- Chen (4/5): 整體來說我還是喜歡的 - 地點位置在預訂時就已知道離地鐵走路約10分鐘路程，所以這點沒問題。我喜歡你們的日式傳統風格的氛圍，包含和式客廳、浴室等。另外住家附近寧靜，不吵雜!這點非常的棒。每天走路至車站都有不一樣景色，對於一個外國客來說，處處都是驚喜。 房東給了一個網站介紹房內使用器材的資訊，非常明確，都有圖文說明，以及英文對照，對於外國遊客來說非常友善。 房內乾淨，這很重要。我們是四月初來的，天氣溫度還是有點冷，房內有暖氣空調非常棒，長輩們都有舒適的睡眠。 告知房東客廳的燈泡壞掉，說明會盡快安排時間處理，但到我們退房時都沒來處理過。 預訂此民宿時，booking.com上的資訊說明的退房時間是上午11點，但下訂後與房東的聯繫過程，得知退房時間為上午10點，於是一開始就有反應，並透過booking.com的客服聯繫對方，並且得到合理的解決。但最後一天打掃的服務員卻在10點進門來，我們相當的錯愕，跟房東聯繫後，還要我提供11點退房的證明資訊，這點我有點不太高興。
