Posizione ottima per spostarsi in tutta Istanbul, ben collegata con i mezzi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La struttura è piccolina, ma ha tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno in questa città. Tarik ci ha accolto con grande professionalità, sempre molto gentile, educato e rispettoso. È stato incredibilmente disponibile in qualunque momento per ogni necessità. Consiglio vivamente a chi passa da Istanbul di soggiornare in questo hotel!

Окремо хочеться відзначити зручне розташування готелю — поруч багато цікавих місць, кафе та транспорту, що робить подорож Стамбулом ще комфортнішою. Air conditioning wasn't particularly effective, a lot of ants in the room, and the room (including the bedding) wasn't very clean. Photos didnt seem to represent the hotel - we never saw a dining room or rooftop view.

We traveled as a group of friends and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The rooms exceeded our expectations, the atmosphere was great, and the service was truly top-notch. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always willing to help with anything we needed. A special thanks to Tariq, who helped us so much throughout our stay — from recommending great local food spots to guiding us on the best attractions and places to visit around the city. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at Renzo Hotel again on our next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

- かん猫値か (8/5): 職人街の雰囲気が味わえる宿 - 子連れだったこともあり、終始お気遣いいただけて、安心して利用できました。お部屋も大通り沿いではなく、落ち着いた裏路地側にしてくださったようです。 往路のシャトルバスは現金払いでユーロのことで、両替するまで待ってもらうなど、ご配慮いただき助かりました。 帰りのタクシーも時間ギリギリに依頼しましたが、親身になって調整してくれ、ありがたかったです。 ホテルはバザールに徒歩で行けるくらい近くて、最終日の時間がないなかでも、少し観光できました！ ３泊しましたが、その間掃除もタオル交換もなかったので、床がざらざらしたり、部屋がどんどん汚れてしまい気になりました。このあたりのホテルではそれが標準なのか、頼んだらやってくれたのか分かりませんが、文化の違いだなと感じました。 それと、お部屋が暗かったのも気になりました。

- Dmitri (8/5): - We liked the location the most – it's right in the city center and close to a lot of transportation. The place is very crowded and noisy, and there's a food street right next to it. The staff answered our questions in advance and were able to arrange a room that was comfortable for us. They provided several keys and were ready to answer our questions and requests for assistance. When unexpected situations arose, they explained everything to us and provided maximum support. Kemal was especially kind; he helped make our trip better and left us with a wonderful impression. If, like us, you plan to maximize the city's amenities, stay very close to transportation hubs, and only use your room for showering and sleeping, then this place is perfect for you. NOTE: The building next to the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, this may not be the place for you for the next couple months (May - June 2026). Also, if you're a very light sleeper and need a very quiet place to sleep, consider this. Also, due to the renovation, the power went out briefly several times in the evenings.
- Mohamed (10/5): Thanks for the perfect staying - The location is prefect — the place is in a very prime spot, and the hotel is new, comfortable, and very reasonably priced for its location. The staff there, Kamal and Tarek, are honestly amazing — very helpful, friendly, always smiling, and they really try their best to assist in every possible way. I had a great experience and will definitely stay there again.

Die Toilette ist etwas eng (siehe Fotos). Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln. [Nebenan gab es eine Baustelle, an der insbesondere bei Nacht gearbeitet wurde. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts; aber die Nachtruhe wurde deshalb beeinträchtigt.]

- Adna (6/5): - Lokacija je jako dobra, 200m od tramvajske stanice na Beyazitu. Soba je bila jako velika. Radovi su odmah pored hotela, i radovi pocnu kasno navečer. Soba je bila prljava, kupatilo pogotovo jedva smo ga koristili. Pri dolasku rekli su nam da trazimo kad zelimo ciscenje i zamjenu peskira, vode itd. Nakon 2 dana boravka trazili smo ciscenje sobe, medjutim nikad se nije desilo.

The staff are really nice and helpful, and easy to reach. Tarik the manager was very accommodating. The room is nice and clean. They came and cleaned and filled up articles through our stay. We could also request cleaning if we wanted to, they were qiuck to help us if we needed something. They also offer transportation to/from the airport.

Tarek y kemal con los que tratamos han sido excelentes. No es como un 3 estrellas de España, es inferior . En resumen, para el precio no se puede pedir más. Falta de mantenimiento en general.

- TeodorȘtefan (10/5): - Totul excepțional, de la cazare la comunicare si ospitalitate. Check-in ul a fost chiar mai repede decât cel stabilit de ei, la cererea noastră. Au avut zone pentru fumatori pe etajul meu și chiar pe terasa. Curățenia a fost realizată de câte ori le-am cerut, apreciez că nu au intrat in camere, cât timp noi am fost plecați. Iar in ultima zi, după chek-out, am avut nevoie să lasam bagajele la recepția hotelului până ne mai plimbăm toata ziua prin oraș. Fără nici o problemă au avut grijă de bagajele noastre.

Las habitaciónes están a medias de reformar y así piensas que lo están reformando pero la realidad es que la mitad de los enchufes no van, la gritería está rota la nevera no funciona pero no sólo es mi habitación sino que les pasa lo mismo a los demás. Lo peor es la limpieza.Las toallas están amarillas no limpian nada absolutamente durante la estancia.Las camas si que es verdad que son cómodas.

