Jason Ghassan (10/5): This hotel can ruin all your other hotel experiences - Our stay at the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the second you walk in, the whole hotel smells incredible. The fragrance throughout the place is so good that we actually bought some to take back home with us. Since we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The room was massive, super well designed, and every little detail felt thought of. The bed was unreal, one of those beds you never want to leave. They even have a pillow menu where you can order different pillows to your room for free, from memory foam pillows to body pillows and more. Room service was amazing, the bathrooms were huge, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. One thing that really stood out to me was that they even installed fans on the balconies. I’ve stayed in so many hotels around Thailand and I’ve honestly never seen that before. Such a simple thing, but it makes a huge difference if you want to sit outside comfortably. Everything about this hotel was just on point.

Travelling as a family of four with two young children (aged 8 and 9), we were genuinely impressed at every turn — and that's not something we say lightly. We stayed in an Executive Twin room, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and struck the perfect balance between comfort and elegance for a family looking to relax and recharge. Service Beyond Expectation The level of service here is truly something else. From the concierge to every member of staff we encountered, the warmth and professionalism were consistent throughout. A very special mention must go to Dee at the Executive Lounge — an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcome and at ease, even stepping out of her way to help us resolve a laundry issue outside the hotel. She handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a genuine smile. She is the kind of staff member who elevates a great hotel into an unforgettable one. Pool — A Family Highlight Unlike many hotels in Bangkok where the pool can feel overcrowded and chaotic, the pool here was a haven of calm. At a safe 1.3m depth with a lifeguard on duty at all times, it was perfect for our kids. What really won us over was the attentive poolside service — the moment you settle into a sun lounger, staff are there with fresh towels and ice-cold water. A small touch, but one that makes a big difference. Breakfast — Simply Phenomenal The breakfast spread is on another level entirely. The quality of the food is exceptional, and the standout moment was being served a whole aromatic Thai coconut — a beautifully considered touch that felt both indulgent and authentically Thai. Wellness & Spa We booked into a couple of Pilates classes and made use of the stunning spa facilities. Both were world-class in every sense — professional, serene, and thoroughly rejuvenating. It's rare to find wellness offerings of this calibre in a hotel setting. Final Thoughts Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok has set a new standard for what a luxury family stay should look like. Every detail is considered, every member of staff is exceptional, and the overall experience left us genuinely moved. This is easily the best hotel we have stayed at in Bangkok, and we will absolutely be returning on our next visit to this wonderful city. Highly recommended — without reservation.

I ordered an iced chocolate and a Caesar chicken wrap, and both were absolutely delicious. The iced chocolate was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, just the way I like it. The Caesar chicken wrap was fresh, flavorful, and generously filled, making it a satisfying and tasty choice. What truly made my visit special was the atmosphere and the service. The café has a calm, cozy, and beautifully designed space that’s perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. It wasn’t crowded at all, which made it even more enjoyable and peaceful. A big shoutout to the staff—Beer, Ploy, and Tong—who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their warm service really elevated the whole experience and made me feel comfortable staying for a while to work. Overall, this is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and environment to work or unwind. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

You walk through the front entrance into a place of tranquility. a quiet oasis enclosed by a multi story atrium.Wonderful staff throughout the entire hotel with a shout out to Sawiti at reception who made us feel so welcome on our arrival. TO Jeav at the Piano Bar whose service was exemplary as was Max at the Executive Lounge. The hotel is ideally located close to Lumphini Park where those keen on a bit of exercise can find some solitude walking through the 100+ acre green oasis. The hotel itself has a beautiful small tropical garden behind and is a great option to sit near whilst enjoying the fantastic breakfast on offer at Flourish Restaurant. Overall this is a magnificent hotel which I look forward to revisiting in the not too distant future.

