An der Rezeption top vorbereitet um einen Rom perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen - mit Karte und z. B. entsprechenden Tipps für Lokale nach Preisen und Stadtvierteln aufgeteilt - Top Service:-) Perfekte Ausgangslage um Rom zu erkunden. Busse fahren auch ganz in der Nähe weg um bspw. nach Trastevere zu kommen bzw auch heim zu kommen von Trastevere:-) Der Flughafenbus für die Rückreise hält auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Bad hätte etwas mehr Reinigung bei der Ankunft vertragen.
• Oleksandr Beregovyi (10/5): Excellent place for the money you pay - The location was excellent, just 15 minutes of walk to Vatican or Pantheon, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable especially for people with back issues. The room was clean and cool. The breakfast was served in time. I saw no reason to have a breakfast outside of hotel as the hotel offers typical Italian breakfast : coffee and some patisserie. The communication with host was easy and informative. It was very easy to get to the place from Airport bus shuttle. Just 5 minute walk from the shuttle bus stop. My room had windows into the inside yard of the building so it lacks sunlight in the morning, but it was very quite and overall lightning in the room was excellent with 2 options : warm and cold light.

• Nicole (10/5): - Hervorragender Aufenthalt in Rom! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, modern und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Lage ist top. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den ausgezeichneten Service. Matteo und auch das Personal vor Ort waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Services wie der Flughafen-Shuttle wurden prompt und perfekt organisiert. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an bestens betreut. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Breakfast was great and always right on time. The location is good but in a bit more of a quieter area. It can take a little bit longer to walk to central areas but there is a laundromat nearby.

The location is excellent—we were able to explore everything on foot while staying in a quiet neighborhood. Matteo was a polite, supportive, and always available host who made our stay very smooth. The in-room breakfast was very convenient, and the easy check-in process and luggage storage option were a great bonus. Overall, a fantastic experience—we would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the host was quick and easy, and they were very helpful with everything. Breakfast was good, and reasonable vegan alternatives were also possible to arrange. Pillows were a bit hard, but you got used to it.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Location is 20-25 minutes walk from the Vatican and 10-15 minutes from old city center. We recommend the the Terravision shuttle bus from the Airport to the Vatican-bus line. Busstop only 5 minutes from the B&B. 6,00 EUR pr. Person. Foil on the Windows in our room.

Tolle Lage, große Dusche, Gutes Frühstück um in den Tag zu starten, die Betten waren bequem, wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben Rom ausschließlich zu Fuß erkundet, was durch die tolle Lage möglich war. Lokale, Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, alles in der Nähe und gut erreichbar.

Завтрак привозят на столике в номер, выбор не большой без омлетов и т д но как для среднего по Риму. С учетом что в основном это кофе и круассан - тут выбор более обширный. Встретили приветливо, отличная сантехника Нам не хватило кофеварки капсульной, были стики нескафе и чайник и чай. Но нескафе со стиков ужасный

• Kristin (10/5): We looked forward to returning to the comfort of our beautiful hotel home in Rome each night! - The location was in a quiet section of Pradi, with pristine surroundings. The interior was sparkling, as was the staff. The room ( a junior suite) was not large, but had a fair amount of space for my family of three. My son loved the bed in the nook! I have nothing but positive comments!

Very spacious and the breakfast is lovely. The staff and the owner are very easy to reach. They are so accommodating , friendly and kind. The place itself is an easy reach to top places. • Polyna (10/5): The perfect stay for couples - The property is super safe with lock on the main entrance and the entrance to the rooms and an additional key for each room. The man at the entrance is exceptionally helpful, always smiling and willing to assist in any way. He would deliver the freshly made breakfast to our room on time and would be very gentle and respectful. Mattheo, the owner, was always available on Watsapp and very kind and polite. We enjoyed our time there and will stay there again if we find ourselves back in Rome.
