• Sylvie (8/5): Excellente adresse pour un séjour au calme au coeur de Florence. - L'endroit est très bien situé, à promximité de tout à pied sans être non plus dans le coeur bruyant touristique. Petits cafés, restaurants, bar à vin et Carrefour Market à moins de 3 mn. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très bien décoré, équipé et très propre. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et réactifs sur Whatsapp si besoin. Le check in on-line a été un peu laborieux pour moi mais les hôtes ont été adorables et aidants.

• Aitor (6/5): Mala atención. - La ubicación y el apartamento en sí. El parking: está a 25 minutos caminando. Lo grave es que no te avisan hasta el día anterior. El día que llegas, supuestamente, te llevan al apartamento. Sin embargo, nos dijeron que en ese momento no tenían disponible el transfer y nos sugirieron llevarnos en nuestro coche. Además omiten cualquier tipo de respuesta sobre este tema.

Molto gradita la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente nell’ufficio che gestisce gli appartamenti seppur ad una ventina di minuti a piedi dalla casa. Servizio clienti pronto a risolvere eventuali problematiche. Da migliorare la pulizia dell’appartamento. Sarebbe gradito un secondo mazzo di chiavi ed un televisore anche in camera da letto

• Corinaldesi (10/5): OTTIMO PUNTO D'APPOGGIO PER VISITARE FIRENZE - Appartamento moderno arredato con gusto e con tutti i comfort. Fa parte di un edificio 'antico' e questo contrasto moderno-antico dona fascino alla location. Angolo cottura presente e molto ben equipaggiato con ogni accessorio utile. C'è anche un mini-market Carrefour vicinissimo e aperto 24 ore su 24 che consente di preparare qualche pasto veloce. Utilissimo il servizio di garage convenzionato e incluso nel prezzo dell'appartamento. Unica piccola pecca è il solaio in legno che scricchiola un po' quando gli ospiti del piano superiore si muovono (ma è anche il fascino delle vecchie abitazioni ristrutturate).

Легкий въезд и выезд, дополнительные плюшки от хозяев - масло, специи, водичка... Тепло... Звукоизоляция по отношению к квартире этажом выше - любой шаг сверху был сильно слышен. Ну и нужна какая-то вешалка для верхней одежды в районе двери

• Sara (9/5): Buena relación calidad precio. Apartamento moderno - Apartamento precioso y remodelado. Lavavajillas, lavadora, horno y microondas. Utensilios suficientes para cocinar. Hay tostadora y cafetera italiana. El parking está incluido, pero la estar lejos, te lo traen al apartamento a la hora que se pida, sin coste extra. Muy amable el equipo del párking. La nevera no funcionaba, tuvo que venir el técnico a arreglarla, pero no se quedó funcionando. Se nos estropeó mucha de la comida que teníamos. El aire acondicionado necesita limpieza, los filtros están llenos de polvo, y por ese motivo, no tira suficiente aire para enfriar el apartamento. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, si arreglaran esos dos problemas importantes, volvería con los ojos cerrados.

Florence is different to most cities so this was an amazing option and completely beats all other options we looked at. Location is quiet while central. 200m from restaurants and nice pub on the street behind to pop out for a beer. The furniture needs to be changed out in places. all 6 chairs in the kitchen are broken. Mattresses need to change or need mattress covers. No locks on bedroom or bathroom doors. This place would be a 10/10 for me if the furniture was fixed and upgraded.

• Pascal (8/5): Very good - I followed instructions to first get through the building door (digicode) then to retrieve the apartment key in a secured box. The apartment is very nice, modern and clean. We did not find the washing machine at first, but finally did (it is on the balcony). The apartment is otherwise very nicely situated. I would not recommend using the key itself to enter the building, but strongly recommend using the digicode instead. The key to enter the building is made with cheap metal and it feels like it is just a matter of time before somebody breaks the key into the lock. The door is an old one and both parts need to be perfectly aligned so that the key can be used without effort. I strongly recommend the owner to make a copy using propert material like steel.

• Nick.orp (9/5): Superb - Very nicely appointed apartment, good size for a family of four. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable but not awful either. Good for two children to sleep on. The location is great just a few minute walk from the central market. Unfortunately our AC broke down during a heat wave but the staff very quickly moved us into an even nicer apartment close by. The service overall was excellent and we felt well taken care of. Overall very much enjoyed our stay and would return as the value was good compared to other options we looked at. Other than the AC breaking down, the pull.out couch could have been a bit more comfortable. Otherwise no complaints with this apartment.

• Kiran (6/5): Florence - Every thing is Automated in terms of check in. There is no manual intervention. The staff are extremely efficient and helpful. The apartment is amazing and location is excellent as all the restaurants are very near. Payment of the City Tax is usually done only on the last day when you check out. They wanted the payment to be done initally it self which was problem as I was driving. They should have an option to pay once we check in as well and at the time of check out. The property is not good if you have to stay for long as there is no cleaning staff coming in every day. As a result changing of towels, Shower gel, Shampoos and cleaning rest rooms needs to be requested. It is not a hotel to have room service respond immediately. If you are staying for more than 3 days you will have to clean it your self. If they have to clean it is extra charge again. The property does not have car parking, i was suggested a car park which was closed. Luckily i found one. If you are travelling with lot of Luggage please be noted that there i no lift. We had lot of luggage. We were lucky that it was just first floor. If not you will have to carry it your self all by your self.
• Ionut (3/5): Poor - we checked in at 10pm and then went for a walk. when we arrived back in the apartment and wanted to take a shower there was no hot water. we let it run for more than 30 min and still cold as ice. we tried contacting property via booking/ whatsapp but no one responded. at 9 am they responded and said that they can send someone to fixit and checkout later, but it is quite not helpful as we had to sleep with no shower and wanted to go visit not stay in the appartment longer. for a 300€\night you do not expect to not have hot water. also the sofa is extensible, but is very uncomfortable add has a dent in it. so i do not recommend going here as a group and some of you to be sleeping on the sofa. also notice that you hear EVERYTHING from upstairs and in the hallway. no napking also.

• Rejish (8/5): Great stay - Everything. Really spacious apartment. Had little trouble in opening the key box at the door. A great neighbor was kind enough to support me and after that everything was smooth till checkout. There is Carrefour next to the property which had all the essentials to shop for your stay. Support is through WhatsApp and they r quick in responding including giving guidance to local places and attractions. There is no lift to the first floor; however it was mentioned in the property details and we were aware of it. The self check in option website really ask lots of information to be updated for all who stay; but I think that’s the local requirements

Good hosts and helpful - The location was great a short walk to anything needed and central areas The neighbors upstairs seemed to be walking around almost all day and night which was odd, but maybe they just moved in so its possible its just the time we were there.

• Anniea18 (9/5): Nice flat with a great location - A nice place to stay in Florence with a great location. It's so close to the city centre but in a really quiet street. Has a small supermarket right next to it and some great restaurants around. The staff was really responsive. The apartment is a bit dark but the facilities are good. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious, and the ACs worked well. Some of the furniture could benefit from renewal, like the chairs in the kitchen.
