Не рекомендую!!!. - Останавливались в этих апартаментах с 29.04-01.05 местоположение прекрасное, рядом с Дуомо и это единственный плюс Апартаменты не оборудованы даже элементарным набором расходных средств для кухни ( нет полотенца, губки, чем убрать со стола. Самый отрицательный момент пребывания в апартаментах -это наличие рядом ночного клуба , при закрытых окнах вопли , которые исходят оттуда не приглушаются абсолютно ничем. Полиция приезжала по несколько раз за ночь. Дети как-то на недолгие промежутки засыпали, взрослым не получалось

• ArtooDeetoo (8/5): Čistý a pohodlný pokoj. Výhodná pozice v centru, bohužel nad nočním klubem. - Pokoj světlý, čistý, dostatečně velký, postel pohodlná. Ručníky, sprchový gel, nádobí, kávovar+kapsle, rychlovarná konvice (bez čaje), lednice s vodou. Chyběly jen utěrky nebo ubrousky a něco na mytí nádobí (je zde teda myčka, ale použili jsme jen pár hrnečků). Ubytování se nachází opravdu pár minut pěšky od Duoma, ve druhém patře s výtahem. Okna vedou do dvora, výhled neřeším, ale páteční noční párty někde v okolí skončila kolem 4 ráno plus tam dlouho řval nějaký alarm. V pokoji bylo teplo, ačkoliv venku nebylo horko (v dubnu přes den 20, v noci méně) a malá pokojová klimatizace na to nestačila a otevřít okna znamenalo víc hluku.

L’hôte nous a accueilli et nous a tout expliqué ! Un peu de bruit au niveau de l’étage pour cause de murs mal isolés … le canapé lit est un peu abîmé !

The apartment was extremely dirty, with visible mold and dust throughout. The bed linen did not smell fresh, and the towels also appeared unclean. We have never experienced such an unhygienic accommodation before. I strongly recommend that more attention is given to proper cleaning and maintenance of the property. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning, which was not communicated to us in advance. This was very misleading and caused significant discomfort during our stay.

O apartamento tem pouco isolamento do som e especialmente durante a noite ouvimos com claridade tudo o que se passa na rua. Em relação à varanda, ela não existe, eu selecionei um apartamento com varanda e na verdade não tem.

• Maria (10/5): Great location! - I light of the location and easy access to most places. It was quite comfortable. The windows needed a bit more insulation, as you can hear everything all through the night on the street… Most annoying was the garbage across the street. Everything was out weighed by the cleanliness, friendliness, and fantastic location. Great place that I will certainly stay again.

• MARIA (9/5): Excellent - Everything was fantastic! The location was perfect — very central and convenient. The lady who welcomed us was absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind and helpful. I would happily stay here again! The only issue was the noise from the street on one of the two nights we stayed, as there’s a club nearby. You can’t hear the music, but the voices of people gathering outside were quite loud.

Nous avons eu un problème avec notre volet, dans l’après midi, le soucis était réparé. Nous étions deux filles et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Je recommande.

The apartments had air conditioning, a fridge, an iron and pretty much everything you need in a home. The beds and sofa beds were extremely comfortable. Good value for money On the first night we had a problem with the lock and we were unable to contact the host either by message/call or booking. We were lucky that a neighbor saw us struggling to open the door and helped us.

• Mauricio (2/5): - The apartment was clean and well located, and overall it met our basic needs. However, the air conditioning was not strong enough for the space, specially during the summer heat. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night, which affected our overall stay. With better cooling or additional fans, the experience would have been much improved. For that reason I gave it one star overall rating.

We definitely appreciated the manager and the cleaners who communicated with me during the process of sending the purse back in US.

We were even accomodated for an earlier drop of our Luggage and came back when the Apartment is ready. Highly Recommended place to stay in the heart of Milan. Not that i can think of but it would be nice to have a small toiletries holder in the shower area for the Gel or soap etc otherwise youll just place it on the floor while on shower.

• Maria (7/5): Good stay near Duomo - Location was great, less than 5 minutes walk to Duomo. Hope they will provide a fan, especially when booking during summer it can get really hot. Aircon cannot be used in the room during our visit (April) it was centralised by the building. It was hot in the afternoon, no fan was provided. All you can do is to open windows, but it gets really noisy because of the busy traffic. In addition, it was hard to lock and open the door as the keys get stuck - hopefully they would change it to key card or code.

• Παρασκευη (9/5): Very pleasant and with a few minor details that can change it could be excellent!!! - I liked the fact that it was a very nice and clean room and the host was very polite. Nice facilities❤️ We were very close to Piazza Duomo and almost everything was walking distance. Well only a few things. When we got there on Wednesday there was no water on our room. Maybe they forgot it’s ok. When we asked them they brought it when they cleaned the room on Saturday so we were fine. The mattresses could be better. And my room didn’t have any kind of view. It faced the Back area of buildings. The other rooms that my friends stayed in had a good view however. I am only writing this in order to help the host fix a few things. Otherwise I have no problem. Very decent rooms! And very accommodating personnel.

No shower shelf, nowhere to put shampoo, soap (minor but important issue). If these 2 issues where resolved by the owner, the apartment would have scored 10.

Only problem is the amount of noise from cars, bikes, rubbish trucks and nightclubs in the road - very noisy nights.

• nicolas (2/5): Bruyant même si accueil top - Si l’appartement est très bien, propre, en bonne état etc… La communication et l’accueil très bien aussi. Mais l’appartement n’est pas isolé (les fenêtres) du coup on a l’impression de dormir dans la rue qui en plus est très bruyante. Enfin le matelas du lit est une catastrophe. Dommage car cela impact de manière très importante la qualité du séjour.

• Bruno (10/5): Formidable - Très bon séjour dans l'appartement ! L'emplacement est idéal, tout à pieds à 5 minutes du Duomo. Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking juste à côté 2 nuits pour 60 euros. L'appartement est moderne, trés calme avec tout ce qu'il faut. Il y a un coin nuit et le canapé lit ds le salon est immense (trés confortable pour dormir). Nous etions 4 adultes , pas de problème pour manger car table avec rallonge. L'appartement est vraiment fonctionnel, la climatisation a zte appréciée. Le point réellement impressionnant c'est la communication avec le gérant. Il est extrêmement reactif, tout se passe par WhatsApp et il fait tout pour nous satisfaire. Bravo.Je tiens à le remercier pour son accueil . Si nous revenons à Milan nous vizndrons ici.
