- Menno (8/5): Great, would be amazing with quiet neighbours - Great location if you intend to stay in Ueno in general. Clean rooms, very spacious. Included microwave, cooking stove, etc are all very welcome. Unfortunately the doors let through a lot of noise from the hallways, and the rooms themselves are not very well sound insulated. My last night the upstair neighbours were just walking around, but it sounded like the beat of a drum everytime. Could not sleep until past midnight because of it.

- Mary (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at MONday Shinokachimachi in Ueno - Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptional in that they are very spacious and comfortable. We loved having our own washing/dryer machine in the room. So convenient for our long stay! The property is nice and clean. However, the lobby is extremely small and traveling with a bunch of our friends, it would have been nice to have a larger space (indoors) to accommodate our group. Also, although the washing machine was convenient to have, it took a very long time to wash a load of laundry.

- Cathy (6/5): Budget hotel for premium price - Free WiFi and provided toothbrush and other toiletries if needed. For the price we certainly didnt get the standard amenities. Had to take out the trash and remove used towels every day. And you’d have to pick up new towels at the front desk every day. There was dust on the blinds and beds so it wasn’t cleaned in a while. Room was only cleaned once during our 5 day stay. No key cards- you had to remember 2 codes : 1 for the elevator and 1 for the actual room. Staff were great but the room was just low budget for the price. Also a bit of a walk from the subway and shops. Beds were a bit stiff and the pillows were very flat.

- Jeffrey (10/5): - Decent space for Tokyo. Being able to do laundry everyday was very convenient. Nice to have some dinnerware and being able to wash and clean was super convenient. Internet speed was quite good. Everything was relative new, and I really love the washlet. Room cleaning was once every 3 days. Breakfast was a bit tricky since there was no place to eat early.

- lin228 (10/5): - 這間Monday的位置位在新御徒町站A1出口，步行約3-5分鐘就可以到達，A1出口就有一家Family，如果從A2出口出來，有一條商店街，雖然東西不多，但是可以買水果、壽司，不然也也7-11。到阿美橫町可以坐一站地鐵，1分鐘就到了，出來有uniqlo、Gu、Montbell，uniqlo的地下室還有一間超市！ 沒有感覺到不喜歡的地方，一定要說的話，可能就是一樓飲水機的出水量不大，洗衣精有時櫃台會沒有，不過服務人員很客氣，跟他講就可以了！其實這間飯店是很好的體驗。

- rockc787 (10/5): Greatest receptionist with greatest support in no time - We are the visitors from Taiwan who stay the MONday Apart from Jan.22~26. My wife got the serious vomiting and diarrhea at the first night. The receptionist helps us find the nearest hospital and call a taxi. The hospital rejected us for some unknown reason. We went to Don Don Donki to buy some medicine. After coming back to apart, the receptionist was continued contact the Tokyo Fire Department to get more information and keep on contact some hospitals which might have emergency room for us to go afterward. I go downstairs several times to ask for plastic bags and toilet papers. The receptionist always provided to what I need in very short time. I could not see the same receptionist after that night and noticed from other receptionist that he might take turns and work at other places. Shout out to the receptionist~ Truly appreciate what he has done as the greatest support for us.

Location was within walking distance to train stations and the lively food and shopping areas, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood for restful nights. Nothing.

- ZihJie (9/5): 非常滿意，再來東京玩我會再來這一間！ - 空間配置非常適當，雙洗手台 附洗衣機（一樓可以免費取洗衣精，馬桶獨立一空間，可以同時一人洗澡一人如廁。附有一個超大衣櫃（本來放睡榻榻米的床墊）禮貌可以放下所有行李箱，非常方便！很適合四個年輕人住剛剛好。而且有一個大餐桌並附有完整的餐具又有烤箱+微波爐真的很讚！ 離最近的車站要走7分鐘，若是有年長者會太辛苦。

It's located in a quiet neighborhood, which we really appreciated after a busy day. The room was a bit small, but still comfortable enough for a family of 3. Pillows were hard, but we didn't mind.

The other thing that annoyed me was the tv, broadcasting Japanese only programs. One or two English speaking channels would be very much appreciated. The staff was helpful and nice.

- Climber10558808488 (10/5): Great place to stay in Tokyo! - For our family’s first trip to Japan and my first ever international trip, staying at MONday Apart Ueno Shin Okachimachi was an amazing experience to say the least! The location of the hotel was in close proximity to various train lines, which made it incredibly easy to see everything we wanted along the 10 days of our trip. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, assisting us in everything we asked and needed. The included room cleaning was wonderful and left the room spotless for the last leg of our stay! The family-sized room worked perfect for our stay, equipped with a kitchen and a dining space, bathroom with shower and bath with a separate toilet, and two beds and a bunk bed. The vacuum, washing machine. and hair dryer were very efficient, easy to use and useful during our trip. Combined, all of these aspects worked together to make a sensational first experience in Japan and, for me, overseas! The attention to detail in the planning and running of this hotel is purely sensational, designed with every concern and need in mind. Thank you to the incredible team behind this hotel for an unforgettable and comfortable experience. Learning Japanese at school back home and in my own time, I have always dreamed of going to Japan. This experience was nothing short of my dream and allowed me to see everything I ever wanted. ありがとうございます！
