy we left behind, i am very grateful. Room was pretty clean, we found most of the things we needed. Washing machine had a drying mode! Bigger than some, but still pretty small. Being 192cm tall, i needed to bend bypassing some areas. I couldn't fully fit in the bathroom as well. It's built quite economicly, but at least it's clean.

• Chor Seng (7/5): Best balcony view facing the river and I enjoyed the morning and night view. Staff communicated well and fast response. - Balcony view, washer but unfortunately not working for our case. Staff responded very fast and promptly, they offered to wash our clothes. Easy to checked-in /out. No elevator, need to climb stair with luggage. Beds are too soft, when adult lying near the edge of the bed it will roll down. Unfortunately, washer spoiled and we got informed the day when we checked-in. Window seal at the bedroom not so good, people sleeping near the window can feel the cold air but the bedroom has heated/aircon.

• Siti Jasmin (10/5): Perfect Family Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Great Location - I stayed in Apartment 301 and was very happy with the accommodation. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and having a washer and dryer made our stay so convenient—especially for a family with three kids. The location is excellent, close to both Asakusa Station (with direct access to the Narita Airport train) and Kuramae Station. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating. They helped me adjust my booking dates and also arranged luggage storage when I arrived early and left late. Truly satisfied with this stay and would happily return!

• Jenny (8/5): Great Asakusa stay - The view of the river and skytree was fantastic from the fourth floor. Comfy beds, Aircon, plenty of electrical outlets, Netflix/youtube, wifi, inhouse washer/dryer, kitchen and utensils. Love the little vacuum cleaner , super nifty and powerful. Suitable for family of 4. Washing machine emitted some odour when not used. Mould build up just outside the shower area despite efforts to air out (we were there for 6 days). Be weary, there are no lifts and up to 5 levels with the lowest apartment floor on level 3.

• Ti-ann (9/5): Fantastic, great location and quiet! - This was a great stay! The location was perfect, not only close to attractions but also train station. We loved the quiter lication/feel yet closeness to everything. And there was no better way then finishing the day on the balcony over looking the river and sky tree. We stayed 6 nights, a clean/service would have been appreciated

• Zuzana MacOsko (10/5): Great stay in Tokyo - The apartman is very nice, all white and clean, quite small but we are not living in it, just staying for a few days and thats ok. Everything you need is there, even very nice view from the balcony over the river to the Sky Tree. Apartman is close to the metro station about 5 min on each side which is very convenient. If I come again I would stay here, no reason to change it:-))) And checkin in was so easy and the last they, they were so nice to us and let us check out bit later cos we were at the skytree that morning and wouldnt finish before ten. Thanx a lot for that.
• 甜姊 (8/5): 晴空塔變幻色彩很繽紛，只可惜每晚回去的時候，幾乎都熄燈了 - 無敵的河景 交通方面，到地鐵站很近 房內就有洗衣機，洗脫烘很方便 洗澡的浴室太擁擠了 床邊的窗戶並非是氣密窗 所以外面的車流、救護車聲音、交談聲都非常大聲，很吵雜

• Roxana (8/5): Recommendable, good experience - The beds were very comfortable and the room was ready to stay, very fresh. The room has everything to be comfortable, our own bathroom, kitchen, and nice view and even a TV. The location was convenient and close to some shops and the train station wasn't that far. It was hard for us to go upstairs with the baggage as they are kind of taller than usual.
• Irene (10/5): Traumaussicht über den Fluss - Das beste war die grandiose Aussicht über den Sumida Fluss, mehrere Brücken und den Tokio Skytree. Am Abend konnten wir auf dem Balkon immer noch nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing-Tag etwas trinken vor einem beleuchteten Panorama und in der Früh schon aus dem Bett die Sonne hinter dem skytree aufgehen sehen. Auf der Terrasse auf der Westseite konnten wir draußen frühstücken, wenn es in der Sonne vorne schon zu heiß war. Die Wohnung selbst ist für japanische Verhältnisse sehr geräumig, die Küche vollständig ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine gibt’s auch. (Trockner auch, aber wir konnten die Wäsche draußen aufhängen) Die U-Bahnstation Kuramae ist nur ca 3 min entfernt. An der Uferpromenade kann man laufen gehen oder spazieren. Das Asakusa Ausgeh- und Einkaufsviertel ist ca 10 min entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich.

