I had to check in a few hours later and when I finally got to the hotel to check in they told me that they have canceled my booking because I didn't arrive on time and that they had no more rooms available. after a long time they found a solution, I got a room and they told me that I can only stay in the room for 1 night and that the next day I will get a new room and that was just not okay. I told the reception that I don't want anyone to go into the room to clean, they said okay to that. I left the hotel to go to the beach, when I came back a few hours later I could see that they had been inside my room and taken the one bed - all my things were on the bed, they had taken my things and put them on other bed also they have taken the one bed. I was completely shocked and it's not okay for them to tamper with my things, it was so uncomfortable to think of someone tampering with my things. again I told them not to enter the room but they did it again to clean, then there was one morning when I was sleeping with the door locked and I woke up with a shock because the cleaning staff opened the room with their keys and I ran up and slammed the door. it made me very uncomfortable to stay in that hotel as a woman alone and therefore I had to leave the hotel.

WC musste ich selbst reinigen vor Benutzung. Ansonsten kann ich nur noch über nikotin Gestank mich beschweren die sich im bett festgesetzt hat. Personal war freundlich besonders die an der Rezeption die mir auch eine Fernbedienung für TV und nochmalige Reinigung des Zimmer s ermöglicht hat.

Kahvaltısı doyurucu fakat hergün aynı şeyler çıkıyor hatta yerleri bile değişmiyordu. Patates kızartması seven birisi için 4 gün boyunca söylememe rağmen çıkartmıyoruz kahvaltımız standart dendi.

We were lucky enought to find a parking spot right in front of the building, but I believe it wouldn't have been hard to find street parking nearby. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was also OK. Breakfast was simple, but enough to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

• Mehmet Hanifi (4/5): Gürültülü - Verilen oda kötüydü. Yan odadan gürültü geliyordu neredeyse gece 2- 3 e kadar duydum. Sese o kadar hassas olmayan birisi olarak beni bile rahatsız etti. İki odayı bölmüşler yan odaya ait anahtarlı bir kapı vardı oradan aşırı ses geldi. Odayı değiştirmeleri için talepte bulundum ama odaların dolu olduğu söylendi. Bir gün sonra iş görüşmem vardı. Sayelerinde dinlenemeden gittim. Oda numarası 405'ti. Gidecek olursanız da kesinlikle o odayı almayın. Temizliği güzeldi. Kahvaltı idare ederdi.

• cliff (2/5): - The room that we received was not what we reserved. They were two small adjoining economy rooms instead of the junior suite that was reserved. Our children had booked the same place but when they indicated the check-in time, they didn't notice that the reservation day rolled over. Even though they had paid for their room and they had an available room at 1:30 am, they would not honour the reservation or the payment and would not allow them to stay in the room. In our rooms there were 3 beds instead of 2, but only bedding for 2 and reception would not provide bedding for the 3rd bed. The food in the morning was ok. The juice was undrinkable, the yoghurt was not the normal thick Mediterranean yoghurt, but runny and thin. The buns were good, the eggs, zucchini, stewed sausage were good. Cheeses and olives were ok as well. The kitchen staff were helpful. The morning reception was a bit more helpful but was still unable to direct us to a manager to resolve the other room charges and lack of use.

Anelli is surely one brilliant hotel located not far at all from the local bus ans tram service and also about a mere 40 min walk away from Konyaalti beach. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the breakfast, the service. Everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and very decent three star hotel.

• HASAN (4/5): - Evden çevirme bir otele benziyor. Double oda istememize rağmen esimle 2 tek yataklı ortasında duvar bulunan bir odada kaldık
• Heidi (10/5): - Personalet var så utrolig hjelpsomme, jeg følte meg så velkommen der! Prisen var veldig bra for å være et så fint hotell, sengene var gode, rommet var godt og kjølig, det låg sentralt til og ikke noe bråk. Kommer definitivt tilbake ved en senere anledning 🙂
• Yusuf (10/5): - Bir gece kalmamıza rağmen gerçekten memnun kaldık. Fiyat ve fayda dengesi çok iyi. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve kaliteliydi. Bahçeden yeni koparılmış hissini aldığım domates ve biberler vardı. Resepsiyonda olan genç arkadaş çok ilgiliydi, teşekkürler.
• engin (2/5): - Duvarlar çok ince , gürültüden uyuyamadım. Işığı kesen perde yok. Duş küçük. Kaldığım fiyatın çok altında resepsiyonun başkasına fiyat verdiğini gördüm.
• Haedar (6/5): - The guys at the front desk are very helpful when it comes to food and transportation. The hygiene of the room was not amazing. I felt uncomfortable walking without sandals on. The bathrooms are very small and the bed is not comfortable. But the hot water is very hot and the service from the front desk was great

• L (10/5): Great stay and great location - Stayed here for one night on our way from Kaş going to Cappadocia. The room was spotless and had lots of space. The staff were friendly and their breakfast was really good.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was dirty. I haven't seen a dirtier hotel room in my life. The toilet was awful, there were 'dirty' traces in the toilet and on floor too. There were dirty pants left in the wardrobe It seems they haven't cleaned under the bed for months and I saw a pair of socks, fluff and dust covering the area under the bed.