868jennar (10/5): Perfect mix of luxury and family friendly - We had such an amazing 4 night stay at the Kempinski Sindhorn and honestly couldn’t recommend it more. I was there with my 8 year old daughter for a work trip and from the moment we arrived we just felt at home. Every single member of staff was so attentive and kind, nothing was too much trouble and it really made the whole stay feel special. The rooms are beautiful, really spacious and just so comfortable. Everything felt calm and relaxing which is exactly what we needed. The pool area is gorgeous and such a lovely place to switch off. The kids club was a huge highlight for us, my daughter absolutely loved it and kept asking to go back which says everything. It made such a difference knowing she was so happy and having fun. The gym was also fab, really well equipped and great to use during our stay. Overall it was just an incredible experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Krawuzl (10/5): hotel with perfect attention to every detail - We stayed for two nights in a grand deluxe king room for 3 people and had the most amazing stay we've ever had in a hotel. As we arrived early, we could use the pool and spa area while waiting for our room. I was given a bathrobe and flip flops. The scents which are used throughout the hotel are excellent and the staff is highly professional. The minibar/snacks/fruits are refilled every day and you get plenty of water. In the evening a special treat like chocolate or tea with nuts was served. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of Asian warm dishes but also European food, even pretzel. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Voyage595913 (10/5): Your Well-Being is Assured - This is a first-class hotel situated in a serene garden environment. It is situated well away from the hustle and bustle of central Bangkok but only a few minutes away by free hotel shuttle to all the main shopping areas, BTS, Sukhumvit Rd etc. But it hard not to live in the hotel and not go out at all because all the amenities and services here are awesome. I chose and executive room and stayed for 2 long weeks. While the price is not cheap by average hotels in Bangkok, this is definitely NOT an average hotel. It is not overbooked because the price is relatively high and I hope it stays that way. A high price relative to the average so-called 5 star hotel is not a bad thing for those of us who want peace and quiet and want to stay away from crowds/ large family gatherings, shopping district noise, the bar and party culture and the backpacker fraternity. A highlight of my stay was the incredible variety of breakfast choices at Flourish restaurant. The Middle Eastern food options were especially appreciated. The “Wellness” menu for lunch and dinner was my favourite. The Executive Lounge experience was memorable. Max, Poonay and Preeya offered tremendous service as did the whole team in the lounge. The afternoon tea service and evening snacks/drinks were delivered with speed and friendliness. Housekeeping was awesome. Everything was so clean and the room was always a pleasure returning to after housekeeping had done their fast and thorough job. I want to give special thanks to Payao who upon seeing that I had cut myself slightly, insisted that I use special sticking plasters. See her picture and message attached. Overall, this is a luxury home away-from-home. The service throughout the hotel makes life seem so easy and there is no excuse for guests who want to remain fit and healthy. The pool, fitness and spa facilities are all served by well-qualified and friendly staff. I can’t wait to have another break at this hotel
420michaelad (8/5): Nice Hotel, But Missing the Wow Factor - Our stay at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was overall decent, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a highlight. The reception staff were professional and everything during check-in and check-out went smoothly. Unfortunately, breakfast was a bit of a letdown. It was clear that there wasn’t enough staff – we often found ourselves sitting at an uncleared table, and the service felt slow and somewhat disorganized. The staff could also have been a bit more friendly and attentive. On the positive side, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but it didn’t really impress us in a way that would make us want to return.

Mick0072013 (10/5): Satisfaction Plus - From the Concierges to the Receptionist Sawita who welcomed us on arrival, we enjoyed four most magnificent days here. Sawita showed us the facilities as we went to our sumptuous room with lounge, bedroom, large closet and oversized bathroom. There was a complete sense of serenity and wellness throughout the whole building. The Restaurant, Infinity Swimming Pool, Cocktail & Foyer Piano Bars were very functional & entertaining with special mention here to waitress Tati. The Executive Lounge was a very pleasant option with scenic views overlooking Bangkok and an adequate selection of refreshments/foods at High Tea and Evening time from 5.30pl to 8.00pm. Special mention to manageress Tati who went well out of her way to assist in obtaining Vietnam Visa Photos with a lovely disposition as well. All the staff here must be complimented for their efficiency, friendliness and service. However, we must mentioned trainee Max who made us some lovely cocktails and nothing was too much for him. Good luck with your studies Max. Overall, thw entire staff at the Hotel from housekeepers upwards were the friendliest, politest and helpful. They were all exceptional. Room costs per night were not cheap, however if you save hard enough, the experience will reward you and your memory for a long time.

Like all hotels in BKK they are limited but traffic so check where you will be the most and choose a hotel accordingly. Sindhorn is near Skytrain BTS Phloen Chit ..but still a 20 min walk or Si Lom on the BTS..again 20 mins.. Breakfast was great, service impeccable, pool impressive.. Not much 10 mins wait for cab but if you go out the back through the gardens they was always a Tuk Tuk there..you just pay more for those..
