• Oya (5/5): If I visit Tokyo again, I would definitely choose to stay somewhere else. - I would like to share two concerns about my stay. When I first entered my room, there was an extremely strong chemical smell, similar to insecticide, that did not disappear even after running the air conditioner for hours. The odor seemed deeply absorbed into the carpet. I asked the staff whether the room had recently been treated with pesticides or chemicals, but they could not give a clear answer. Honestly, this felt quite concerning, because if a room has been chemically treated and guests are allowed inside too soon, it could potentially create serious health risks. Since they were unsure, they changed my room. In the second room — which was essentially the same room type — there was absolutely no such smell, which confirmed that the issue was specific to the first room. My second concern is that the hotel does not assist guests with calling taxis. In a city like Tokyo, this does not make guests feel very secure, especially in urgent situations where arranging transportation quickly can be important. Being unable to receive even basic assistance with this was disappointing. Lastly, I also found the 5 PM check-in time quite unreasonable. After a long international journey, such a late check-in hour makes the arrival experience unnecessarily exhausting for guests.

Love that it is accessible via the Miyashita Park on the R floor too. We loved the breakfasts and the baked goods were very delicious. The bed is super comfortable and the toiletries are of good quality. Highly recommended, would definitely return to stay. nothing. all good.

• Eric (8/5): Bon choix pour un séjour en plein centre de Tokyo - Situation centrale à dix minutes à pied du métro Shibuya et quinze minutes du métro Jingu-mae, dans un quartier bondé, très fréquenté par les touristes internationaux. Chambre très claire avec grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la ville. Petit déjeuner excellent. Noter le check-in normal très tardif à 17 heures mais les réceptionnistes sont accommodants si la chambre est prête avant (on a pu avoir la nôtre à midi). Mobilier minimal, lavabo dans la chambre et douche étroite - lot habituel des hôtels à Tokyo. Malgré les doubles vitrages, la proximité immédiate de la ligne de chemin de fer est susceptible de gêner les clients habitués à dormir dans un silence complet (le trafic s'arrête avant minuit et reprend vers 4h30).

Going the other direction is SHIBUYA Crossing with all the shops, restaurants and people you see in all ads for Tokyo. It is a popular place. We could not find a place for the 4 of us to have a nightcap within the building. We did, however find a place nearby.

• Bat El (10/5): The most Incredible hotel in whole Tokyo!!! - Amazing hotel ! The best I ever been to in my life The staff, the VIP room , EVERYTHING!!! Even when our flight has been cancelled and we book another night at the hotel, day after we found a new flight and they agree to cancel our booking! Nothing!!!
