• Юлия (8/5): Соотношение цены и качества и отличное местоположение, впечатления самые положительные! - Прекрасный вид из окна, можно открыть и слушать плеск волн. Рядом находится дискотека, но в номере ее совершенно неслышно. Вдоль отелей проходит бульвар, можно достаточно далеко спокойно прогуляться. Отличная ванная комната, чистые полотенца. Немного устаревшая мебель и довольно сложно закрывалось окно. Переходник работал только на USB port, современные телефоны имеют разъем type c, просили у персонала зарядку. Сложности возникают от того, что персонал на ресепшен совсем плохо понимает по-английски, и испанский отличается, возможно с двух сторон странный акцент.

C’était très gentil car cela n’avait pas l’air d’être une habitude. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Organisation du personnel Comme d’autres compatriotes français ayant laissé le même type d’avis, nous avons été surpris de ne pas être dans un hôtel. Ce n’est pas aussi évident que cela sur booking.com…. Cet établissement n’est pas un hôtel mais une résidence vacances! Ne vous attendez pas à être dans un resort ou autre hôtel de plage. Les photos prêtent à confusion ainsi que les dénominations plage privée => il s’agit d’un chemin privé depuis l’hôtel qui donne accès à la plage publique… en bref, la présentation sur booking.com n’est pas assez claire et à la limite d’être malhonnête. Surtout que l’établissement ne s’appelle PAS DU TOUT PARADISE BEACHFRONT (autre argument mensonger) mais SALVIA CONDIDARIUM Franchement très très très déçus en arrivant, nous avons failli rebrousser chemin heureusement que Manuel a sauvé la mise. Parking difficile à trouver : nous avons même cru à une arnaque car le portier n’a pas voulu nous laisser rentrer la première fois!!! Ils nous a même dit qu’on n’était pas au bon endroit et qu’il ne connaissait pas le « paradise beachfront » mais plutôt le « salvia » Imaginez vous la déconvenue en arrivant : portier qui ne vous ouvre pas, nom non conforme à la présentation et on se retrouve face à un des immeubles les moins glamours de tout le Kukulcán boulevard… alors qu’on s’attendait à avoir réservé un hôtel de plage… Moralité : bien mettre vos filtres sur booking quand vous réservez et bien regarder les pictogrammes correspondant aux étoiles qui laissent transparaître que ce n’est pas un hôtel. Et lisez bien les sms envoyés pas l’établissement qui sont très professionnels au demeurant et qui sont les seuls éléments qui vous rassurent en arrivant.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great value with great view! - We had a two-bed ocean view room, and the view was amazing! The building is a bit old, but it’s in a very convenient location, and the staff are super nice and friendly. Here are a few things you might want to know: The pool is small. The poolside restaurant/bar only accepts cash. They only provide one beach towel per person for the entire stay, so you'll want to keep it clean and hang it to dry each night. There’s a very loud bar next door, so you’ll hear music—especially later in the evening. It’s best to give your taxi driver the name "Salvia Condominium" rather than the address; it took our driver forever to find it. The beach right in front is a very popular public beach, so it’s always crowded with locals, especially on weekends. Overall, it was a great stay and an excellent value for our girls' trip—we’d definitely come back again!
• Izilda Simões (8/5): Linda vista e ótima localização - Gostei da vista do quarto e da localização super central, onde foi possível o acesso fácil à lojas, restaurantes e ao Terminal Marítimo, onde pegamos um ferry para Cozumel. A acomodação é ampla, com uma vista incrível, embora o prédio esteja um pouco antigo. Alugamos um carro da locadora que fica ao lado do Condomínio e eles permitiram que fizéssemos a devolução no aeroporto. Infelizmente, não por culpa da acomodação, a praia estava com MUITO sargaço. Reparamos que nos hotéis, existia um trabalho de retirada do sargaço, para que os hóspedes pudessem desfrutar um pouco da praia. Para nós, em razão da época do ano em que viajamos, só conseguimos aproveitar o mar em algumas das praias de Cozumel e Isla Mujeres.
• Johan (9/5): Geweldig - Perfecte locatie. Uitzicht door twee ramen naar het strand (de zee) en de lagune. Alles was netjes en schoon. Zeer betrouwbare WIFI, speciaal voor deze kamers. Bij eerste binnenkomst: de poortwachter van het Salviacomplex had me niet op de gastenlijst staan (althans niet herkenbaar) en het kostte wat moeite om hem te overtuigen dat ik toch echt hier een boeking had en naar binnen wilde.

• Lily (7/5): Good - It was clean and located exactly in the Hotel Zone. The front desk was helpful enough. The beach is nearby and very clean. The beds were a bit hard, and if you arrive after 5pm they do not give you beach towels until the next day. The hotel (or building?) is actually called Salvia which was a bit weird to find out on arriving but not a serious issue, other than the fact that it confused our cab driver from the airport and caused us to be charged 30 extra dollars. I would highly recommend booking an airport transfer beforehand as the cab situation in Cancun felt a bit sketchy, but we booked one our way out with the hotel and it was great.

