- Ammar (2/5): The worst experience - Staff are terrible, weather was hot, but they didn’t turn on Airconditions. Zero service, bad toilet, window are broken, curtains are broken. Nothing good. Although it is cheap, it does not worth to pay 10$.
- Sarah (10/5): A nice short stay - The size of the room and comfortable firm bed. The shower was nice and relaxing, clean towels and a mini fridge/small kitchenette. Helpful with an elevator, 24 hr reception, very good priced room, a healthy small breakfast on the go and they're very close to the ferry port which was our main reason for our stay; is to catch our cruise ship the next day. The hotel sign is missing or not clear outside at night but we found the place fine since we took a taxi/Uber.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, merkezi ve her yere ulaşımı kolay metroya ve otobüs durağına 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Tek eksi yanı kahvaltı'nın açık büfe olmaması, sınırlı olması ve yeterli olmaması. Fakat yemek salonunda yer olmaması durumunda kahvaltınızı alıp odanıza götürüp yeme imkanınız da mevcut. Kahvaltı haricinde harika bir otel tavsiye ederim.

- GULNARA (4/5): - Bu otelde önceden de bir kaç sefer konakladim. Ama her seferde daha kötüye gidiyor. Personal ilgisiz. Odalar eskimiş dökülüyor. Ben odadan çok depoda konakliyormusum gibime geldi. Temiz değildi odam. Benden önceki misafirin çöplerini bir gün sonra temizlendiginde gördüler. Yatağın altından kullanılmış su krem tüpü çekirdek kabukları vardı. Kapıda resepsyondaki çocuk bavula yardım etmedi. Kahvaltı eskiden odaya gelirdi. Şimdi bahçede kapalı bir küçük yer yapmışlar. Her sabah indiğimde klima açılmamış buz gibiydi. Umursamiyorlar resmen. Söz söylediğinde yüz ifadeleri berbaddi. İsmifurkandi bence. Kaba ilgisiz biri... Sabah kahvaltisi tabakta sunuluyor. İçinde margarin ve bir iki dilim l domates salatalık zeytin bir yumurta. Domates ve salatalık sanki geceden kalmış zeytin kuflenmisti. Çayları soğuktu. Oysa kendileri mutfaklarında baya güzel kaliteli şeyler kullanmakta. Çayları da sıcak ve güzel demli. Otelin yeri güzel olduğu için tercih ediyorum genelde. Eskiden gerçekten çok iyiydi.
- Es-oldokh (6/5): Good location, needs cleaning and maintenance. - Hotel is located by the big road but in a quiet little street, therefore, very convenient. Close to restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacy etc. Also, Sisli shoppiing streets are within just 10-15 walks. 1. Not cleaned well. 2. Not maintained well. 3. Sewage smell comes from bathroom even the door closed. Maybe from ventilator in the room that is connected to bathroom… 4. Bathroom sink was clogged. We informed the female receptionist, however not fixed even though she said she’s gonna send someone on the next day. We used the kitchen sink anyway… 5.We paid extra to get a specific room, but they gave us a different room.
- Iliya (9/5): Superb - Locaiton was really great. Price was perfect comparing to hotels in the district. It was clean and comfortable. Staff didn't speak a lot of English but Google Translate worked fine. Payment only by cash - their POS terminal did not accept foreign cards.

- Ahmed (8/5): - The hotel is good in terms of location and budget, as it’s just a 5-minute walk to Osmanbey metro station. However, the breakfast was very basic, and the rooms are quite narrow. There’s no water provided in the rooms, and no cleaning service was offered during my stay. Overall, it’s suitable for those on a budget but don’t expect much in terms of amenities.

- Sofia (3/5): Poor - Breakfast is terrible, staff knows absolutely no English (not even the word water), not helpful at all, there was no water in the hotel for 2 hours (right when we had to shower for a wedding) and the hotel provided no solution, and on top wanted to charge extra fees for a water bottle given we had no water to even use the restroom. No one cleaned the room or gave us clean sheets/towels in 5 days, 5 days with no new trash bags no new toilet paper nothing clean is insane. I’ve stay at shared hostels that are cleaner and much better service. Don’t recommend.

I also mentioned that if they still want more money still mentioned but they did not provide any detail. I had to stay a few hours in another hotel! Also staff were speaking to the phone 24/7 instead of answering our ask while we were at the lobby

- Carla (3/5): I won’t recommend it or book it ever again - It was by the Main Street It didn’t look like the picture, it was so small for a couple specially for 10 days , breakfast we had it 1 day, the other days we eat some other place , I was going to cancel after 1 night but the staff don’t speak English and the all amount was taken already from my account , we had to take pictures of what we needed for the rom . Cleaning lady very kind . Bathroom was old and shower head broken .

- Kaori (5/5): Super noisy - There was an interesting washing machine. Incredibly noisy. We stayed just upstairs of the reception and there were people talking and laughing super loudly until 3am. We could hear everything outside from the window and the door as well. If you want to sleep they recommended us to stay at room 402 next time :) There should be a rule after 10pm to be completely quiet in the common area.

I realized this on the way to airport, returned to hotel , and retrieved passport from the copy machine at the front desk, but there was any apology from staff. Iwas lucky to make it to my flight just in time, but it was very unplesant.

The staff is so rude They don’t clean the room except when you go to the reception and ask them too No any good amenities No room service Wifi is not good most of the time We booked for a triple room to fit an extra bed and when we arrived we found it smaller then the regular room Also the AC wasn’t working in my friends room properly, both of my friend’s rooms The staff doesn’t speak except turkish and they don’t understand a single english word even the basic ones, so the communication was terrible! Also we asked them for a partial refund on the day that the AC wasn’t working at and they didn’t approve it. They don’t change the bed sheets or towels everyday except if stained. Will not go again.

The staff tried helping us by spraying air fresher but it didn't work. I don't know if someone was smoking in other rooms and that got to our room but we had to deal with the smell for the two nights.

- Joanne (7/5): It's all about the location - The location is perfect, lots to do all around the hotel. We visited the Military museum, the Palace and did a River cruise too, within walking distance from here. The bed was really comfortable, the receptionist was very helpful when we asked for extra pillows as we only had 1 pillow each. Although we had to use the translation app on our phones. Very basic breakfast, no options, it was just placed infront of us. No water or fruit juices at breakfast. The place could have been cleaner. No-one spoke English at all. We upgraded to a balcony room but we had to clean the balcony first as the table and chairs were filthy. The shower cubicle grouting had black mould, the shower could definitely do with an upgrade. The electricity went off at least once per day making the lift unusable and the winding staircase dangerous.
- Keven (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel location is great. It is near Osmenbay Metro station. There are a number of restaurants, small bars, and money exchanges very near as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. They serve a tasty light breakfast. It is not a buffet. Breakfast consists of boiled eggs, sliced meat and cheeses, sliced vegetables, fresh bread, coffee, or tea. The room was cozy, with a balcony. It is outfitted well with a kitchen sink, small refrigerator, and a small washing machine. The fixtures are pretty new, and the bed is very comfortable. The property is an excellent value and will be staying there again next time I'm in istanbul. The internet was weak at times, but not really a big deal.