- Edwin (6/5): Voor alleen slapen zonder hoge eisen. - Het bed is het beste van het hele hotel. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de bazaar en openbaar vervoer. Als je geen hoge eisen hebt en alleen een slaapplaats zoekt is het hotel prima. Personeel is behulpzaam en de bedden zijn schoon. Als je bij het hotel aankomt vraag je jezelf af waar je beland bent maar als je op zoek bent naar een goedkope slaapplek die centraal gelegen en geen verdere eisen hebt is kan je er goed slapen. De kamers zijn klein en er zijn geen faciliteiten zoals een eetzaal of ontbijt. Hoewel de foto’s misschien daar gemaakt zijn komen ze niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.

- Flaminia (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto e personale estremamente gentile - La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda e centralissima della città. Perfetto rapporto qualità prezzo, camere grandi e pulite. Il personale è davvero gentilissimo e ci ha aiutati in ogni modo possibile!

- Gian Domenico (8/5): Lo consiglio - Lo consiglio; a 15 minuti a piedi dall'ippodromo e dalla Moschea Bleu, visto da fuori non è niente di che, ma dentro le camere, pur piccole sono in ordine verniciate di fresco e pulite, il letto comodo. Il proprietario parla bene inglese, è molto gentile e disponibile. Bollitore con the è caffe in camera; scendendo lungo la via a sx c'è un ristorante frequentato da locali, dove si mangia bene a cifre ragionevoli. Vista la posizione centrale ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Volendo vi organizzano il tranfert dall'aeroporto, è consigliabile se avete valige pesanti, con i mezzi pubblici si puo' raggiungere ma ci sono tratti a piedi abbastanza lunghi.

They are very fast, and they even anticipated my requests- I could not get such special service even in a 5 star hotel, costing 10 times more. I hesitated before writing this, as I want to find a room when I come back. I already booked a second stay Tariq was especially good. Turkish people are generally very kind. but Tariq stands out as the really perfect host. And, believe me, I am a difficult customer to please. Everything was perfect.

One elevator , doing maintenance work ( painting walls while guests moving in the hotel ) , no minibar fridge in room , towels are very bad quality , room cleaning every 2 nights. Not only it was located close to Grand Bazaar and to the main sights, but around the hotel you have all the retail shops offering great deals. I got sick during my stay and had to extend my stay in Istanbul, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to give us another room. Special thanks to Tarik and the receptionist team for their care and support.

- Nikolina (9/5): Sve je bilo ok, dobije se tačno to što platite (nije hotel 5*) - Veoma su se trudili da sve bude ok, više puta su nas pitali da li nam šta treba da pomognu. Lokacija je isto odlična, 15 minuta do centra pješke. Iz nekog razloga klima nije nešto dobro radila i bilo mi je pohladno stalno.

- Ivan (5/5): Did not meet our expectation for the money paid. - Location The room is small and inconvenient, with poor ventilation. It was not properly cleaned. The climate control stopped working spontaneously at night, while we were sleeping, so it was too cold at night. The hotel staff pointed out that it is because too many people used it that night, and I don't know why I have to listen to this kind of excuse. He also claimed that we should leave the air conditioning off during the daytime if we are away. So we have to arrive at our room being cold. I sincerely don't understand why guests have to even think about these problems. Now I understand what "special category" means.
- Foglia (5/5): Grande gentilezza dello staff. - Questo hotel è in una posizione ottima, vicino al Gran Bazar. Tarik è gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. I letti sono comodi- Migliorerei la pulizia della camera, che durante il soggiorno non viene mai pulita. Inoltre il mobilio è fatiscente. Durante il nostro soggiorno la televisione è caduta dal muro. Il bagno è piccolo e scomodo e mancava la porta della doccia.

- Dave (6/5): Prima locatie, goed hotel als je enkel wil slapen. - Locatie was goed, je liep 2-3 minuten en je stond op de toeristische doorgaande weg. De hosts waren super vriendelijk al waren ze ook vrij opdringerig in hun communicatie. Bedden waren prima, we zijn niet veel in het hotel geweest dus al met al voldeed het daarom aan onze verwachtingen. Het hotel is vergane glorie en het is de vraag of het uberhaupt ooit glorie is geweest. Alles moet grondig gerenoveerd worden en er was geen restaurant meer zoals op de foto's te zien is. In ieder geval niet in deze periode. Badkamer was aan vervanging toe.

- Eda (6/5): - de accommodatie zijn locatie is perfect. de kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. de badkamer ruikt niet fris. Het bed slaapt niet echt lekker. het is er gehorig.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και ζεστό, στοιχείο που μου έκανε θετική εντύπωση σε σύγκριση με άλλες διαμονές μου σε ξενοδοχεία της Κωνσταντινούπολης. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Ως μικρή πρόταση για ακόμα πιο άνετη διαμονή, ίσως θα μπορούσαν να προστεθούν μερικά επιπλέον κρεμαστράκια για ρούχα ή πετσέτες στο μπάνιο.
