• Milla (10/5): Amazing apartment - The apartment is extremely spacious! It has absolutely everything you need. The location is fantastic; very local but only a few minutes walk to the historic centre border. The host was extremely responsive and helpful giving us lots of tips. Nothing. But those with bad legs etc please note that the apartment is on the first floor with no lift.

Nos ayudó con todos los datos importantes. Me hubiera gustado saber que había que subir 50 escalones para llegar. No tiene ascensor. La verdad es que con maletas grandes es bastante complicado. Muy inadecuado el comentario del marido de Paola cuando nos ayudó a bajar las maletas.

• Vayuna (10/5): - The property is very big and spacious. It was very comfortable stay. Our host Enzo, had amazing hospitality giving us the entire tour of the apartment, suggested places to visit and even gave us complimentary cake, wine and a bottle of water. All the amenities were complete. The location is very good! There is bus stop about 2 min walk away and you can walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. All restaurants to eat and also places to shop coop and conad were very close by. Will definitely stay here again when we come back

• Krzysztof (10/5): Opis nie oddaje uroku i jakości obiektu. - Piękny apartament w idealnej odległości od centrum. Mieszkanie znajduje się na poddaszu i wspaniale oddaje klimat miasta. W suficie widać elementy konstrukcji dachu co dodaje uroku. Goście mają ponadto dostęp do małego tarasu na dachu. Cicha, czysta i spokojna okolica z dobrym dojazdem do głównych atrakcji. Gospodarz bardzo miły i nie narzucający się (bez problemu da się z nim dogadać po angielsku). Polecamy i jeśli kiedykolwiek zawitamy do Florencji to na pewno sprawdzimy dostępność. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz, udzielił wszystkich informacji, pomógł w trudnej sytuacji, szybki i sprawny kontakt. Cicha okolica, wygodne łóżka, można odpocząć. Gorąco polecam! W okolicy 2 sklepy spożywcze, restauracje. Bardzo czysto. Nieco daleka lokalizacja od centrum - pieszo ok. 25-30 min.

• EKTO (10/5): - Certainly a very preferable location a bit out of the tourist packed areas with so many nice restaurants all around. Prices lower than the average without long queues, which is, believe me, amazing in high season. Very family-friendly property nicely decorated with full amenities. Anything you might need, it's there. A complimentary champagne with a "colomba pasquale" has equally been a very out of the ordinary welcome gift. Last but not least, I should mention Enzo, our host. A kind-hearted person who takes care of you on all fronts; from a complete tour of the house with detailed instructions to restaurant proposals, budget, and fancy. He even booked for us a taxi at 04 00 am, for half of the price given by our app. For the perfectionist looking for a minus, I should mention that the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, causing somehow a weak flow. Nothing to spoil the general impression.

• Benas (10/5): Great value for money, wonderful host that goes above and beyond, very charming interior. - The host was exceptional. The internet was good for remote working - two people using video call at once was good enough. The place had everything needed for cooking. Again- nothing that we missed during our stay. Since we love walking, the location was perfect- rather calm neighbourhood, all places are within walking distance. The main lock was something we had to play with every time we wanted to get into the building. Minor inconvenience, but not something you want to do with full hands or when you are rushing… for the toilet haha.

• Eda (10/5): Kendi evimizdeymiş gibi rahat ettik, Çok çok iyiydi. - Çatı katındaki ev, çok hoş ve sade döşenmiş, çok temizdi. Kesinlikle çok rahat ettik. Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey vardı. kahve makinası, kahve çay vb., kahvaltılık reçel ve ekmekler çok lezzetliydi. Eve girdiğimizde harika bir kırmızı şarap ikram olarak bırakılmıştı. Hemen yukarıda minik bir teras sadece bize aitti. Çamaşır ve bulaşık makinası, ocak vb bir evde olması gereken her şey vardı. Evden yaklaşık 130 metre ilerideki duraktan 6 nolu otobüse binerek merkeze 10-15 dakika gibi bir sürede gidilebiliyor ve oradan da her yere yürüyerek gidip gezebildik. Floransayı çok sevdik ve elbetteki bir daha Floransaya gelirsek yine kesinlikle burada kalmak isteriz. Enzo'ya çok teşekkürler. Sevmediğimiz hiç bir şey olmadı.

Pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Proprietari gentili e disponibili: ci hanno accolto con una buonissima bottiglia di vino e una bottiglia d’acqua. La colazione è fornita dal proprietario: abbiamo trovato tè, cialde per il caffè, brioche, fette biscottate e marmellata. Nel bagno erano presenti bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo e sapone per le mani. La ciliegina sulla torta? Il parcheggio (a pagamento) vicinissimo all’abitazione. Lo consigliamo vivamente e ci torneremmo volentieri! Niente.

