• Sacramento (6/5): It was ok, not great. - Location is great, close to everything. Apartment is spacious and has nice big windows in the living room. Apartment is on the third floor with very steep stairs, no elevator. Pillows were very uncomfortable, mine in particular was thin like a pancake. We cannot control the apartment temperature, I asked about it and they said they could change the temperature if I wanted. I believe that guests need to be able to control the temperature according to their own comfort. Also, there was no paper towel, towel or napkins in the kitchen, we looked everywhere! This was really annoying, we ate pizza one night and couldn’t clean the table or our hands. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Alcuni aspetti dell'arredamento sembrano un pò posticci. Il servizio clienti è organizzato ma alla fine delega al cliente molte incombenze (prendi le chiavi, registra i doc, manda le foto, capisci come entrare....)

• Laura (8/5): Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! - Die Lage ist wirklich super! Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir sind vom Flughafen mit der S-Bahn gefahren und vom Bahnhof zu Fuß gelaufen. Leider hat es zwischenzeitlich stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Unter der Decke waren ein paar Spinnenweben an den Balken.

• Whitley (9/5): Great value for the location in an authentic modern apartment. - It was overall easy to collect the keys. We collected them from another location first and then returned to the location of our stay. The hot water wasn’t working the first night but I reached out to the receptionist and it was solved quickly.

Уникальное сочетание исторического здания и современного интерьера. Немного шума с улицы ночью - это скорее популярность местоположения: много туристов. Рядом много кафешек, магазинчиков. Заселение и онлайн регистрация достаточно сложны, особенно для людей не достаточно владеющих языком и новейшими технологиями. Ключи оказались в другом здании. Отсутствие лифта создало проблемы для людей старшего возраста. Нам просто повезло, встретился очень доброжелательный молодой итальянец, который собственно и помог с поиском ключей, помог с подъемом багажа.

• Harleen (1/5): Awful stay - dirty, unsanitary, unsafe, terrible customer service - Nothing. Had the most awful experience here. Laundry machine flooded onto the floor two times (we didn't even use it!), there was mold and mildew in the fridge/freezer, ALL linens were stained and dirty, dust ridden floors, dustballs on the counter, shower handle was falling off, toilets DO NOT flush properly which leaves a terrible stench in the washrooms, all dishes were dirty and clearly not washed when we arrived, and the iron was so old that it flooded out upon turning it on and burned my clothes. It has been over a month since my stay and still customer service has not remedied all of the issues I've had or gotten back to me in time. I highly do not recommend. I spent more money on this apartment than I would normally spend on vacation and it was all for nothing. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time with how dirty, unsanitary and borderline unsafe the apartment was. Please consider getting an apartment hotel elsewhere.

• Mustafa (5/5): Not recommended - Location Staff was unprofessional The apartment is on third floor and the stairs is too high and uncomfortable so very difficult to reach The process of check in is very difficult as you have to get the key from a place and he apartment locate in another place. You have to call them and the guy who answer the phone and suppose to open the door was really very rude and taking on the phone in a very bad manner The parking they offered to me is very far from the apartment and cost the same if you park close to the apartment. Moreover you have to wait half an hour until they will arrange your transfer to the apartment, Finally I asked for late check out to be on 12 pm instead of 10 am and they refused and offer me to pay 22 € to give me the late checkout

• Aaron (5/5): It was beautiful in the inside. But only 10m of hot water. - Very clean and cozy. Very beautiful interior. Great location a short walk to train station The shower was super cold. I had to reset the water heater every time we wanted to take a shower. Thankfully I live in Italy so I how how to rest that particular water heater. The water would be warm for 5 minutes the water heater would read error again. Unfortunately I had to take a cold shower at that point.

• Alexandra (6/5): Great location, lovely little apartment but pretty expensive for what you get. - Property was in an excellent location, room was clean and lovely. We didn’t have hot water for the first 24 hrs of our stay. The staff fixed this up fairly quickly but it started the trip off with a low point. Also apartment was hard to find and the survey they make you fill in at the start felt never ending and the link to pay ‘city taxes’ didn’t work.
• Rebecca (1/5): Absolutely awful! - Nothing We got locked inside for an hour because the front door was broken. After maintenance came to break us out we needed to call again because we had no hot water. Everytime they came out to “fix” the boiler the water was warm for 5 minutes. The keys don’t work to the 2nd door so you have to reach around and unlock from outside. We could not take showers because we didn’t have proper water. There are no lights that work in the hallways so good luck walking 3 flights in the pitch black dark! Bring flashlights. The company tried to offer $100 after I paid $1400 for 3 nights! Unacceptable and don’t ever stay here! Awful!
• Pauline (7/5): The apartment was fabulous and in a great location, apart from the stairs it was brilliant - The location was wonderful, in walking distance of all the attractions.we were 10 mins walk from the train station, the apartment was lovely, it had everything we needed, even a washing machine and drying rack. There was plenty of coffee, tea etc. lovely and quiet at night . We had a large double bed and two sofa beds, which were very comfortable. There was also a lovely wine door across the street, which I included in the photos. There was three flight of stairs up to the apartment, the lighting was bad and didn’t seem to stay on, also it was hard to get our luggage up them.

Everything was set well and air conditioner was on when arrived, so apartment was well cooled. It is on 3rd floor and getting with big case is relatively difficult. Especially if you have 2 cases.

Mamo Florence Beatrice Apartment was on the fourth/top floor no elevator. This was not a problem for us but letting you know in case it is a problem for you.

• Andy (7/5): Good location, enjoy our stay. But could be cleaner in the bathroom. - Location was great. Close to restaurants and shops. The bathrooms weren’t too clean. Especially the shower. We see black mildew. You should clean it better. There’s a lot of noise coming from the water heater and noise in the wall up in the loft. Also need to provide more shower shampoo and conditioner. Going up to the third floor was tough since it was very steep and no lift, especially if you are older.
• Ying (10/5): Very comfy stay! Book it! - The apartment is so spacious n comfortable. everything was perfect. We were very very comfy during our stay. The 2 toilets available were helpful too. Would highly recommend tis apartment. Host was always ready to answer any queries. Appreciate the little packets of condiments (olive oil, salt n pepper, coffee and tea) provided. Room is exactly as the pictures shown. The only thing we hate is the 65 steps staircase leading to the apartment but tat can't be helped.
• Christian (6/5): I really want to like this apartment since the service was excellent and the place was clean, but... - Location is perfect. The apartment is perfectly clean. Unfortunately, while the apartment is very nice and very clean, there is a sewage smell that I just can't ignore. I would have rated this apartment a five with the exception of the odors from the bathroom and the poorly designated lock box in a different (although very close by) location. The stairwell is functional, but nothing to write home about and unfortunately the front door is always unlocked (possibly because it requires a sharp pull to actually have it latch). There is also an oddly appointed kitchen. Service of 1-5, depending on what you need.

• Mbmoore (10/5): Excellent apartment - Excellent mod-cons, and the apt is so beautiful 😍. We could not fault it. It's right in the centre, great location. Would recommend and book again. Just for anyone with mobility issues there's a few flights aof stairs but it was no bother to us.

• Kerolos (9/5): super location - It’s cozy and comfortable, very close to the train station and Duomo. especial thanks to the amazing young lady Martina who checked me in, she was super friendly, and helpful helped me with a lot of heavy bags going up and down with me twice with cheerful attitude. she also made sure to roam me around the flat and helped me with the Wifi connection, she was actually very accommodating and hospitable. it is on the roof top too much stairs to climb everyday and it was uncomfortable. main bathroom drainage smell was not good which we avoid to use it. more attention to maintenance and cleaning will be great.
