- Andreas (8/5): Super zentral gelegene, saubere und gut ausgestattete Suiten-Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Service. - Die Lage ist top, der Service (Anmeldung, Antworten auf Mails, Anrufe etc.) ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber gut, die Dusche schön groß und heiß Wasser kam schnell. Als wir eintrafen roch es leider nach Rauch, und das in in einem Nichtraucherhaus. Die Verwaltung reagierte sofort und nahm das von uns gemeldete Problem sehr ernst, nach umfangreichem Lüften hatte sich das Thema auch nachhaltig erledigt. Das Bett ist mit 140cm für zwei Personen doch recht schmal (warum dieses Maß, wo doch eigentlich mehr Platz vorhanden ist), und jedes Umdrehen verursacht Geräusche. Hier könnte gerne etwas investiert werden.

Proche de nombreux commerces et bar ! Pas de micro onde. Lit petit pour 2. Manque un meuble pour poser sa valise. Quartier bruyant le soir si on ouvre les fenêtres (fenêtres bien isolées) mais surement partout dans Berlin.

The apartment is clean, new, and quiet, with an amazing view of the TV Tower. The owner and staff are friendly, professional, and reassuring. - Manuel (10/5): De los mejores al9jamientos de Berlin Mitte - La ubicación y el lugar es encantador. El personal muy atento y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier duda rápidamente. Sin duda, volveré. Al ser un edificio antiguo, no dispone de ascensor, pero siempre viene bien hacer un poco de ejercicio. En la suite no falta de nada, quizás por sujerir alguna mejora, tener microoondas facilitaría mucho la estancia si es por trabajo.

- Melis (7/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Die Einrichtung war minimalistisch und modern, das hat uns gefallen. Die Toilette war ungewöhnlich hoch und somit war der Komfort ein wenig eingeschränkt. Das Bett hat bei kleinsten Bewegungen laute Geräusche verursacht. Dem Problem wurde sich angenommen und eine eine Lösung wurde auch gefunden.

- Der Kuhn (7/5): tolle Lage bei längerem Aufenthalt - Spitzen Lage mitten in Berlin, in der Umgebung findet sich alles was es braucht. Service reagiert immer schnell, Waschmaschine ist fast immer nutzbar, Preis ist wie bei allen möblierten Angeboten durchaus stolz, an den Fenstern bildet sich trotz Lüfterei Schimmel.

Suhtautuminen oli niin törkeää, että sanottiin suoraan, että rahat me pidämme ja on oma syy, että varaus oli liian pitkä. Näin ollen lomamatkasta tuli painajainen sen sijaan, että olisi voinut tehdä Berliinissä jotain. Erittäin tehokkaasti hotellihenkilökunta sai pilattua lomani, täydellisesti. Lakanoita ei vaihdettu kertaakaan, aamiaista ei saatavilla. Ei hissiä. Ei kehumista.

The location is perfect The walls and especially the doors are not soundproofed at all, every time someone was entering one of the close apartments it sounded like they were opening my door. And during the night you could hear people being on their phones or the alarms of the neighbor

- Eva (5/5): Enttäuschend - Großes Zimmer Zu kleines Bett, man musste übereinander klettern und hinein oder herauszukommen. Schreckliche Kopfkissen, die auf Nachfrage netterweise ausgetauscht wurden. Schlechter Geruch im Zimmer, stinkender Kühlschrank. Lage direkt an der Strasse, Nachts sehr laut. Müllcontainer direkt vor dem Fenster. Umziehen nur bei geschlossenen Verdunklungsvorhängen möglich da sonst jeder von der Straße hineinsehen kann. Enttäuschend für den hohen Preis

It had a small balcony and was well equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The key collection via lockbox was convenient, and the staff were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Carrying our large suitcases up to the 5th floor was a bit challenging, but it was absolutely worth it for the cozy atmosphere of the attic. The staff kindly helped us — thank you!

- Durmus Ali (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Berlin - Good location, clean apartment and excellent staff. Everything was present as advertised and working. In a very convenient location, close to several public transport stops and close to main attractions. Also nice, there are nice cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The host and staff were very attentive, friendly and very quick to response. They were very flexible with the check in and very kind to keep my luggage until evening. I especially thank Anna and Christian.

Рядом проходит линий Трамвая М10, М8, М12, SBahn, UBahn. Доступная транспортная развязка. Постельное белье и моющее средства представлены в нужном объеме. Имеется прачечная в подвале. Убираются один раз в две недели. Отсутствует лифт, узкие лестницы. Из под входной двери сильно слышны шаги соседей, особенно раздражает в ночное и вечернее время.

- Webb (1/5): Nice location but issues with apartment and landlord. - It has a nice location The issue with this apartment is the windows leak badly and there is not any ventilation. The landlord need to install new modern windows that do not leak and also a ventilation fan over the stove in the apartment. The landlord thinks the solution is the bother tenants with wanting them to open the windows for 20 minutes 4 times a day. Even this which we tried does not stop the growth of mold in the apartment due to all of the water. The landlord knows of this problem but tried to blame it on me. He even went so far to threaten me with mold removal fees. Nobody should stay here until the windows are replaced and a ventilation fan installed.

