- 70laveniaw (8/5): Good! - Stayed here for 6 nights and the facilities were good. You have a pool at the rooftop, gym and sauna. I didn’t have the breakfast though. The room was clean daily and fresh towels were given but mattress was a bit hard for me. The hotel staff Novem was fluent in English and very helpful if you have any questions on how to get around. It is a bit of a walk to the main road. There’s a free shuttle every hour that takes you to the BTS Asok, MRT Sukhumvit and Terminal 21 which is a giant shopping mall. Near the car park there is a coin (10 baht) washing and drying machine so that’s a bonus.

- bellasaung (8/5): Comfortable Stay with Great Service - The room was compact but very clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside was the auto-sensor door alarm—early one morning around 3 AM, a nearby room’s door wasn’t closed properly, and the alarm kept ringing for 5–10 minutes until I called reception. Thankfully, they resolved it quickly. I think that would be great if they could request clients to close properly before they leave the room. The pool is not that big, but has a beautiful view and is a nice spot to relax. Breakfast was average—not a huge selection, but it was okay generally. What really stood out was the friendly staff and the free shuttle service. Although the hotel is a short 7–10 minute walk from the main road, the shuttle made getting around easy. Can call to reception in advance to book this. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the city center near restaurants, shopping, and public transport. Very convenient location!

From disembarking to check out, I always feel very warm and welcoming from the staff. The environment is very clean and it smells good. Breakfast is mediocre but that's about the only soso thing about this hotel. I like to specially recognize three staff for the service and hospitality, Dream and Tukkky (reception) and Hot (bell boy). I look forward to coming back again.

- Darren (8/5): Decent Hotel in quiet area - This hotel is in very good condition but tucked away in a quiet area with access to the city provided by a free shuttle service to the sky train. I would use Bolt or Taxi's though for a cheap easy way to get around unless it's peak hour traffic in which case I wouldn't go anywhere. Peak hour is awful. It took me 2.15 hours to go 6 km's. The rooms are great with separate bedroom and living area.The only concern is the tiles in the shower are really slippery and dangerous. I asked for help and they provided a towel to stand on which did stop me slipping.

So you made no smell at all, being a clean guest. Meanwhile be ready to face a toilet smell in hall areas like when doors of elevator open on 5th floor - smells like a toilet near the road. Offering to call a police on you like a solution when u come down to complain =/ Meanwhile having same rules in all UHG hotels they are implemented different ways - smoking free hotel but have ashtray on thonglor uhg room balcony - so no problem. but in phrom phong if cleaning lady see guest have a pack of weed even closed without any sight of smell or it been even opened - they charge you 5000 thb - kabmooi.

- vitinho77 (8/5): Good hotel, just too far from bts - Breakfast is a buffet of good quality. The room is a fine size, has a big tv, a proper bathroom and a giant comfy bed. Did not use the pool or gym,so can't comment. They have a shuttle bus but only runs at given times and the last one is at 8:00. Good jobs by Dream, James and Pohb at reception, and also other staff at the concierge, breakfast area and housekeeping area that I have met and have helped me, to summarise, all the staff in the hotel were top notch. Great hotel, definitely recommend for solo travelers and companies.

- gmP3764UI (4/5): Missing Key Card Leads to 300 Baht Fee - Clean rooms. Good pool. Average breakfast. Please note that you will receive two key cards. I recommend taking only one. In my case, I only used one. The second card stayed on the table the entire time. However, the day before checkout, it disappeared from the table, resulting in a 300 baht charge and service staff giving me suspicious smiles.

Ideally located in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a short walk from top shopping destinations like MBK Center and Siam Paragon, with easy access to public transportation for exploring the city’s attractions. The modern yet culturally infused ambiance of the hotel set the perfect tone, and our spacious room offered stunning views of the skyline. The dining experience was a highlight, featuring a delicious array of local and international dishes, particularly the mouth-watering Pad Thai. While the city noise was occasionally noticeable, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. The Quarter Bangkok is definitely our top choice for any future visits to this vibrant city!

- U2404TLclaudiaw (10/5): Amazing place in the middle of Sukhumvit/Bangkok - As a family of three we had booked two rooms with connected door and a little kitchen and sitting area. The rooms are spacious with nice colors and furniture. Rooms and the hotel in general are very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with variety of food. The hotel is located near Sukhumvit Road, close to restaurants, 7/11, shuttle service to BTS and Terminal 21. Great value for the price.

- newiej (10/5): Good stay, Good view. - This is the first time I stayed at The Quarter Phromphong. I am very impressed. Best Staff, They’re very friendly and helpful I would like to mention lovely staff Dream and Kong Best breakfast buffet, There is a variety of food to choose. Best Swimming pool view, The view is very gorgeous. And the hotel have shuttle bus service free. They send you to interchange building and Sukhumvit 31 (main road) and if you want to come back to the hotel you can call to the front desk before 8 pm. Good hotel 💗💗💗 I will back to stay here again.
- Scott (4/5): Terrible - On the corner of two very busy roads so traffic noise is terrible. Small reception with people waiting, don’t get there early they will make you wait until absolutely 2 oclock check in. Tried to give me a worse room than i paid for! Small pool with no shade no bar no toilets. Didn’t eat there, very limited selection. Breakfast very average. On the plus side many food options locally. Would never ever stay there again. Terrible
- Christopher (4/5): - Updated property with friendly staff, however our room was terrible. We paid more for a balcony room however the room we were given should not have been considered one as the baloney was unusable. It was on the second floor and backed directly onto another building with a wall full of fans and no natural light due to the height of the buildings. These fans, or the air conditioners next to us, were very loud during the night. The room was directly next to the kitchen which was also loud starting early morning as they prepped breakfast. The room was clean and modern but had an awful smell the entirety of our time there. Possibly due to the cleaning products they used. Our experience here may have been different if we had been assigned a different room, however I would not recommend it or stay again based on the room we were given.

