• Nikita (9/5): - The stay at this apartment was phenomenal. We booked very last minute, but were able to get a fantastic deal. Tonka, the owner, was a delight to correspond with. She was even so lovely to provide directions to the venue as well as local recommendations. The apartment was incredibly clean and everything worked very well. The view from the room was also a great highlight. Great location, and even positioned next to one of the most popular seafood restaurants in Old Town. Was very comfortable and happy to stay here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a private apartment. The stairs up to the apartment were a punish, but that’s the charm of Dubrovnik!

• danny (10/5): A brilliant stay with a very helpful host. We felt so lucky to be where we were. Oh my god still can’t get over the view - Oh my god that view! Arguably the best view from a room I’ve ever seen. People were paying €40 to go up the city walls just outside to see the view we had for free. Unreal. Facilities were great and very comfortable Nothing it was great.

• stephan (9/5): Sehr zentral gelegen, toll wenn man nicht viel Zeit in der Stadt hat, kommt man schnell zu allem. - Super Lage, ruhiger Teil in der Altstadt, den Tip mit den vielen Stiegen muss man beachten, vor allem wenn man viel Reisegepäck hat. Gemütlich eingerichtet, kleiner Balkon - der zum Haus gehört, schön in der früh zum sitzen.
• Daniel (8/5): - Located just inside the old city near Buza gate. Apartment is on the top floor with a small window overlooking the old town of Dubrovnik! As it sits on one of the highest points it is also quite a climb to walk back to the apartment.

• Katheryn (10/5): Prefect size studio with an incredible view. - First, our host Tonka was very responsive and communicated with us promptly. She provided exact instructions on how to get to the apartment. The studio apartment was beautiful and the view of old town Dubrovnik was incredible. The bathroom was a nice size with a great shower. Nothing, everything was perfect.

We were at the highest point by the city wall- however there are about 150steps down to the Main Street (and then back up again to bed!). Tonka was a great host and always available if we needed her. The apartment had all the necessities and the bed was comfy in a very modern setting. My own laziness and the steps but the view far outweighs the stairs!

People should know that several stairs must be climbed to reach the apartment, 6 as it is the case in all those located in the Old town
• Diane (9/5): Great place to stay. - The studio apartment was clean and charming, with views of the old town and the sea. The host provided excellent directions on how to get to the building. Our entire stay was extremely comfortable. The apartment is located just under the north city wall, which means that going to and from the central part of Dubrovnik involves going up and down quite a few stairs. That wasn't a problem for us (we liked the location), but could be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

It was one of three apartments we stayed in while in Croatia and it was definitely the most comfortable of the three. The kitchen had great facilities. The location of the apartment was super too, especially for the shuffle bus to the airport - about a 5 minute walk away.

• James (10/5): Exactly what I was looking for, at the right price - perfect stay. - I liked everything about this apartment - amazing location not far from the airport shuttle drop off, just within the walls, but crucially not in the busiest/nosiest part - just a short walk down the hill to the action, and the swimming spots. As a result of the elevated position the view is incredible and I spent some great time with the aircon blasting, looking at the view with a beer! The apartment is spotlessly clean and perfectly furnished, not overly fussy, and with the things you actually need in the kitchen rather than being full of loads of pointless equipment. Lastly, the host Tonka was fantastic - flexible on arrival and departure time, quick to respond, and just generally a good guy, At this price point - nothing.

Tonka was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than expected, and the view from the windows was also fantastic, can see right over the Old Town and the sea. The room was very clean, wifi was great and AC worked very well. N/A
• Gabriela (9/5): Superb - Great location, with the best view of the old town. Studio was clean, modern and enough for a couple of days. There is no blackout for the windows, so when the sun rises the room is bright.
• Denise (10/5): Short and sweet, the air conditioner worked very well. - The location was great considering how Dubrovnik is hilly. The host permitted us to drop off our luggage before check in, which was a great help. Everything was great, especially the two beers and coffee provided by the host.

• Lindsay (10/5): Excellent apartment with a wonderful view. - It’s a lovely room within the old town walls. The room has a lovely ocean view. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating - allowing me to leave luggage when I arrived too early for checkin - highly recommend. Be aware that there are a couple of flights of steps up to the apartment (it’s the same for most places in old town) plus one flight up to the apartment. To get to the town square, it’s a fair amount of stairs so you need to be prepared for stairs.

I would suggest to add somehing like "Next to Lady Pi Pi restaurant" since google map showed another address. Only one set of keys, doors cann't be open without a key, so if one person leaves the other person is trap unless you don't lock the 3 doors, however since there are 2 apartments, what happens if the other guests leaves and lock the doors?
• Win23 (10/5): Highly recommend. Would stay again. - Location, cleanliness, facilities, room style, view, communication. And the welcome beer in the frig. Good for 2 adults.
• Christine (10/5): BEST views of Dubrovnik Old Town from the room. - Location of the studio is unbeatable for the old town views. We stayed 4 nights and just couldn’t stop complimenting this place for having the view of Dubrovnik old town. The Lady Pi-Pi restaurant next to the studio has the best seafood platter for two with by far the best price we found in the old town. Be there early to beat the crowds. Nothing really. As long as you get up through the route close to the Buza Gate, the steps are definitely manageable and you get down quick through the steps right next to the studio. The tenant on the floor below told us that it was a bit noisy when we walked around the studio due to hard surface floor, so be a bit careful and try to gentle when walking around in the studio.

It is just a couple of doors from the wonderful Lady PiPi restaurant where we ate several times. Very quiet inside with double glazed windows and quality block-out shutters. Nice view from the window if you lean out. Place was very clean. The owner, Tonka was delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Access was up some tight stairs and required three keyed doors. This made it a struggle with heavy luggage. Lots of steps from the Stradun but that comes with the quietness.

The apartment was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, had great views, and a kitchenette that had everything you could need. It's a stones throw away from a lovely cafe bar with incredible views - we went for breakfast twice and dinner once. Would absolutely stay here again! Nothing to not like!

Ideal for couples exploring the town and relaxing with a coffee on the balcony. Such beautiful fragrant plants and flowers everywhere except in this property. Towels are crispy. Television only has 3 channels . Can opener needed only fine details though. Pint of milk and bottle of wine would be more inviting .

The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need, there were plenty of fresh towels and lovely additional touches such as shower gel and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The location was perfect, views stunning and the owner couldn’t do enough to make your stay perfect. It really was an exceptional stay in a beautiful apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I would highly recommend.

This is also helpful if you are not so young & fit, and want to avoid endless stairs (and walk via main road) when accessing the Old Town via Pile Gate no real issues - although this old town apartment does have steep stairs (like almost all in the old town)

The host, Tonka, was very accessible all the time, and the apartment is very good. Bear in mind that stairs are challenging in Dubrovnik overall, and the access to the apartment does not differ, but nothing that cannot be managed.