• Isabel (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo in Cancun. The location is hard to beat, right on the beach with beautiful views from the main big glass window. It's just a minute away from a mall and Cancun top nightclubs. Note that this isn't a hotel, but a private condominium room so I had a host that was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, with an oversized air conditioner that kept things cool. Waking up with the beach view on the window was a highlight on the morning. If you're looking for a well-located, comfortable place to stay in Cancun with easy beach access, I'd recommend checking out this condo.

Yo conozco esos condominios y la playa esta en condiciones precarias horrible, por eso yo no busqué condominios salvia en su página. Las fotos que ustedes muestran en el lugar que se llama paradise beach front se miran las instalaciones muy bonitas, pero al llegar al lugar a hacer check in resulta que son los condominios salvia. Y yo no quería ese lugar, no ofrezcan algo que no es. Yo no me quede ahí por lo mismo y ojalá me puedan hacer mi reembolso

• Jose (2/5): False Advertisement Hotel - First the name is not Paradise, it’s Salvia, a lower star rating than promoted. No phone and it doesn’t show up on GPS. Upon check out we were charged for towels my wife used to wipe her makeup off. No credit card incidentals, cash only. Never heard of that, but makes sense they charged for the towels upon check out. Never staying there again.
• Lynne (4/5): - The photos are accurate about the view. Stunning. The property itself is old and run down. Pool has no view and the back of the building has an empty concrete area with no view of the ocean. Truly a waste of valuable beachfront space. Next to Cogo bongo so expect noise until 4am on weekends. Kitchen was ok but had to ask for glasses. Furniture is worn and stained. We saw knat like bugs on bed and on our plates when we ate. This stretch of beach is beautiful but bring a bag to walk the beach in the morning as the partiers and. The crowd the day before leave a mess behind. Check in and check out went smoothly. Have to wait for the front desk to buzz the gate open when you want to come up from the beach, usually no issues but once we had to wait a bit for the gate to open. The days of inexpensive Mexico are a thing of the past. Nearby restaurants are expensive. Great chedriau grocery a few blocks away. Will be back to the hotel zone one day but will book further south.

Fuera de eso, el lugar y la ubicacion excelente, las instalaciones y atenciones todo estuvo muy bien.
• Chris (8/5): Beach view room - I stayed in room 304B. The view of both the beach and lagoon were great! The location of the hotel can't be beat. The beach is perfect, two 7-11s downstairs and a minute walk to the party area. The shower, fridge, bed, everything was good but if there's one thing that can ruin everything it's being hot, and it was just that. The AC was absolutely worthless, thankfully the ceiling fan helped a little but not much. I thought it may cool down when the sun went down but no, very hot and hard to sleep comfortably. Fix the ac and the place would be great, thanks!
• Denis (9/5): Superb - Location is fine, exceptional Caribbean sea and relatively private, guarded beach. Room has exceptional view. Even the B-one. Location is fine, but very touristy, Congo bongo is near and f-up sellers who try to sell you something for 50 dollars, that costs 50 pesos (not kidding). However, good that there is a supermarket not too far away - recommend to visit. In my case, door to the beach was not working and it was difficult to get out.
• Muktar (10/5): - At first the reviews scared me a bit, but after I spent 3 days, I’ve seen nothing but positive stuff. Room was very clean, sheets are clean, staff are friendly, view from the room looks a lot better in real life than pictures. Me and my wife had very good time at room 308A. Maybe the only comment or more of a suggestion to improve is the gate entrance and exit to the beach side, we waited couple minutes before someone would buzz us in and out every time other than that everything was amazing. Hopefully we would come back next year with our son if we get a discount hahaha

Through one window you can see the ocean through the other you can see the lake.... just amazing. Also, the condominium is in a pretty noisy section of town, but the soundproofing in the room was extraordinary, you could not hear any of the music or noise from the nightclubs nearby. Also, being a front-beach property is a great plus! Facilities look old and are not in top shape. On Monday we woke up late and left the room about noon, nobody came and clean the room. I was not informed of a $2,000 MXN deposit you need to make (cash-only) upon arrival; it's very inconvenient they don't take credit cards.

• Rashmiben (4/5): - Ocean View was fantastic, but the bathroom sucks water get all over the floor and they only give fresh towels once every other day. They should give unlimited towels. We are on vacation near the ocean you are going to dirty and take shower multiple times. They do not have shower gels or shampoo just a block of bar soap. Other than that it's a great place walkable distance from the flea market and the alot of great resturants and clubs.

We informed at front desk they say that cleaner will come next day. I will never book again at this place.

• Kenneth (10/5): MOST CONVENIENT STAY - We were quite pleasantly delighted by the Paradise Beachfront. Great staff and cleanliness. Excellent location and beach access. Great value!! The only suggestion I have is that they name the stay to include the name of the condominium it is located in to avoid any time locating it. After that, great.
