It's close to a car park that is easy to find and the fee for overnight was very reasonable. There was nothing we didn't like.

The breakfast need a more diverse menu option for the free breakfast. The hotel needs to make it clear that there is no parking and there is a need to walk up a hill into a market district in the description of the hotel advertisement. Smooth check in, clean spacious room with a gorgeous view, decent breakfast and THE MOST perfect location right in the centre of old Gjirokastër. The staff made the whole experience so much better. Friendly faces who were so helpful every time we had a query or needed something and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Thank you Elga, Alex and the rest of the staff! Do keep in mind there's really no direct road to the hotel so if you're taking a taxi/going on your own, you might need to walk a bit with your luggage. They were kind enough to drop us to our bus stop when we were leaving.

The parking is quite far, and it’s hard to find the hotel without clear directions. Fortunately, the staff were extremely kind and helpful — they guided us patiently and made sure we found both the parking and the hotel easily Parking is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, not clearly marked, and has a small extra fee — overall reasonable and didn’t affect the experience

There is a bit of an accessibility problem with a car and there is no parking. But from the hotel we try to help

Le personnel fait preuve d’une gentillesse rare, toujours attentionné et à l’écoute de la moindre demande. Mention toute particulière à EGLA, à la réception, qui nous a accueillis avec le sourire et nous a accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour avec une bienveillance exceptionnelle, ainsi qu’à KEVIN, également d’une grande aide. Ma femme étant tombée malade, EGLA est venue prendre de ses nouvelles dans notre chambre, a contacté les urgences pour nous aider à nous rendre à l’hôpital, et, lorsqu’elle a pu sortir, un taxi nous attendait déjà pour nous ramener à l’hôtel. Un service humain et remarquable ! Cet établissement n’est pas simplement un hôtel : c’est une véritable famille qui se forme autour de ses clients pour prendre soin d’eux. Dans une ville où l’on ne connaît personne, et avec la barrière de la langue, ce type d’attention fait toute la différence et rassure énormément. L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de la vieille ville, tout près des principaux lieux à visiter. La vue depuis l’hôtel sur Gjirokastër est absolument superbe, et la literie ainsi que le confort des chambres sont excellents. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience authentique et inoubliable à Gjirokastër.

Sibel (10/5): מלון מצויין במרכז העניינים עם צוות מנצח - אהבנו הכל, מהרגע שהגענו למלון ועד שעזבנו. אני הגעתי חולה למלון עם הקאות ובחילות, הבחורה בקבלה שקיבלה אותנו, ביקשה שיכינו לי לחם קלוי ודאגה לכל מה שהיינו זקוקים, יחס מדהים, בגלל מצבי ביקשנו להשאר במלון לילה נוסף, המלון היה מלא והיא פשוט התקשרה למלונות אחרים לדאוג לנו ללינה ליום המחרת. המלון עצמו נקי ומסודר במרכז העניינים וארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד. הדבר היחיד שקצת הפריע זו החנייה, אין חנייה למלון.

Room had an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was good, decent selection. Staff friendly and helpful, arranged taxi for us and driver picked us up from the hotel. Only place in all of our hotels in Albania that provided a kettle. Complementary water provided. Shower was good and toiletries provided. Lift in hotel too. AC wasn’t as cool as I would like, also had a weird setting where the lower you made the temperature go, the hotter the room would get. So you need to increase the number on the remote to cool the room (which seems very counterintuitive).

Tracy (10/5): Gorgeous hotel Great staff - Everything. The staff are incredible Thx to Olga for finding us when we got lost and Kevin for instructions to Pashas Bridge. A young staff but all so keen. The biggest breakfast we’ve ever had. Great AC Great location right in town. -

Kleinauski (8/5): Lage super, preislich okay, nur das mit dem Parkplatz, bzw ferneren das Hotel zu finden ist kompliziert - Die Lage, die Aussicht, kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade auf Stadt Blick Dass es keinen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel gibt, sondern auf einen in der Nähe liegenden privatparkplatz geparkt werden muss.

Jorrit (10/5): Aanrader voor in Gjirokaster - Wij sliepen in de suite met uitzicht op de berg, WAUW! De kamer was ruim, had vele faciliteiten en was ook erg schoon. Overigens ook een fijn bed. Daarnaast was het ontbijt ook erg goed met een fijne ligging in jet centrum. Ten slotte erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader dus. Airco maakte een druppelend geluid.

Oscar (10/5): Un agrado! - Es un hotel bonito de buen gusto con una excelente ubicación en la ciudad antigua y tiene lindas vistas y una gran terraza. Las personas encargadas del hotel son muy agradables y atentas!
Claudia (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf met mooi uitzicht! - D lokatie was top, dichtbij de restaurants, winkels en uitzicht op het kasteel. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ontbijt was uitgebreid genoeg, keuze om binnen of buiten te zitten. Al met al een aanrader voor een bezoek aan deze stad. Kamers wellicht iets te klein voor 2 volwassenen met bagage.

Erik (7/5): - De ligging, het groot bed, de goede matras De vriendelijk van het personeel, niemand zij goedemorgen of lachte naar de gasten, met uitzondering van één vriendelijk meisje van de receptie.. Enkel een kast om kleren te hangen, nergens de mogelijkheid om kledij neer te leggen.
