• Christoph (8/5): Very good - The location in the old town is exceptional the flat is very spacious and clean Unfortunately, the kitchen equipment leaves a lot to be desired. No teapot or similar, no salad bowl, no sharp knives, unfortunately a lot is missing. Plates, cups and cutlery were sufficient.

• Natasha (6/5): Nice apartment, shame about the broken door and manager - The apartment is spacious, clean and a really good location. Unfortunately I have to be honest about my experience. We paid a reasonable amount of money for Christmas market weekend and felt let down. The door to the balcony was broken and we were unable to close it, meaning the room was freezing cold on our first night due to temperatures outside. When we flagged this to the manager, neither did he get anyone out to fix the door nor accepted there was anything wrong with the door on inspection of the apartment (despite having many photos and videos). He also claimed we had broken a glass and the sink (which were already broken when we arrived). We managed to stuff the door to stop the cold air with cloths and paper, but definitely affected our stay.

• Daniel (10/5): Dlouha Apartment - Prague - The location was very good. Apartment was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family. A coffee machine would have been a good feature that was not available. Picking up the keys after hours worked out well, it was a little adventure for teh family.
• Mccormick (3/5): It was very dirty and the pictures are deceiving - I liked the location It was very dirty and it advertised a balcony. The balcony had enough room for one person to stand up on. There was no shampoo or soap.
• Garik (2/5): Not worth for money - Location was the only good thing for this property. The balcony is for a half man only, there are no any bathroom and kitchen accessories. A typical socialist premise.

• Alex (5/5): I feel a little cheated. - The location is excellent, there are many cafes, bars, restaurants around. Everyone is nice and friendly. The apartment is ok and safe. Windows to the rear garden and no traffic noise. Very quiet at night. There is construction work going on in the back garden. The windows are covered with dark plastic with a small number of holes for ventilation, which is clearly not enough and claustrophobic. There is no air conditioning. Workers start making noise at 7 am, though they finish at 8. Dust flies into holes. The balcony is only 0.5m2 and it is filled with scaffolding, it is impossible to get out.

• Barry (7/5): Nice, quiet in centre, Dlouha street. - Helpful and was able to arrange keys for easy pick up and handover. Please note: Keys are at a different location than the apartment. Be sure to note this and discuss the arrangements before hand for easy and less stress :-) Location is great. Ground floor. Quiet as it is facing to the courtyard. Make it more clear to potential clients about the key pick up in advance.
