- Ezequiel (10/5): - Excellent costumer sevice, although shared toilets and bathing rooms, they are sparkling clean when I was there. The breakfast is delicious. Nice comfortable space if.you have to wait there after checkout.

- GALE DARVIN (10/5): - Hospitality
- Vonnette (8/5): - Close to airport and plaza waa close by
- Jacqueline (2/5): - This property held my passport because THEIR point of payment wasn’t working so I couldn’t pay a cleaning fee, you have the option of leaving your ID as security deposit for the 2 keys and I did that, at check out I turned in both keys so I should have got my passport back. That cleaning fee had nothing to do with my passport and especially their out of order payment system, mind you, my airport transportation was waiting outside with other travelers in the van for over 30 min! I even had to be outside earlier and the night shift lady was doing too much!
- CATHERINE (10/5): - Everything

- Harbans (10/5): - I like this location. I will trying to going back again next year.
- great (10/5): - Vvv
- Kenneth (10/5): - .
- Nazar (10/5): - This establishment provided a truly memorable experience. The level of service offered was exceptional and contributed to a very pleasant stay. Every detail seemed carefully considered to enhance comfort and enjoyment. It's clear that considerable effort is made to create a positive atmosphere. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others seeking a similar experience.
- Andy (6/5): Great idea but needs work - Overall not a bad place. My only complaint is that with 30-40 pods in a room, the doors opening and closing are too loud. They need to insulate the doors so you hear less and the extra weight would make them quieter. Also, do the doors really need a confirmation set of beeps? Beeping all night I couldn't sleep.
Cool concept. Needs tweaking
- Hatim (8/5): - The other guests closing the capsule doors in the night made it hard to sleep. They do provide ear plugs for that but still can be annoying. Breakfast has limited options.
- Kaiwen (10/5): - Nice hotel near the airport.
- Gloria (10/5): - Overall it was pretty good experience. The capsule is comfortable enough for resting overnight. Hotel transportation to the airport was a bit pricey.
- skyler a (10/5): - Cute, quiet, small and safe.
- Stephen (10/5): - The best place in Cancun, and the best FREE breakfast
- Foluke (10/5): - First time staying in a capsule. Very unique experience for sure. The breakfast was fire 🔥
- Rajiv (2/5): - You spend 5x for transportation
- Jeremy (10/5): - It is my first time staying in a property like this. I have mixed feelings. They definitely need to advertise as a hostel, because that’s what it is. For a quick overnight stay to get some sleep it would be perfect however I don’t understand how they would buy pods and stock them on top of each other when the neighboring pod has a light on it shines through into your pod, only the connected pod to yours. Also I experience during the middle of the night people turning on lights in the main room where the pods/capsules are and then it lights up everything. So I think if they could find a way to control that it would be awesome. I also think that They should take into consideration that Americans need cooler air conditioning the pods do not have air-conditioning but they do have airflow so it’s dependent upon the air conditioning in the room that the pods are located in. It’s always better to be a little cooler than to be hot no one likes to sleep in the hot or at least a mass majority of people don’t. I know that I don’t. so I stayed two nights, one night was without any issues with the lights or the temperature and the other night I was woken up several times because of the lights and because of the temperature. I will say that the staff is extremely nice and it was five stars for cleanliness. I think that there must be a way for them to control the temperature and lighting situation. You don’t get blankets you get a sheet.
- gina (10/5): - Excellent!
- James (8/5): - Perfect for the solo traveler just looking for a quiet place to rest near the airport. Glad I gave it a try, it worked well for me.
- Laura (8/5): - Mattress very comfortable
- Tyrone (10/5): - Everything
- Tyrone (10/5): - Staff were awesome especially Raffaele and Paulina!!
- Jonathan (10/5): Appreciate the service - It was excellent. Really enjoyed my stay
- Latoya (6/5): - The staff was very friendly
- Thomas (10/5): Yellow Capsule - Great value
- Francesco Di (10/5): - Quiet and covenient
- stuart (8/5): - Had a short stay for a very early morning flight found washrooms especially men's dirty. Urinals reaked never flushed out the 10 hours we stayed. Not being dramatic, had to hold my breath in the washroom. Smell ran into the locker area. Sinks/ countertop soaking wet and looking for an area set down belongings/items. Capsule and area appeared clean. Capsules ventilation seemed poor had trouble on high setting even cooling down slightly, we needed to open the door to get fresher air and to help cool the unit down. I feel fan air movement is not adequate or needing of service.