• Mario (9/5): Ausgezeichnete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage - Sehr netter Gastgeber. Konnten ohne Probleme früher anreisen. Sehr gute Erklärungen über Florenz und den Ortsteil, in der die Wohnung liegt. Lage der Wohnung perfekt. Etwa 20 Minuten Gehzeit zum Zentrum, in belebter Umgebung. Shops, gute Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars luden ein, den Hinweg zum Zentrum zeitlich zu verlängern 😊. Ausstattung der Wohnung top, 2 Bäder/2 Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Matratzen!! Eine sehr saubere und eigentlich ruhige Wohnung (siehe negative Punkte). Allerdings: ich würde diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen und ein weiterer Aufenthalt ist in Planung!!! Eigentlich eine sehr ruhige Wohnung, die nur sehr wenige Straßengeräusche zulässt und so war dies überhaupt nicht störend. Leider waren arge Geräusche tagsüber von den Nachbarn zu vernehmen, was wohl eine klare Ausnahme bedeutete, aber zum Punktabzug führt.

• Diego (8/5): Apartamento cómodo y bien equipado - Apartamento cómodo y bien equipado. El apartamento estaba en muy buenas condiciones, con baños y cocina modernos. La decoración es de estilo clásico, lo cual depende del gusto de cada persona, pero las camas son cómodas. Aunque la fachada muestra que es un edificio antiguo, el interior del apartamento es mucho más moderno y confortable.

E alguns lances de escada, que dificulta um.pouco para quem.twm mobilidade reduzida.

He also went out of his way in getting some gluten-free snacks for me, which was a massive plus. Communication and check-in with the host, Enzo, were extremely easy and smooth. He was always responsive and provided clear instructions, making the arrival process effortless. Enzo also gave us fantastic tips on what to see and how to make the most of our time in Florence, which really enhanced our experience. The apartment itself is absolutely charming and very well-equipped. It features a smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, and a lovely balcony — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the coffee machine was a thoughtful addition. We also greatly appreciated the welcome gift from Enzo, which was a nice personal touch. The location is excellent. The apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful area with plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bakeries within walking distance. At the same time, it’s very close to the main streets of Florence and well-connected by public transportation, which is ideal if you want to explore the city without walking long distances. For our group of four, the apartment worked perfectly. It has two bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings much easier and more convenient. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this apartment combines comfort, charm, and practicality with a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the thoughtful touches, the quiet yet convenient location, and the beautiful balcony. It was an unforgettable stay in Florence, and we highly recommend it — we just wish we could have stayed longer!

The kitchen had all the facilities you would expect. We loved the basket of buns and toasted bread with jam. Tea and coffee provided. The location was a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that gets you directly into the centre of the city. The host Mr. Enzo was very helpful in providing tips to visit the attractions.

The space was very tastefully decorated with lovely antique furniture. The kitchen had everything you need and more for making your own meals. The place was spotless. The bathroom was very cute and there was good water pressure in the shower. Heating was also good as we stayed at the end of November. Paid parking available very close to the apartment. The host Enzo was very helpful and explained everything about the apartment and local area. We enjoyed this neighborhood a lot, especially in the evenings, as there are lots of restaurants and bars where people from the area eat and drink so they are not tourist traps like you get in the historic center of Florence. I also found the shop and restaurant staff to be very friendly in this area. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Best to set up an exact time to get the keys - we had no wi-fi before arriving and it was difficult to contact the owner in order to access the premises. It is also not sign posted!

• Nicole (10/5): Just beautiful a home away from home - Everything! A home away from home. The owners have done so much to make the place feel cosy and a home. The apartment is better than the pictures, the bathrooms have been recently renovated, our room had a balcony (and area to dry clothes, I 100% entered by Nonna era here :p) It was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well in the heat. Beds very comfortable. Enzo was extremely contactable and helped with everything (I asked if there were and ice block makers, and some were delivered a few hours later. Great details provided on entry, Don’t forget to pop up to the rooftop balcony, it’s lovely. Bus Ticket tip: It’s a solid 30 min walk to the city centre, buses are great but make sure you get tickets for everyone so you don’t get fined (ticket inspectors checked us multiple times on our trip). The ‘bus it’ app is good but if you are a family, you can purchase a multi 10 pack and activate 5 at once, you can also buy one ticket at a time on the app as well, so if you need to activate more at the same time you can buy individuals tickets. You can also just tap your credit card, but you need a different credit card for each person, so if you are a family of 5 (like us) you need a different credit card for each person. Great coffee and restaurants close by. Nothing we loved everything and hope we can stay again

• Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a very nice combination of old and new design, one of the best ones that I ever seen. Fully equipped apartment for all your needs, very clean and up kept. We appreciated also the welcome snacks and beverages, including the bottle of prosecco. The host was also helpful and responsive and let us have a half an hour late check-out. Parking is in walking distance and is very safe. -

