• Marco (9/5): Ospitalità a Napoli - Salve di Ariell B&B mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto, scelto per il prezzo ma poi dalla posizione strategica dalla pulizia e cordialità, se dovessi tornare a Napoli sicuramente tornerei qui da Ariel. Non mi è piaciuto solo essere venuto per soli 4 giorni

• Stéphane Sinsout (10/5): Un petit miracle - En plein centre d'une ville bouillonnante et sympathiquement bordélique, et pourtant dans une impasse silencieuse et sécurisée. Parfaitement propre et équipé, avec un mini frigo en plus d'une cuisine partagée largement fournie, nettoyée et supervisée. Lit très confortable, SDB totalement fonctionnelle, propriétaires disponibles, réactifs et très discrets , petit balcon appréciable, quelques attentions bienvenues (bouteille d'eau, gel douche, savon) Si on veut chipoter, la petite lumière de l'alarme allumée nuit et jour, qui oblige à dormir avec une protection sur les yeux. Mais c'est vraiment pour dire.....

You cannot cook here as it not meant for this, which was fine by us as said upon booking

• Karen (10/5): Authentic stay in the heart of Naples - Great location, close to everything and the city center. You really feel like you’re in Italy. The receptionist kindly helped us carry our luggage up the stairs, which is something to keep in mind if you’re coming with heavy bags. He was also very kind to leave us a small welcome gift, like a souvenir. Excellent value for money and cleanliness 10/10.

• Soma (8/5): Good apartment in the center - Good location in the center. Nice balcony and common kitchen. The room was also nice and clean. Nice host, we could even drop our bags off early, before checking in. There is no Wifi in the rooms that are not by the reception, so to use the Wifi you have to go to reception... Also there is no cooking pot in the kitchen, so what's the point of having one? It would cost about 5€ to get a pot and the kitchen would be usable. The room is also a bit small.

The receptionist girl was nice too. Maybe only the fact that there were low water pressure in the shower.

In the city centre but still a quiet place. Close to everything. The shower is very small and it was not very clean. The water is weak.

The staff was patient and communicated well as we experienced a train delay in traveling to Naples. The room was very small and was not really appropriate for 3 adults. The kitchen was shared, as was the tiny balcony. This shared balcony was right outside our window so people were inches away as they ate there. There was no city view. I feel that the description of the property was misleading.

The sheets were stained. The window opened onto the terrace where people smoked. So, smoke air instead of fresh air. The Internet was also not working.

The room was basic, but the fridge is a bonus, and good value for money for the price paid. No wifi in the room. The lady who checked us in was nice but did not speak English. The room was not completely clean, especially in the bathroom