- Andre (8/5): - This hotel is located in a busy area. However, most things are within walking distance. Which is good, because the traffic gets really bad. There are nice restaurants and street food in the vicinity, plus two or three Seven Eleven's. Be warned though, some of the street venders will double or triple the price if you don't know the going rate for food. For example, a plain roti typically goes for 15 baht and a banana roti for 25. If you ask what's the cost, you will be paying 40 for the plain and 60 for the banana. With the conversation it's still cheap, but this is a "just so you know" in case you are staying in the area for a long period of time.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Acceptable choice if offered good price - Hotel is maintained well. The water pressure for shower is very sufficient and no smell from drainage as it may happen even in some 4-star hotels. Bedding is comfy. Breakfast choice is satisfactory but not the best. It’s a bit noisy from the traffic. Ask for rooms not facing the road for those have difficulty to sleep with a bit of noice.

- Nick Simon (8/5): Nice little hotel - Overall a pretty decent hotel for the Price. Fairly quit area, but still close to most things. However, since I needed the metro/BTS every day, it was a bit far away. Traffic jam every morning/afternoon, since there is a University, college and elementary School just around the corner. So for business not so convenient, for tourists perfect. Staff is the best. Vera helpfull.

Worse was it was in front of building faci g street. Noise from cars and motorbikes all night. Stayed here before and was very happy. This was the worse room in bangkok.

- Vince (10/5): Great Hotel ! - Hotel was great, room big and very clean, tv massive with Netflix if i had to complain about anything it would be the sauna was not working and its about a 10-15 walk to the Skytrain but they do have a shuttle so not a big problem, would definitely stay again.
- Louis (10/5): - This was our second time back on this trip checking in and room was ready at 12:30pm fortunately. This time was higher floor and service was great. The refund of incidental deposit was processed slow because the reception had to radio housekeeping in counting the in room mini bar. I would suggest putting a hold of refundable deposit on our credit card rather than cash which is what most of the hotels do. When you are in a hurry for airport shuttle, then the deposit cash can potentially not be refunded or forgetful.

It is about 15 minutes walk to MRT or hotel offers scheduled drop off and pick up shuttles from/to MRT or subway or shopping mall. The main attractions are a bit far away from the hotel but taxi or you know how to navigate the transit system would be helpful.

- Paul (6/5): Average hotel - Relatively new hotel. Gym is tiny, bike and treadmill broken. They said they would fix nothing happened. Rooms small. If you get a balcony, the door is screwed shut. Don't get the point. There is Netflix which is a plus. Pool large. Just does not feel like a luxury hotel or luxury experience. Cheap construction and furniture

- Jamie (8/5): Great modern hotel - Really great hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit. Near all the amenities and close enough to the bts and metro. They put on regular pick up buses too if you dont want to walk. Rooms really clean neat and tidy very modern too. Powerful showers too. Two key cards which helps with keeping room cool. Reception always welcoming. Pool and gym really good with good enough equipment to use the facilities
- Douglas (10/5): We always stay here when in Bangkok - This is one of the finer properties we stayed at during our 4 week trip. Super water pressure wiith great hot water shower. This property has a circulating hot water system and full in house air conditioning. Great TV as I was able to access my Ubube channels. Shuttle is helpful. But not far walk to Latitude 21 and Asok BTS station. Many good restaurants in the area. Robin Hood has a great English breakfast weekdays after 9 am for 99 baht.

- Raymond (10/5): - This property is clean. Staffs are friendly. Provided with shuttle services to terminal 21 mall. Breakfast foods are good with many choices. We stayed at this hotel for five nights and we will come back again next time.
- Katlyn (10/5): - Clean rooms, great breakfast selection. Many restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be just outside of the city but still have all the amenities.
- Ching Lan Sabina (10/5): - First time staying here and I’ve to say that the staff have been helpful, rooms are clean and the area is pretty close to some very good eateries. On the down side, depending on which side of the hotel you’re placed, over the weekend it can get pretty loud. We are next to a bar so understandably we can here the going ins in the next building, barely 10ft away from you. I asked for an extra pillow and a sheet and was told that since each room already had 2 pillows per person, that should be enough and if I required the extra sheet, I would need to pay extra. Never faced such a thing in any other hotels I’ve stayed. Bit other than these 2 issues, my stay was good. Nothing ear plugs and some creativity couldn’t solve.
- Jolie (10/5): - Quarter was directly in an area with a lot of good restaurants catered to western taste along with local eats. Close to main road with tons of street venders and local transportations.