• Carole (8/5): Belle vue, très bon emplacement . - Bien situé à Asakusa, temple senso ji à 10 minutes à pied, plusieurs lignes de métro accessibles rapidement.( accessible facile depuis Haneda, pas de changement à prévoir, ce qui est vraiment appréciable avec les valises) Literie confortable. Une très belle vue sur la rivière sumida et Skytree . Espace tout en longueur donc étroit, à 4 avec deux jeunes enfants ça passe, mais c’est à prendre en compte . Deux chaises face à la tablette et un petit canapé sans table. Ça dépanne mais faire un vrai repas à 4 serait un peu difficile. Ceci dit nous passions nos journées dehors et donc pour nous aucun problème, tout comme l’absence d’ascenseur ou la cage d’escalier étroite.

• Kylie (9/5): Superb - Beautiful view of Skytower from this hotel and good location for trains, restaurants. Little small for family of 5, including 3 teens, but we made it work. Shelf check in was very easy.
• Makhlouf (10/5): Amazing view of the Sumida river - Great location with access to many subway stations and can be used as a base for exploring the city. It has an amazing view of the Sumida river. The place was clean and everything worked as expected. Bonus point it has two showers which saves time to get ready.

• Katie (10/5): This was an amazing stay. It was very comfortable and the balcony view was amazing. - The balcony view was so beautiful. The location is very convenient. Close to subways and buses with easy access. The washing machine works as both washing and drying. It was a clean place as well and we felt very comfortable. There is no elevator and we were on the fifth floor but that was ok with going up the stairs. Truly an amazing and comfortable stay. The staff was also very nice and responsive with emails with any inquiries

Direct train line to Narita airport but need to walk further to an entrance with lift. Big washing machine with dryer to wash your clothes. Space was cramped for 4 adults, but expected in Tokyo. Stairs are narrow and steep, not suitable if you have elderly folks.

Two queen size beds make the bedroom intimate but are comfortable. be aware there is no lift and if you have bad legs the stairs are narrow and steep. The living area of flat is narrow and confining but as you are out for the day sightseeing it is adequate. The view from the balcony makes up for it

• Sasiporn (5/5): Very nice view and convinient - The view from the room was superb. I can see Tokyo Sky Tree from the window. It is not too far to wak to Asakusa Temple. There are many convinient store near by the hotel. No elevator !! it was not much clean . There is some dust in the bedroom and the shower room is too tiny.
• Deidre (3/5): Great location but the actual room is terrible. APA nearby was much nicer and cheaper - Great river and skytree view. Staying in Asakusa is great, with lots to do and see. Room was just yuck, everything is unfinished. I guess I should have scrutinised the photos more closely, but the photos definitely manage to gloss over the worst bits such as the beds being impossible to access without climbing over each other and the fact there is a down pipe right through the ceiling of the bedroom so it sounds like sleeping next to a river when it rains. Also very noisy. Stairs are so narrow that getting up and down with suitcases is challenging. Every other place we stayed on our trip was also 3 stars and this was just so much worse than all our other accommodation.

• Luis (9/5): Great place to discover Tokyo - Excelent option to stay with a family in Tokio, great location . Nice view over the river and the Tokio Tower with its amazing lights at night time. There is a nice promenade next to the river for jogging or night walks. Very functional apartment with optimal use of space and walking distance to Asakusa area, metro and convenience stores nearby, beeing a very quiet neigbourhood. Would come back without doubt.

Using stairs until 4-5 floor, so need extra to bring big luggage, especially when you got more than 3 floor. high floor, using stairs. Have access to rooftop, but forbidden to pass. Will be nice if we can enjoy the view from rooftop.

Its such a beautiful place to chill and relax! - The location was really good, near to asakusa station & other shops, malls & the sensoji temple. We were informed that there were no elevator but the staff was very kind, he helped us to carry the luggages. The space is quite small, were 4 adults but the spaces would be ideal for 2-3 adults HOWEVER it was very clean & the bed was so soft!! Definitely the highlight of the room.

The stairs up to the fourth level were difficult with baggage as it’s a very slim stairwell. The room we had was good for 4 adults but still a bit too small with baggage.

• Hsuanyu (9/5): It's an enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. Has switch for kids to spend some time there. - Location is very convenient to the metro stations, the view is awesome! Highly recommend for staying more than one night. The open bar has everything even wine glasses. Space is kinda small, two adults and two kids under 10 is ok, if for 4 adults the space might not be very comfortable.

It looks as if it was not changed at all. - the staff is no where to be found even during day time - not advisable if you have big luggage with you as there is no lift/elevator - unable to locate the staff to at least assist in carrying your luggage up and down specially for us which is in 4th floor - the unit picture was way off compared to how it look in the actual. Classic example of expectation vs reality. -at the entrance there’s a lot flies due to the garbage like as if it was not properly disposed
