- Michael (9/5): Fantastic location very comfortable stay - It was roomy and spacious. The beds were comfortable lots of storage and hanging space. The kitchen has great storage and good cooking facilities. No views
- Maria Del Mar (6/5): - La ubicación. A 5 minutos a pié del centro de Málaga Pequeño. Pedimos un cambio de sábanas y nos ignoraron; tuvimos que comprar un juego de sábanas por nuestra cuen para poder dormir en sábanas limpias. Las toallas de ducha eran de tamaño lavabo, enanas. La cocina es un rincón que le han reducido al salón ya de por sí pequeño. Una de las habitaciones tiene lámparas de noche de pared con conector usb pero sin suministro eléctrico, y los enchufes de una de las paredes estaban desencajados y sueltos. En el baño casi teníamos que entrar de perfil, y gracias a que somos dos chicas delgadas, porque un tío de 1'90 cm y 100 kg de peso no podría sentarse en el WC porque queda encajonado entre la ducha y el mueble del lavabo.

Dés le lendemain la porte de douche nous est tombé sur le coin de la tête la poignée nous est resté dans les mains il y a une fuite dans la cuisine il y a un trait tout le long du mur qu'on ne voit pas spécialement lors de la première visite il y a un tout petit ballon d'eau chaude donc au bout de deux douches il n'y a plus d'eau chaude alors que l'appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes le sèche-cheveux on dirait un jouet autant vous dire que quand on a les cheveux longs c'est l'horreur.
Et on est arrivé la semaine où il y a énormément de travaux. Et nous repartons sans notre caution alors on espère franchement la récupérer.

- Anne-Marie (9/5): Beautiful apartment in good location - Location was excellent, very central to the city itself and accessible to transport for days put, the cathedral, shops.
The apartment itself was clean, tidy and well presented There is a late check in fee after 10pm, that we didn't find out about until after we had made our non-refundable booking. If you are arriving on a late flight, it is an extra expense. I feel it would be more appropriate if this was disclosed before customers make a booking, and they can decide for themselves. Other than this, our stay was very good

- Jane (7/5): - The location was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of towels and shower gel/shampoo provided provided. Check in was quick and easy, checkout was 11.30am which was much appreciated. There was very little natural light in the apartment. The bathroom, particularly the shower was very small and cramped. The coffee "machine" was a large Moka pot, not really a machine as such.
- Denisa (7/5): Great location, but many unresolved issues - The accommodation has a great location in the centre of Málaga, close to “La Manquita”. Everything was within walking distance, which we really appreciated. However, during our stay we encountered several issues. The electrical circuit for the kitchen appliances kept tripping, so we couldn’t use the fridge and we also didn’t have hot water for showering, as the water heater is located in the kitchen. We contacted the host, but received no response at all.
In one of the bedrooms, the bedside lamps didn’t work. There was a cockroach on the bathroom floor. The apartment looked modern and nice at first glance, but many walls were dirty, splattered and stained. The shower doors didn’t close properly, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor – and we noticed this issue had already been mentioned in older reviews, yet still hasn’t been fixed.
We also read in previous reviews that the issue with the front door lock and key was reported more than a year ago and remains unresolved.
The view from the window was disappointing – it only faced the inner courtyard, and the neighbours’ windows were just a short distance away.

We weren’t told that the lock was difficult so we nearly didn’t get back into the property on the first night and old man was putting out his rubbish so kindly let us in at 11pm
The next day we struggled again and same man let us in
Other attempts took 5-10 minutes to get into property trying to open the door it was pretty stressful

The tv area and kitchen facilities were nice for our group especially as when it was raining outside.
Building is quiet and easy to operate. Good communication with the manager ahead of the stay as well. One small bathroom. We managed with 3 ppl. However it was very tight.
The lack of windows also was missing. However we were mainly indoors to sleep.

Friendly and competent staff close to premises. Lack of electric kettle. Flat a trifle dark (on 2nd floor of c. 6 storey building, with windows onto inner courtyard).
