I was the perfect place to showcase how - It was clean, had all the amenities for short term or long term stay. There is plenty of space for a large group. It was located in a great location close to lots of restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to Acropolis. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The apartment itself was decorated really beautifully, it was really clean and felt safe. The facilities were great too, it had everything we needed for our stay a small kitchen, washing machine and dryer, TV and even hair straighteners! The owner was super helpful and welcoming too. Sent through loads of useful tips and recommendations before our arrival. He was also able to accommodate an earlier check in for us too.

Really comfy transfers by associated drivers that cost just a little bit over your regular taxi. A really feel good old apartment atmosphere, admit has a greater potential for luxury (maybe, have not seen the other apartments), but I’m sold. If you are staying longer than a night, like us, there is everything you need to feel like home: laundry, dishwasher… tablets included, stove to cook and host as you wish! Enjoyed! • Christopher (5/5): Host was attentitive, but the place itself is not as advertised and therefore made our group trip a little difficult. - The property is located in an ideal area The property wasn’t advertised as it actually was. One of the bedrooms you have to go up a tiny spiral staircase. That bedroom is then very tiny where the ceiling is not standard size and you find yourself hunched over or worried about standing up from the bed and hitting your head. This is definitely not a townhouse and is more of communal suites that share kitchens and bathrooms on the first and second floor.

The apartment has all accessories, it was very useful that we could use umbrellas for a few rainy days. Maybe the only downside was the glass-walled bathroom, it lacks privacy. It's common these days, but it was very clean.

We would stay again - Excellent location, close enough to the heart of Plaka yet sufficiently escaping the bustling noise. 😊 Everything was very good, although a couple of hooks for shower towels would have made it perfect. 😊
• Sameer (9/5): Superb - Great location, great property with three private bedrooms and three separate bath/WCs. Well appointed with washing machine, kitchen etc etc and very clear instructions on usage of appliances. Sadly only there for one night but would have been comfortable staying for longer. A flat is always going to be somewhat less flexible but Andreas was extremely helpful with the check in and check out. One of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC. The kids were fine with it (fan was enough for them given the flat had cooled down significantly) but I would have struggled. One bedroom is not attached which might create issues if you need to sleep small kids there.

Shower pressure great, comfortable bed, Super location in the Plaka, very convenient to taxi, bus stops. We walked to the Acropolis, and Acropolis museum without issue. Multiple of great tavernas and shop within easy walk. Could have used a shelf under sink, or a small table in foyer, next to bathroom, in order to lay out toiletries

• Maria (10/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location in the heart of Plaka - The apartment had a really nice decoration, the rooms were well designed and comfortable. The location was great, really close to the main sites and to restaurants and shops. The host, Andreas, was very welcoming and helpful, he gave us lots of advice and help with taxis etc... We hope we can go back to Athens and to stay at Art Pantheon apartments. The price was also very good. Everything was good.

• Louise (10/5): Very nice accommodation in an ideal location if visiting Athens. I would highly recommend. - We booked this property at the last minute in Athens Airport. The property was prestine with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room was very tastefully decorated and had all our needs. We only stayed for one night but would have stayed longer but there was no availability. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location of the property is ideal if visiting Athens. Nothing - everything was perfect.

The housewas the perfect size for my group of 16. Spectacular location. The hosts are extremely reaponsive to any questions and offered assistance immediately.
