• Małgorzata (10/5): - We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment in May 2026 during a short visit to Dubrovnik. From the very beginning, communication with the property managers was excellent. They helped us arrange an airport transfer, and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Petra, who showed us around the apartment and shared many useful tips about staying in Dubrovnik. The apartment was very neat, clean, and well-prepared, with towels provided on site, coffee and team on the kitchen. There are quite a few stairs to reach the apartment, but the breathtaking view from the windows makes it absolutely worth it — they overlook the walls of the Old Town directly. We highly recommend this place! It may be problematic for people who are unable to climb a large number of stairs.

• Adriana (8/5): Apto muy bien equipado y comodo, hay muchas escaleras para llegar. - El apartamento es confortable, estaba muy bien equipado, en la cocina y el baño tenian muchos detalles que hacen que uno se sienta mas comodo (te, cafe, cotonetes, lima de uñas...) Al estar tan alto tiene una vista muy linda de la muralla. Hay muchisimas escaleras para llegar al apto. Esta muy alto en la ciudad.
• Ines (9/5): - Apartamento cómodo, con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Preciosas vistas a la ciudad y a los tejados. Lo sabíamos, pero es complicado subir tantas escaleras con equipaje. De todas formas vale la pena por la ubicación.

• Silvia (8/5): Cómodo, confortable con muchas escaleras para llegar. - El apartamento es muy cómodo, eramos 3 personas, La cama de la segunda habitación solo tiene espacio para una mesita de luz, y queda pegada a la pared. Las chicas que nos ayudaron con el check in muy agradables. La cantidad de escaleras que hay que subir para llegar al apartamento. Si llevas mucho equipaje o tenés algún problema de movilidad no es para nada práctico.

Ekstra pluss for at det var fylt opp med kaffekapsler til kaffemaskin og rikelig med såpe og shampoo i små plastflasker på badet. God kommunikasjon med utleier som svarte raskt opp våre henvendelser under oppholdet Ingenting

• Rebecca (9/5): - Host met us outside the Pile Gate and walked us to the apartment. Very easy communication with host leading up to our stay. Great location and very comfortable apartment. Loved the view of the wall and roof tops from the windows. Air conditioning in main bedroom and living area welcome relief on hot days. Would recommend and stay again.

• Shania (10/5): Excellent stay, excellent location! - The BEST location! In the middle of Old Town. Great facilities, had most of what we needed. Clean. Lovely host! He carried our 27kg suitcase up all the steps, we felt very guilty but very appreciative. Very very minor, probably not worth noting but maybe add some things like salt and oil in the kitchen. There was tea and coffee, so this is purely additional.

Host was very kind--met us at taxi drop off outside city gate and helped us carry luggage through the old town (be prepared for LOTS of steps/stairs--smaller luggage would be easier). The apartment was beautiful and just as pictured--full kitchen was very useful/nice to have. Made the walk to Banje Beach--also highly recommend!

Met on arrival by Laura who was helpful and explained where everything was and how everything worked. Big double bed in one room for me and my wife, and our daughters (14 & 16) shared the other double room. Really clean and everything we needed, (including washing machine and liquid). Thank you for a great stay in an incredible city! Nothing, it was great!

• C (8/5): Great location, so close to the wall! - The property was as expected and Josip was kind enough to meet us at the gate to help with luggage, get us settled and to make suggestions for places to eat. Staying in the old town means plenty of steps but we didn't find it too challenging. Rooms are a good size, lots of window for breeze and AC if needed. The property is right next to the wall so it's fun to see it out the front door. If you don't want to climb steps, this property isn't for you but that's the case for pretty much any place in the old town. We didn't mind it but for those who have mobility issues, it would be a challenge. While the place is clean, the bathroom would often have a smell coming from the dry drain pipe in the bathroom floor.

The location was excellent, a five minute walk to Pile Gate and five minutes to the nearest supermarket. Josip was really lovely to deal with, very helpful and friendly. He met us when we arrived to the city, brought us to the apartment and spent time with us, showing us a map of the city, where everything is and recommending restaurants and bars

We arrived late at night and arranged a transfer which was a perfect process! we were met at the airport and driven to the city wall where Josip met us and took us to the accomodation. • Manso (7/5): Good - Very easy connection to host. They were waiting for us at Pile Gate and took us walking to the apartment. It is a five minute walk with quite a few stairs, so should think about it if you are carrying heavy luggage. The apartment is nice and sunny with quite nice views. It is also well equipped The big But is the smell in the toilet. It was a pipe smell, not because the toilet was dirty, but it was seriously intense. Not even keeping the window open all night would make it go away. Fortunately the rest of the flat didn't smell if you kept the toilet door closed, but it was quite unpleasant. It is a real pity, because it is otherwise a nice place.