• Vicky (10/5): The perfect apartment. - First of all, Enzo. He was such a helpful host. Willing to give us any information we might have needed. The apartment was tastefully decorated, and it was in this beautiful historical building. It had all we needed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Florence.
• Taline (10/5): Amazing! - Very clean, bright and spacious. You are far away from all the chaos of the old town,to get a real sense of Florence, but close enough to walk to the popular tourist sites( 20-40minute walk). Everything was well thought by the host, plenty of towels, dishes etc… Had even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us. Coffee and pastries as well. Also, our host went above and beyond, and even dropped us off at the train station when our taxi failed to arrive. Grazie mille! Nothing, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Only thing to point out, is if you don’t like to walk or like to be in the center of all the popular tourist attractions then this will not be an ideal location.
• John-scott (8/5): EXCELLENT. SUPERB QUAINT PROPERTY but read the 'issues' statement - loved the host meeting us at the property to hand over the keys, show us how everything worked in the property and directions for attractions and advice on galleries/museums/cathedrals/parks etc. Apartment itself was gorgeous. Very quaint and oldly worldly but with a more modern touch with what appeared to be a relatively new kitchen. The wooden beams were a lovely touch along with the modern fitting of electronically opening velux windows and outside shutter blinds...we loved the style and shape of the apartment, not to mention its own private little balcony on the floor above which was just gorgeous for our late night drinks or tea in the mornings. It was also a nice touch the croissants and small chocolate cakes left for us in basket on arrival and bottled water in the fridge. As much as we really loved the property and would be more than happy staying again, there were a few things we felt could easily be improved.... 1...mattresses are very personal, but we both found the mattress rather thin and a little uncomfortable (on the firm side)...however, as I say, everyone likes what they like when it comes to mattresses, but this was our personal opinion. 2...Of greater disapointment to us (and Im sure to most who will stay) would be the weak shower flow, a better shower I would suggest would be a great (must have) way to make the stay even better....we also had a daily issue with the very slow drainage of the water basin when in the shower....meaning an extra long shower if desired could not be taken as the drainage water was well above foot level and reaching overflow territory...this is most definitely something the owners have to rectify in my opinion. It is most likely a very easy fix with just a drain unblock. (We also rented out the 2 bedroom apartment downstairs and the showers in that apartment were excellent) 3...Our final issue was with the outside main door apartment entry key. It is extremely difficult to turn right to open the storm doors to gain access to the building. We all tried the key individually and almost gave up and rang the host before my trying and eventually getting it in the end at the 4th attempt. Either the keys need renewed, or the lock needs renewed or greased/oiled to move more freely...otherwise I suggest the hosts of your property could receive calls from confused/unhappy visitors unable to gain access to the property. The above issues we feel are easily rectifiable, and once done would make the apartment nothing short of superb and a definite go to...however problematic door locks and showers in hot citys are very important to all holidaymakers, so i cant stress strongly enough the fixing of these smallish but important issues...and once done, you have a perfect property.

Also, this apartment is outside of the restricted zones, so once we parked our rental car, we did not have to move it until we were leaving Florence. (Parking near apartment.) We could walk into the city. Also, our host Enzo was very helpful and responsive to our requests for information or recommendations. This is a really good location for a family.

Kitchen had drinks and snacks which were appreciated, as were clean towels and toiletries in bathrooms. Ease to communicate with host during the stay via messaging. How to check out unclear.

• Jarrod (10/5): This is the best place, and best value place, we have stayed in Europe over the past 3 weeks. - Beautiful apartment with everything you could want. Wonderful and helpful host. Easy 20 min walk to the centre of town, or a quick ride on the bus at the front door. Nothing. It was wonderful.
• Cris (10/5): The Perfect Place To Visit Florence - The entrance to the building itself is wonderful, with stoned steps up to the main inner door. The apartment itself is light and airy, with gorgeous exposed beams and benefits from air conditioning throughout. A nice bottle of chianti was awaiting us, together with breakfast pastries and bottled water. As well as a full tour and familiarisation of the apartment, Enzo will also talk you through where all the cities main attractions are, bus routes & numbers should you need them, and also the recycling bins location. It's nicely located just outside the city wall, 8-10 mins walk from Piazza Cesare Beccaria and a large supermarket. A brilliant gelateria and Gennaro's Neapolitan bakery is literally round the corner. Just don't forget to take a ticket! If and when we come back to Firenze, this is where we will stay. Our only negatives are the bed is very firm, too firm for us (but this is personal preference), and the shower pressure is a little underwhelming. BUT, the apartment has everything you need and more, including a private outdoor terrace, which is perfect to enjoy those breakfast pastries and a glass of chianti.

• Michele (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautiful and in a handy location easy walking 20 minutes to town centre. Our host met us at the door and gave us an amazing brief on all we needed to know to have a successful stay and to enjoy the sights of Florence.
• Marco (9/5): Superb - Spacious and clean appartment with all facilities available that you require. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby at walking distance. Private secured parking space available around the corner for 10 euros a day. It was a really pleasent stay.