- ESPERANT CHARDEVY (10/5): - Very clean and nice staff
- Monica (10/5): - It was perfect for the price. Be careful with the Ubers, they will try to take your money no matter how. That’s something normally in Mexico
- ZINA (10/5): - A unique experience 😊👍
- Cindy (10/5): - Affordable nice loved it
- Adrian villalobos (8/5): - Everything was on point
- Jose (10/5): - Everything about the hotel and experience was amazing
- Zackariah E (10/5): - Instructions and staff were a great help. No issues with anything
- Kailyn (8/5): - Overall good experience
- jessca (10/5): - As stated above
- jessca (10/5): - Unconventional, clean, great staff, consistent daily breakfast, coffee was free, hot, and good.
- Maria (10/5): - unique stay!
- Craig Alan (10/5): - Unique concept, clean, hot water in shower, friendly staff
- Nicholas (8/5): - Nice place , different and an experience for sure
- Haydee (10/5): - Love the concept and I enjoyed my quiet time
- Antoniela Margareth Cajueiro de (10/5): - Everything was fine
- Brittney (2/5): - This is advertised as a hotel, but it is not. Don't be tricked by the many positive reviews. This is basically a night club with places to sleep if you need to. You aren't allowed to bring your bags/suitcase to your capsule.
- Christopher (10/5): - First time in one and loved it. Staff were great and got sleep. :-)
- kelvin (10/5): - Very great experience
- Eme (10/5): - Great value for money and walking distance to lots of major shops
- Monica (10/5): - Great experience, capsule was very peaceful and quiet. Great way to relax .
- dong (10/5): - Excellent service
- Juaconda (10/5): - It was a little hot but all in all VERY comfy. My husband is 6”3 and about 320 and I’m 5”2 190. We were super comfy for our 1 night stay.
- Maria (4/5): - No me dejaron dormir se oye muncho ruido en la cápsula
- Harsh (2/5): - Felt the capsule room is unsafe
- Bader (2/5): - They told me that you will get a discount the next night, and when I came to make payment, they told me to take your clothes and go out
- Jose (4/5): - Good location on the 5th av but had a downside , noise and cleanliness was an issue , also infested with mosquitos
- Beth (10/5): - Fun experience!
- Melissa (10/5): - Very convenient to many restaurants and close to airport. Great for a quick stay
- Ibrahim (10/5): - Great
- Carlos (6/5): Average hostel if you need something close to airp - Safe box never worked even after 2 or 3 trials with the staff twin cabin mattress quality is average, my locker was damaged, to close have a little trick, washroom is average.
- David (8/5): - It is great for a good nights rest and the breakfast is great. I am having major dental work done at Gnux Dental which is just downstairs from the yellow capsule.
I like the location since it is safe and there are many good dining options within walking distance. It is not far from the airport (about a 20 minute taxi). The staff at the Yellow Capsule are friendly and helpful.
- Nicole (10/5): - I gave it a great rating because it was 5 star on all options. But, this is NOT a hotel room. It's a queen size bed in a pod. Not accessable accomadations. You must be able to climb in and climb out.
- Robert (10/5): - Everything was great
- Kelly (6/5): - The capsule hotel was cute and convenient. But there were so many things in general that made functioning in it difficult.
We stayed seven days and some nights were so hot I was sweating. I was surprised I had to ask to turn on the AC so often.
The all day long quiet hours were kind of ridiculous. I think they could’ve had quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and it would’ve sufficed. Having all day quiet hours was a little excessive, especially because they really wasn’t a comfortable lounge area to like watch movies and such.
The bathroom sink situation was super inefficient. It was basically a long trough of a sink and all faucets poured into. Beautiful work and idea, but it left only two counter spaces on either end to set toiletry bags.
The ventilation in the bathroom showers was horrible me. The showers and changing rooms were combined into, so basically, you shower and then are forced to get dressed while you’re still damp (because how can you dry off in a closed of room where the shower generated so much steam).
The locker rooms were coed with areas that split off for men and women’s bathrooms. But the women’s side was WIDE open for everyone’s view. Locker room was too small to pack and repack.
The staff was super nice. Although, we booked a tour through them and they failed to mention the tour was no joke going to be 14 hours long. Needless to say, my friend and I weren’t prepared for that being our whole day. And it was an interesting tour, to say the least.
- Sean (8/5): - My first night the pods power stopped working, they had to switch pods. The second night I couldn’t get my tv going in the new pod, the remote needed batteries. The door from locker to beds has a lip in the floor that is protruding up, it’s dark in rooms and can’t see that lip. I split my toe open stubbing it. The locker room is very small and is uncomfortable with people in there because you can’t walk by with doors open. I had a good stay overall. But changes could be made for safety and relaxation.
