The LEGO-themed rides and attractions are not only entertaining but also beautifully crafted, capturing the imagination at every turn. The MiniLand, with its stunning replicas of iconic landmarks made entirely from LEGO bricks, was a particular highlight for us. The attention to detail is truly impressive. The rides were enjoyable and suitable for children of all ages, with just the right amount of thrill. The park was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the variety of food options available, which catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The water park section was a great way to cool off, and our kids had a blast there. Overall, Legoland Dubai exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it for a fun-filled and memorable day out with the family. We can’t wait to visit again!

You have to be serviced by going physical to the reception. Child free for breakfast and park’s tickets, only!! applied if you have booked from their website or walk in, if you booked through a broker e.i booking, agooda …etc otherwise you will be charged extra 214 dhm for one Ticket
- RAFI (4/5): - Our room was upgraded, but the light next to the bunk bed disnt turn off so we had to turn off the whole room light system to turn of the light And we waited for 15 minutes to get our Luggages
- Sumaira (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at the resort. This is a place for families which are looking for a family vacation at the lego parks. This is probably not a good place if you want to explore Dubai as its far from the city. Hotel it self is beautifully theamed around lego world. Perfect place for kids who are in to legos. Staff , both at the hotel and resort is excellent. They are friendly, helpful and responsible. They will go above and beyond to make your stay better. I would love to come again.

- Julia (4/5): - We stayed at more than few times in different Lego resorts and always had amazing experience! This time it was different and hotel is definitely overpriced for the very little services that you getting. Lady at check-in made us wait for 1hr before giving us the room key, even the room was ready! Instead of offering us to go sleep after a long flight! Down side is pool is only open until 6pm and it should be open until 10pm because music was playing all night around the pool and made it difficult to sleep. Food quality is super bad at the morning breakfast, almost nothing to feed your kids except ice-cream and yougurt! Check out was even worse, called for the bell boy over 5 times and waited almost 2 hrs! Ended up getting the bags to the elevaror myself only to find out that they were out of service/being tested. So we waisted 2 hrs of our precious vacation time waiting in the room instead of enjoying the water park! Spoke to the Manager Gaurav but did not get anything for our lost time exept sorry...but after i walked away he chases me and offered Lego park entrace for the same day for free. It did not make much difference because the park was only open till 6pm and by the time we finished with check out process close 2p! Should have offered to discount the room or offered an exta night..did not happen! Stayaway...

- PAUL (10/5): Great stay for families - We stayed one night and it was amazing for the kids. I think I would go crazy if I stayed longer. The kids played on the indoor playground, parents had drinks, very fun. Staff was great with kids and service. Lots of activities after and before parks function. Dining options limited as food is typical for attractions. We did enjoy some vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant.

- Sami (2/5): Complementary tickets - Complementary tickets terms for legoland are not clear till you do the booking then they send you the details that you will be eligible for either water park or lego land which was disappointing as the booking was non refundable… lack if transparency in booking.

- Haytham (10/5): - Amazing family hotel. Special shout out to the play area staff.. they are amazing and super nice to the kids. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. My only comment is that the swimming pool should be open for later hours.
- Mohamed A (10/5): Bad food - The hotel was nice for the kids, but the food was not good, I went for breakfast at 10:30, most of the food was finish and not refilled. The buffet ends is at 11, it was a bad experience also the price of food and beverage inside the water park is very high as a small bottle of water is 10 dirhams. I have a travel agency and I will never recommend the breakfast for my clients
- Naomi (10/5): The kids love it! - Staff are incredible, nothing is too much trouble and always happy to help. Great for families, the kids were in their element and lots for them to do even without the parks. Breakfast was good but could have done with more Gluten Free options for us. Omelette, mushrooms and cheese was about all the GF member of our family could have. Having said that, for the evening meal, the chef was very accommodating. Only thing I would say is that, given it’s a family hotel, a bath would have been better than a shower for the bathrooms. Oh and my usual gripe of providing one use plastic bottles! Issue a reusable one and have water stations around!!

Horrible food and not clean area around the food area. Mr. Mohamed the manager needs a lot of training in attention to detail…otherwise this hotel will just deteriorate considering the hotel is still new…”it’s already look old and dirty”.

Petit cadeau à l'arrivée, bref que du bonheur pour ma fille de 8 ans qui était enchantée. Petit déjeuner parfait. Piscine très agréable.
