• Lavrencija (10/5): Pristno doživetje Toskane - Fabio in Francesca sta izjemna gostitelja. Lokacija hiše je idealna za obisk okoliških mest in toskanskega podeželja. Uživali smo v jutranji kavi na terasi in večerih ob kaminu. Okolica hiše je zelo lepo urejena, razgledi so prekrasni. Hiša je udobna in lepo opremljena z vsem, kar potrebujete za prijetno bivanje. Z veseljem bi se še vrnili. Čeprav je že jesen, poskrbite za zaščito proti komarjem.
• Margus (7/5): Hea - Vsstuvõtt viisakas, tutvustas olukorda ja võimalusi. Andis soovitusi. Saabudes oli maja külm, kuigi olin ette informeerinud tulekust ja oleks saanud kütte sisse lülitada varem. Kahjuks ei osanud varem leida infot raudtee remondist meie lõigul mistõttu pidime autoga Firenzesse käima
• Irma (9/5): TOP locatie, echt Italiaans en helemaal compleet door onze leuke gastheer Fabio. - Het is prachtig gelegen en een perfecte uitvalsbasis naar alle mooie dorpjes en plaatsen toe in Toscane. Het is heerlijk rustig en een fijn en comfortabel ‘thuiskomen’ na een enerverende dag. Fabio de host is geweldig, super gastvrij en heeft ons verblijf extra bijzonder gemaakt door ons de mooiste plekjes, restaurantjes en andere te vertellen. Hierdoor hebben we ons helemaal kunnen onderdompelen in het ECHTE Italië en haar mooie mensen, landschap, keuken en cultuur. Alles was top en we zouden er zo weer naar teruggaan.

• Hilde (9/5): Super huis in een fantastische omgeving - De ligging van het ruime huis en de host, die altijd bereid was tips te geven over mogelijke uitstappen. Heel attent, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Misschien iets te weinig glazen, maar dat is eigenlijk een detail...
• Monika (9/5): - Die freundlichen Menschen; die Berglage, umgeben von Olivenbäumen; die Ruhe und ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber!! -
• Guest (8/5): Prachtig toscaans gevoel. - Het uitzicht richting het huisje is echt een prachtig om te zien. Er is een klein weggetje richting het huis waarnaast een mooie olijvengaarde is. Het huis zelf is ook echt prachtig ingericht van binnen met goede badkamers en een prachtige trap voor de bovenverdieping. Er zijn 4 airco's aanwezig in het huis. Echter, de onderste verdieping heeft twee airco's die absoluut niet naar behoren werken. We hadden ze langer aanstaan dan we gewild hadden en in de avond was het nog altijd immens benauwd binnen. Je kon de ramen niet open laten, omdat er een enorme hoeveelheid aan muggen is in het gebied.

• Guest (10/5): Amazing - The villa was great and the scenery around it was amazing too. The kitchen, washer and dryer, and the wi-fi were all very usable, and the place was clean and tidy. The hospitality of the owners however was above and beyond what could be expected. Fabio’s generosity cannot be overstated, and he elevated our time in Tuscany greatly. The price is beyond fair; you should go out of your way to stay here. No TV
• Monika (10/5): Wspaniały domek w samym sercu Toskanii - Przepiękny domek, wspaniały ogród, bardzo czysto i świetna baza wypadowa do Florencji, Pizy, Sieny, czy La Spezii. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel Nie było takiej rzeczy

• Wenching (10/5): - Un bon séjour d’évasion pour une virée dans la vie toscane. L’hôte Fabio vous accueille en personne pour une présentation de la maison. Bonne communication via WhatsApp avec Fabio pour les informations complémentaires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit terrain pour jouer au basket et pour faire le BBQ. Un grand merci à M Fabio pour son accueil et sa mise à disposition de cette demeure.

• Caroline (9/5): Delightful introduction to Tuscany. - Lovely location with beautiful views, very helpful and friendly host. Within easy reach of hill towns such as Vinci and San Gimignano. We couldn't find the toaster and there was no electric kettle though we did manage with the one on the hob.

• Johan (7/5): Mooie verbouwde schuur met schaduwrijk terras en goede ligging om een paar mooie steden te bezoeken. - Zeer rustige ligging. Host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Het was erg warm dus een zwembad(je) zou geen overbodige luxe zijn geweest. Zeer hobbelige toegangsweg.

It is situated in perfect place to visit many beatiful and historical places by car, make shopping or take a train in town of Empoli. Owners are very friendly and helpful.