- Eva (4/5): - After seeing it I knew I couldn’t stay. It’s basically sleeping pods in one big room. You are given a small locker that only fits a very small suitcase or backpack. Showers and toilets are public. You are told to be very quiet so other pod neighbors aren’t disturbed. Ended up going to a nearby Marriott with my own bed and room and own shower. Unless you like staying in shared room/bathroom hostels, this probably won’t be for you. My claustrophobia also of having the door to the pod closed while I was trapped inside…well no.
- May (10/5): - 장점 (pros)
- 쾌적하고 비교적 신축이라 모기도 없고 깔끔함
- 샤워시설 좋음 (샴푸, 컨디셔너, 헤어드라이기, 큰수건 제공)
- 물, 커피, 티, 조식 제공
- overall very clean, provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, towel
- NO MOSQUITOES!!
- free water, tea, coffee, but charge some of the beverages
- good for a solo traveler
- you can ask for a blanket
- Not for people who easily wake up even from a small noise.
- location: (drive) 20mins away from the hotel zone
- Could be too small for a big, tall people
- melissa (10/5): - What a fun and unique experience. I really enjoyed sleeping in my capsule. It felt safe, private and instantly restful. The staff is top notch helpful. The breakfast is legit. I only stayed one night on my way to the airport, so not sure what's around, but capsules 10/10.
- Jessica (10/5): - Very cool sci-fi hotel. Found the capsules clean, reasonably quiet, and comfortable. The staff welcoming and receptive. Shared washrooms and facilities clean, good space. Private transport is a plus, as well as the delicious morning breakfast. Definitely see myself coming back if I am ever in Cancun again, whether with a group or solo travel :)
- Elias (8/5): - Excellent, clean, friendly staff and very good breakfast.
- Elaine (6/5): - Intersting experience, but didnt know it was "capsules" before we got there. Total shock. Needs clearer explicit description and more pictures of outside of capsules, etc. Felt a bit tricked into going there and am claustrophobic.
Experience was awesome except for the horrible noisy doors/rollers. Facility waa excellent, ultra modern, new and very, very clean. Staff was fabulous. Location was great
- Ashif (8/5): - Was good and friendly
- Stephanie (10/5): - The young lady that does all the cleaning does a awesome job. Thank you.
- Melea (10/5): - Awesome , just wish it was sound proof so I didn’t have to leave to talk in the ohone
- Jose (10/5): - Incredible experience, just need a better announcement on the entry.
- Gustavo (10/5): - Great area to walk and shop. Friendly and safe neighborhood.
- David (8/5): - Its okay but not easy to get in and out of these capsules. You have to crawl inside. Also in the capsule there Is no place to set a drink down. No shelves at all just a mattress about 4" thick. Pretty comfortable but getting out is a challenge unless you are young and or fit. They should have bars to support your weight to pull yourself out but instead very flimsy plastic interior. Its a good concept which needs improvement.
- Suzette (4/5): - Space not tight no bathroom near the room no access to phone you have to tell people about the room and their restrictions
- Ruben Garcia (6/5): - Not what I was expecting, but was not bad at all.
I just wish the capsules material weren’t made too cheap because you can hear pretty much everything and everyone outside, snoring, door closing/opening, person next to you or on top.
They give you earplugs so is like okay
I liked the facility is fun and their staff are friendly and nice people.
Bathroom and showers are cool, lockers are good, the place is always with AC on so that’s great!
I had one big problem I requested a taxi in the lobby at night for early in the morning and had to take Uber cause the taxi never answered the lobby’s message.
To me is a 8 out of 10 .
- Alfredo (10/5): - If they can make the capsules noise isolated, the comfort will be five stars.
- David (8/5): - It is neat little place with extremely nice staff and great breakfast. I enjoyed the capsule to sleep in but I could easily hear the next capsule. The guy was snoring loud all night.not close to the beach and still 20 minutes to the airport.
- James (2/5): - This property need to be described more completely in it's listings and advertising.
The pods look very cool. However, I'm about 240 lbs and they put me in a climb up pod. Why? Next, the pods interior lights are awkward, at best. A very bright blue light remains always on and its intensity is is disturbing (they do have a "shield" to cover the light but, it's inadequate.
Clearly this "pod sleeping environment" should be considered ONLY a place to sleep.
You cannot make sounds.
You must wear headphones to watch TV.
You must ask for towels or blankets!!! Why?
How about improving the soundproofing rather than giving earplugs?
- Sonia Millicent (6/5): - Small but a quite place to stay.
- Harbans Singh (10/5): - Very good service and flight is on time arrival and departure. Airport was clean . I will trying to booking next trip again Thx 😊
- Taisha (10/5): - The entire staff was amazing