- Hazelina (10/5): Excellent location with good heating, beautiful bathroom - Location and functionality of the apartment was amazing, it worked well for someone who just moved to Berlin and needed a short stay to sort out things. I also especially like Volker, the building manager. He is always very cheerful and helpful! None that I can think of but it is important to note that this is not wheelchair-friendly.

It comes with a certain price tag, but in the end it is worth it. Could have been a little bit nicer furnished when taking the relatively costly rent into consideration. A higher quality mattress would have been nice, too. Besides that all fine. Many thanks!
- Michael (8/5): Very enjoyable. Successful - Location is excellent. House manager was helpful and available. Friendly environment in the house. Room was well organised and equipped. Nights were quiet despite being downtown. Shower was excellent. Washer/ dryer adequate. Supermarket 2 minutes walk. Cafe, restaurants, bakery all close. Memorial of Berlin Wall,deeply moving. Floor cleaning equipment could be newer. Mitte is a dusty place.
- Delfin (5/5): Constant smell of trash but good location - The location is amazing The room was very small, and had only windows looking to the trashyard. There was a constant smell of trash in the room. The sheets were also very uncomfortable and made me itch.

Christian and other personnel we met were nice and solicitous. The noise. At all hours of the night there was noise coming from the hallways throughout our month-long stay. Also, a cleaning was promised every two weeks, but in one month there was only one
- Daniel (4/5): Very weak and disappointing ... the ratio quality-price was not very good... - Kitchenette, fridge and cooking equipment... very good! Location near a supermarket (REWE), small bars and restaurants... Very efficient tram connection (M8, M12). Presence of a small laundry in the basement No elevators, No air conditioning system or fans (especially in periods of high heat), a lot of noise (tramways, basketball and skateboard players, very late at night) Presence of insects (flies, mosquitoes, critters and cockroaches in the toilets, etc.). The internet connection is poor (numerous outages and interruptions) Power outage during the night of July 23 to 24, 2024. Foul smells in the backyard... The cleaning of the room is not good….

- Erica (10/5): Quiet and close to all the sights! - I came to Berlin to take an intensive course at Goethe Institut which is about a 20 minute walk. It was rainy and cold my second week and i discovered that I can pop into the Ubahn U8 at Rosenthaler platz and ride 1 stop to Weinmeisterstr. where Goethe is right outside (there is even a sign in the Ubahn!). Alexanderplatz and all the shops are one more stop past that. And there are street cars that connect almost everywhere. I can get to the big Berlin HBF on almost all trams (M8, M10, M12). From the HBF, well, the world is my oyster! The apartments are on a quiet street in old East Berlin (you can tell because of the street cars). There is a big, fancy Rewe a block away and an Apotheke, plus two Backerei.) The biggest drawback is if you end up on a high floor, there is no elevator and the stairs can be a challenge. The laundry in the building only takes 1Euro coins, so I end up hording them. There is a Laundromat a couple blocks away. I stayed almost 2 months. Bed is great. I happen to love German bedding. And the shower is awesome. Kitchen is functional but very small. You won't be making gourmet meals in there. But it worked for my eggs and coffee in the morning and soup on the stove. The biggest drawback is if you end up on a high floor, there is no elevator and the stairs can be a challenge. The laundry in the building only takes 1Euro coins, so I end up hording them. There is a Laundromat a couple blocks away. I stayed almost 2 months and did laundry about every 2 weeks.

- R. (2/5): Not worthing the price!! - -Extremely annoyed and unfriendly landlord. -Wrong apartment was assigned, lacking several amenities. Reply of Landlord „We are fully booked and we use the same images for all our apartments on booking.com 😂“ -Missing wash machine (instead a paid service in the basement) oven, no toilet paper (all mentioned in the amenities for the booked apartment). -Bad wifi (sometimes no wifi at all) Couldn't even go into a Zoom call. Reply from the landlord: „Either sit next to the entry door or use your phone data“. -The landlord offered a refund after we complained to booking.com, but also told booking.com that they would switch us to the actual apartment we booked, once the guests staying there will move out. We waited for this to happen but nobody ever contacted us or let us switch the apartments. -The bathroom sink was leaking and had to be repaired. -The heating didn’t work (during a 10-degree Celsius period) and had to be fixed. -The shower was clocked. -Constant hammering and construction noise as 3 Polish workers renovated the whole house every day even on a Saturday ( the landlord didn’t make us aware of it even though these constructions have been ongoing for years and will also be ongoing for 7 more years) - Dirty mattress, with blood stains and beetles/bugs and bug shells found under the mattress a couple of days after check-in, we cleaned all but we found new ones weeks later and checked out. We told the landlord and instead of apologizing or at least taking responsibility for any of the mentioned issues, they wrote us a rude, incompetent message where they threatened us to take legal action against us because they did not find any bugs etc. (probably because we cleaned the hell out of the mattress in the night before we checked out )They also wrote booking.com a very inappropriate mail. -No refund for the days left open. -Every negative of guests was answered in extremely harsh manners, even calling one guest a coward on google.

- Moritz (10/5): - Wir, zu zweit in einem Elisabeth Studio Plus, haben uns die gesamte Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein modernes Apartment in wunderbarer Lage, auch der Hausmeister war sehr hilfsbereit und half uns gleich beim Check-in. In der Küche fand man alles, was man so benötigt. Insgesamt alles sehr gut, wir kommen sicher wieder. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: das WLAN war wirklich dürftig und funktioniere oftmals nicht zuverlässig.
