• Francisco (2/5): - The manager and customer service were terrible. The mattress and the bed were in poor condition. One of the blankets was with two holes. The cleaning was not good. They offered me to change the room on the third day. We did not sleep well on the first night. We did not want to take the chance of not sleeping well again on the second night. We checked out and they did not reimbursed me. I notify Expedia of all this. I have some pictures I would like to submmit.
• Christie (6/5): - We checked in and almost immediately checked out. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating, but unfortunately, the rooms and location did not meet expectations. The photos on the Hotels.com listing were misleading. Our room overlooked a courtyard filled with trash and surrounded by rundown buildings. Our niece’s room had visible mold and a broken window that was stuck open. Although she was eventually moved to another room, the process was unnecessarily difficult and the owner was unhelpful. The elevator also wasn’t working consistently in the short time we were there, which added to the overall frustration. While the staff member at the front desk did her best, the overall condition of the property made it uncomfortable enough for us to stay.

• khadim (8/5): - Hotel is clean and rooms well maintained. Air con takes a while to get cold because you need a key card to operate it and you only get 1 key card per room. There are 4 rooms per floor and the stairs are very narrow but the hotel is boutique and space is a premium and dont expect lots of room it is convenient and practical for the location. It can be noisy with the walls not being soundproofed. If you are on the 4th (top floor) then you need to be aware that there is no lift which stops at the 3rd floor. Breakfast is good and fresh watermelon and fresh bread is a treat. Tea and coffee is really good. The walk up to the bazaar is very hilly but busy. The actual street feels like a back street but safe. Staff are really nice and doesnt feel like a 2* hotel.

A/c was set to LOW ( from their side), tiny rm with sideways walking ONLY & THAT was the triple rm! I dreaded ending the day knowing we had to come back here. Just no.

The included breakfast was also a great perk and very good. However, the bathroom could use some maintenance, and the refrigerator in our room was quite dirty, making it unusable.

• leahsS5895WW (10/5): Wonderful - A lovely small Hotel close to all amenities, restaurants, the Grand Bazaar and all main public transport stations. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless and towels changed daily. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was fresh every morning with a good selection of food. Nothing was too much trouble. A great place to stay. Definitely a 10/10.

• hector (8/5): Cleanliness and Location - Hotel staff was very, very pleasant and professional. Great breakfast. Wonderful location....walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, to the tram stop, lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. If one is a walker, one could actually walk to most of the sights in the old part of the city.Superb room cleanliness as well as the hotel facilities, were kept spotless. The only negative critic is that the one person room is very, very small. One could hardly walk around the bed. The closet doors hardly open because of the bed so it is practically useless. The safety box in the closet is definitely useless since the closet door doesn't open wide enough, it doesn't permit the box door to open. The situation is not hard to solve, either remove the doors or place an open closet rack system. I recommend the hotel for sure but avoid the one person room.

The hotel from staff such as Keyra ,Sehmus and the staff in the breakfast were simply excellent breakfast in the morning I always look forward to simply out of this world. The bedroom was decent enough and offered a lovely ambience. A bit of noise during call to prayer but hey this is Istanbul a city that never sleeps. Great city and great people.

• 746madhur (2/5): "Deceptive Hotel Experience: Beware of Zafar's Shenanigans - My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, the rooms were incredibly tiny, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and leaking. It was evident that the available reviews were far from genuine, as we were coerced by a hotel staff member named Zafar into writing positive reviews on the very first day of our arrival. Speaking of Zafar, the receptionist in the morning shift, he proved to be nothing short of a fraud. Not only did he provide us with misleading information about the city, but he also attempted to intimidate us with false details and solicited commissions on a hamam reservation we had already booked. His modus operandi involved initially speaking with utmost politeness, exchanging mobile numbers, only to later manipulate our itinerary for his personal gain. Our ordeal didn't end there. On our last day, when we sought assistance from Zafar in translating for our cab driver, he attempted to cancel our existing arrangements and coerce us into hiring a local cab from his reference. It is imperative to steer clear of this hotel, and especially the person named Zafar, who made our stay nothing short of a distressing experience.
• Baddryban Habib (10/5): Rekommenderar varmt - Min vistelse var toppen, perosnalen var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellrummet var bekvämt och rent + hotell läget var så centralt och nära majoriteten av sevärdheter så jag använde sällan transport utan promenerade för det mesta. Kan definitivt tänka mig boka hotellet igen om jag återbesöket Istanbul och jag rekommenderar hotellet till er som tänker besöka.

The hotel was sparkling clean, had all necessary amenities, the breakfast was great and delicious, amazing staff - especially Seyid was absolutely fantastic, great location, will definitely come back again. • Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - The hotel is tiny. The elevator and stairwell are both tiny. The room had the correct number of beds, however they were very uncomfortable. When I booked I was told breakfast was included. Then when I arrived I was told I did not purchase breakfast, just the room. Also when I booked I was told by Hotels.com that I get 25% off roundtrip transportation to the hotel from the airport. We arranged transportation ahead of time through the hotel. When we arrived we were told we had to pay 50 Euro each way in cash. They said there was no such discount. So plan to bring at least 100 Euro in cash if you set up transportation with the hotel. The room had a safe and toiletries. There was a minibar in the room that was overpriced. The bathroom was decent and the room was clean except for the bug I found on my pillow. The window was left open so I wasn't too concerned about the bug. The location is decent, very close to the Grand Bazar. However, I would not stay here again. It was definitely overpriced.

• Zhazira (4/5): - само место где находится отель мне не понравилось. много чернокожих людей на районе. рядом мечеть, что также не комфортно было. большие баки с мусором. номер 401 был маленький. кровать супер скрипучая. там наверное 7-8 квадратных метров было в номере. завтрак 5€, кроме теплого супа в первый день, и чая, все остальное было холодным и на мой взгляд не свежим. бутылка воды 3 лиры. вода бесплатно только в день заселения. касательно достопримечательностей и инфраструктуры действительно можно сказать близко к площади Султанахмет и к набережной Еминенью. много оптовых магазинов. кстати продуктового магазина большого на районе нет. в маленьких магазинах ничего покушать нет. и цены в 2 раза дороже, чем в других районах.
• Sultan (2/5): - Es war der Horror..Kühlschrank war defekt, wir hatten kein warmes Wasser, um 1 Uhr nachts fing das Hotelpersonal an irgendwelche Möbel aufzubauen mit Hammerschlägen und Bohrmaschine es war so laut das niemand schlafen konnte. Ich war kurz davor die Polizei zu rufen. Als Entschädigung wurde uns ein Obstteller angeboten 😂😂😂 lächerlich. Wir haben früher. Ausgecheckt und das bezahlte Geld für die nicht genutzten Nächte erstattet bekommen was man dem Hotel gut heißen muss👍👍 Ich werde nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, die Umgebung ist voll mit Araber Männer die nachts rumlungern also für Frauen absolut nicht geeignet … Finger weg !!
