The location is ideal—just steps from the beach with stunning views of the Burj Al Arab from the pool area. The rooms are bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Service throughout the hotel was consistently professional and friendly. A special shout‑out to Vikas and his team for their attentive care, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re in Dubai for business or leisure, Lemon Tree Jumeirah offers great value, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

- H2584NKannes (6/5): The location is the best part! - The location is great, and the housekeeping-crew is awesome! However, we did not experience the reception to be welcoming and attentive. Also tip for other travellers; Dont pay extra for Burj Arab view. Its mainly view of the building across the road and you get all the traffic outside. Also, if going for breakfast; ask for the menu besides the standard buffe. Then the breakfast will be great. Overall, the hotel has great location and a cozy pool on the roof, which made the experience worth it. But you can easily find same or even better hotel facilities and reception crew other places (we stayed close to the old city first, with free shuttle buses and extraordinary polite and smiling staff).

We were really impressed by this hotel on several levels. A warm welcome and continued friendly and sincere service from all the staff at the hotel, from front desk to pool side to restaurant and room cleaning. A good value and hearty breakfast, really comfortable and modern room. When we wanted a taxi, this was immediately arranged. We also had a Dubai Aquarium visit booked with a discount from their travel assistant next to the front desk. When we asked if we could have Muesli for breakfast one morning, their kitchen made to special bowls for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dubai on business or for a holiday. We will definitely book here again on our next visit. Our thanks to all the staff and management at this hotel.

We stayed in rooms 145, 142, and 143, and all three rooms were left in excellent condition after their cleaning. Everything was neatly organized, the beds were beautifully made, and even the smallest details, like refreshing the bathroom, were flawlessly taken care of. This level of service truly makes a difference and enhances the overall experience of the stay. Once again, thank you, Rahul and Shankar, for your hard work and dedication. The breakfast was good and staff were super helpful. One thing I’d like to specifically note was Rahul the cleaner, who clearly makes an extra special effort EVERY DAY on making guests rooms extra clean and tidy and making sure to say hi when you pass him in the corridor - Thank you Rahul.

Huoneen koko on melko pieni ja lokaatio melko huono, ei pääse edes metroasemalle ilman taksia tai uberia. Waitrose ostoskeskus sekä kauneushoitoloita lähistöllä. Ei pysty oikein kävelemään minnekään.

We stayed at the ground floor basically everyday we heard the washing machine spinning from the laundry it was really annoying, also staff made So much noice while they were cleaning pulling the chairs we reported to reception, well after that we heard the same. The other thing made us disappointed that our package holiday said we have one way free transfer to the airport the hotel said they never had this before and they don’t know why Expedia advertised like this and did not informed them, big miscommunication is going on as we had to pay for our taxi. Breakfast was basic, could have more vegetables out on the table. And more breakfast variety.

Han var simpelthen så serviceminded og så dygtig til sit arbejde, og var altid smilende. Det er nok den bedste service vi har fået. Da vi skulle fejre vores bryllupsdag havde Krishna gjordt lidt ekstra ud af det. Et stort tak skal det lyde til Krishna fra min kone og jeg, han gjorde i hvert fald, at vi følte os lidt ekstra velkommen hver dag.

- Eric (10/5): - I've had two separate stays at this hotel in the last few weeks, and they are a stellar operation. Very clean hotel with a great location. From early check-ins to unusual check-outs, to getting you a cab at 4AM, they handle it all with grace and professionalism. On-site pool is great, with a nice view of the city, and the restaurant in the building is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will personally be back in the future. Nice job, Lemon Tree!

We required early check-in, and that was handled without issue, even though we arrived around 8AM. They also held our bags for us after checking out, so we could get some shopping done before leaving the area. Highly recommend.

The staff was good & very helpful with us. 3 days stay & every day the same menus of food & typical Indian curry dishes with not good taste flavor. Need to change the everyday menus & add some better curries for a mix of nations. Try to avoid tasteless typical Indian food.

They secured my many packages I had shipped prior to my arrival, so I was able to conveniently have my comfort items on arrival to hotel. Highly recommend. Great location too. Beds are super comfortable.
- Kunaal (4/5): Basic hotel - Poor check in experience - the room was prepaid, and on arrival the host said there was no booking. It appeared they tried to cancel and re-sell the room because no one arrived until 6.30pm (due to flights). Rooms were fine - modern and clean, but wouldn't recommend it. Overpriced based on the service and amenities (almost none).

- Nasser (6/5): - New and great location but unfortunately the the room by the street are noisy and twice I have been woken up around 2 am mistakenly by staff! After complaining about this they only offered an apology and nothing much without offering anything complementary.
