João (10/5): One of the best stays ever. - Literally everything was great. Decorations and furniture were modern and elegant, comfortable beds, highly functional space. Booked the room with kitchenette and mini fridge so it was way more complete than a standard hotel room. One of the most complete and comfortable hotel experiences I've had. At this price it seems impossible to beat. Even has a small gym area free to use by the reception. Not really close to the city center but if you're with a car that's not a problem and the distance is very much worth it. Nothing. 10/10. Highly recommend especially if you have your own car.

Antonio Sidney (8/5): Recomendo - Apartamento moderno e pequeno mas confortável! Silencioso e bem familiar o bairro, o metrô fica há 13 minutos caminhando, que considero bem ok. Não ter telefone no apartamento, a limpeza ser apenas após 6 dias de diária e ter que descer pra passar roupa. As prateleiras com as mercadorias da recepção deveriam ser disponibilizadas 24 horas pra compra, já que a recepção fecha às 22h.

Métro a 13mn a pied Chemin piéton pour aller au centre de Munich agréable ( bien que long) Logement propre On ne peut pas qualifier ces logements d'appartements avec juste un lavabo et un micro onde. Ni plaques ni four ce n'est pas suffisant pour être qualifié d'appartement Le personnel qui entre dans la chambre a 9h00 sans frapper avant alors que le chekout est jusqu'à 11h. Vraiment moyen ça.

Attila (8/5): I can recommend the place; I had a pleasant stay. - The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to reach, and located in a quiet area. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for my short stay. The variety of the breakfast is something they could improve on. A couple more warm options would have been nice. The juicer also had some issues, so the blackcurrant tap may have contained mango juice. Not a huge issue, but it was still a surprise. Maybe the walls between the rooms are a little too thin, though, as my neighbor seemed to have quite a "satisfactory" night.
Rainer (7/5): Grundsätzlich muss man sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung ist. - + Rezeptionistin beim Check-In sehr freundlich + Zimmer in einem sauberen Zustand bezogen + Parkplatz und Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel vorhanden + Frühstücksbuffet nicht außergewöhnlich aber ausreichend - Saftautomat beim Frühstücksbuffet verbesserungswürdig. Orangensaft wurde 4 Tage nicht nachgefüllt. Es kamen Säfte bei falschen Produktbeschreibungen heraus. (Hinweis an Personal - wurde aber bis zur Abreise nicht umgestellt) - 4 Tage kein Zimmerservice - Duschgelspender war am ersten Tag schon leer. Keine Auffüllung bis zur Abreise (4 Tage)

Souzane (9/5): Génial - L’hôtel est très moderne , les chambres sont bien agencées et propre. Personnel très sympa et serviable. L’emplacement par rapport au métro (ap mins en bus ou 5 mins en lime) ou le s-bahn a (15mîs en lime) Je n’ai pas du tout aimé les coussins ils sont vraiment plats et nuls. La télé n’est pas pratique du tout à utiliser vraiment embêtant. Il y a eu pleins d’insectes et de moustiques dans la chambre que j’avais au rez-de-chaussée car il n’y a pas de moustiquaire. De plus dans la salle de bain il y a des insectes qui rentré dans un espace entre le plafond et le mur.

Ресторан не располагает на большую посадку людей, разнообразия еды нет, как для шведского стола питание очень скудное. И посадочных мест мало. Постельное белье чистое, но пыльное.

Keine tägliche Zimmer-Reinigung, kein Besteck, unbequeme Kissen. Sehr schlechte Lage: um das Hotel gibt es keine Restaurants, Cafés, Lebensmittel Einkauf.

Tomislav (9/5): prima hotel und top lage - prima lage ,gutes und ausreichendes frühstück. personal super nett. winkaufsmöglichkeit im hotel...zahnpasta,creme und sonstige artikel sowie essen und trinken. parkmöglichkeit auf dem hof. teilweise sehr voll zum frühstück und nicht ausreichend platz,ist aber nur zeitweise wenn viele auf einmal zum frühstück gehen. zahlungen auch für getränke oder artikel aus dem shop nur mit karte.

Завтрак был отличный, особенно выпечка! Не нашла продовольственного магазина. Если Вы приехали, чтобы гулять по городу -стоит рассмотреть другую локацию.

Markus (7/5): Bien con flecos para mejorar. - La habitación y su equipamiento, todo muy completo, tranquilo (yo miraba al patio), la cama muy cómoda, y el desayuno un 10. Dice en la descripción que está cerca al U-Bahn, pues no se que significa cerca en una ciudad como Munich, pero es una caminata. Y yo he venido desde el aeropuerto con maleta y todo, pues un coñazo. Lo que tampoco me gustó es que todo funciona con el movil. Puede que gente más joven se siente cómodo con esto, pero para mí otro coñazo. He hecho el checkout y no hubo nadie, todo por pantalla, en fin, espero que eso no sea el futuro!

Tomislav (9/5): angenehmer aufenthalt - prima lage,unweit von der autobahn. fruhstück völlig ausreichend und preis auch gerechtfertigt dafür. in der lobby kan man abends noch was trinken ...zu normalen preisen und es gibt so eine art kleinen einkaufsladen wo alles mögliche wie hygiene artikel oder was zu essen kaufen kann. es gibt parkmöglichkeiten im hof und in der tiefgarage gegen gebür. insgesamt würde ich sagen das es ein angenehmer aufenthalt war und ich sicherlich wieder dort buche bei meinem nächsten aufenthalt in München. es ist nicht möglich mit bargeld irgendwas zu bezahlen... vom prinzip kein problem,man muss es nur vorher wissen

Zona tranquilla di uffici .concessionarie etc , silenziosa di notte.Ampia possibilità di Parcheggio gratuito davanti o nei pressi dell’hotel. Metropolitana per il centro a circa 12 minuti a piedi Angolo cucina della camera minimale e non fornito, noi non lo abbiamo mai usato. Attrezzi da palestra posizionati nella hall, praticamente scarsamente utilizzabili

Alessandro (8/5): Non conoscevamo Monaco e devo dire che è una grande bella città. Organizzata e tranquilla. - La struttura è nuovissima. Non manca nulla, per noi che viaggiamo con gli animali è stato l’ideale. Dietro l’hotel c’è un bel quartiere dove passeggiare e dove trovare la metropolitana per raggiungere la città. La colazione è nella norma, sempre rimpiazzata fino l’ultimo minuto. Anche la posizione per arrivare in auto è ottima in quanto non si entra nella zona a bollino verde. All’interno tutto molto tranquillo e ordinato.

Chloé (7/5): Praktisches Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte - Das Zimmer ist mit allem nötigen und einer Küche ausgestattet, ausserdem gibt es Waschmaschinen zur Nutzung in der Lobby. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber ansonsten würde ich eher in der Umgebung nach einem Café schauen.
