• Tracy (9/5): Spacious, clean & convenient stay in Venice - It was a very spacious, clean apartment & wonderful location (easy walking to/from the Grand Canal near the Realto Bridge. Only one set of keys so if family members want to split up it was inconvenient. A door lockbox with a code to store key set would be a plus. Miscommunication with our host as to the meeting place. Apparently, port means apartment door not by the Grand Canal where we got off the water bus. Also, a reminder that fees would be collected at check-in and a contract would be signed.

• Greg (8/5): Great stay just wish we could have been warm in the unit - Location was great. Everything was good except the heater. Heater is the bedroom. The bedrooms were very cold and there were not blankets. Talked to the host many times without a solution.

Нет лифта - надо поднимать чемоданы самим на последний этаж. ❗️но самое главное : в кровати нас покусали два дня насекомые, скорее всего это клопы(. На проблему и просьбу заменить матрас владельцы никак не отреагировали, так что мы вынуждены были переехать в нормальное место рядом. Rosa Salva suite , где такие же апартаменты , но с новыми кроватями, лифтом и никаких насекомых. Не рекомендую!

Kitchen was well stocked if you were to stay in and make meals at the apartment. floors were dirty. Host was not overly nice and the person who dropped off keys and try to explain things did not speak English. That was frustrating.
• Sharon (8/5): Very good - The property was wonderful and clean and very central which was great The lighting on the stairs up to the apartment is terrible and switches off all the time and we could not find a light switch at the bottom of the stairs before you even start climbing up

Appartmemt’s location was excellent to walk everywhere and we felt like locals staying at an authentic venetian building with the comfort if brand new and clean appartment.

Also were not advised that there were 3 Flights of stairs to get to apartment. 4 Adults, 9 pieces of Luggage all carried. No elevator. Stairs and location Power out one evening. Need to take out your own trash .

We were very central, so everything was reachable by foot. Whilst in the apartment, it was very comfortable and very quiet. The facilities were excellent and the check in / check out process was smooth. I can't fault the apartment, it was a great find and I highly recommend it.

It was furnished beautifully and equipped with all the things that you need. The location is very good and 5 minutes away from San Marco and Rialto. They also provided a list of groceries nearby and recommended restaurants. Linda was also very kind in helping us book the water taxi’s. Thank you very much 😊 Nothing!!

• Mihai (7/5): Nice apartment, unresponsive and misleading hosts. - Nice apartment, a but sparsely furnished but overall good looking, comfortable, well appointed. Great location with really good view of the canals. The property was absolutely fine, but the property managers left a lot to be desired. The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning, and when we arrived we specifically asked about it, since the air was pretty stuffy inside. The lady that greeted us promptly told us that the air was very easy to use, and pointed us towards the multiple remotes meant to operate the air conditioning machines throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, none of them worked, and after trying to troubleshoot multiple times we reached out to the owners. Nobody was available ( it was the weekend) and even the emergency number was not working. After multiple failed attempts to reach a live person, finally on Monday we got a reply, and it was that the air conditioning was not supposed to turn on until several days after we concluded our trip. Of course, we asked why the apartment was advertised as having working air conditioning if they knew that it wasn’t going to work yet, and we also asked why their representative basically lied to us, to which they said something along the lines of “we can’t do anything about it, do you expect air conditioning in the winter too?” Nothing about providing false information to customers, not even a modicum of apology, not offering at least fans for the bedrooms or something to make the temperature better, just a patronizing reply. Eventually they offered to refund us 100 euros “ if we want”. We didn’t, this was insulting given the 600 euros per night paid for this apartment. So, in short, very nice and well located apartment, and if you need nothing from your hosts and you are lucky enough and everything works, your stay should be very pleasant. But if you need anything from your host, and especially if it’s over the weekend, you may not have the experience you’re looking for. Oh, and if you think you can just get cross ventilation from opening the windows, think again. We were devoured by mosquitoes after keeping the windows open for 10 minutes.
• Brenda (7/5): Enjoyed our holiday. - Location Very clean Huge and beautiful property No microwave ( which is essential for an Airbnb) even if it’s listed in the facilities on booking.com Aircon not working so it made our stay uncomfortable especially at night time. We cannot sleep for we have to open windows and we have big flies coming in the property and had mosquito bites as well. This is for the duration of our stay. We have informed our host but was told that the aircon cannot be fixed. We can’t even change or adjust the thermostat to make our rooms cooler for it was fixed.

We were disappointed that the QR code to access the guest book, linked us to a blank .pdf. Since this was our first trip to Venezia, it would have been nice to see the restaurants and activities recommended by the hosts.

Independently controlled bathroom radiators to get towels dry, another sofa so everyone could relax. Bigger bins in the kitchen and a proper coffee maker - if one exists for induction hobs!

The towels are of very poor quality and the apartment is very hot. The air conditioning is locked at 23 degrees Celsius and cannot be changed. I sent a message to the staff twice and nobody got back to me. For the money paid, this should be better.
• Jing (8/5): Great location & good size apartment - The location, the apartment is in the heart of the Venice, close to everything, and can walk everywhere. It's also one of the cutest part of Venice, where you can take the gondola ride right outside the building, between two bridges, a great spot for photos and people watching. An authentic old apartment building, nearly renovated inside the apartment and good space for the living room and 2 bedrooms. Great for a group of friends (4 people) or a family. It is clean. The service and communication of the host. I contacted the owner right after I made the booking over 1+ months in advance to let them know that my friends will arrive at the apartment first in the afternoon to check-in and gave her contact details etc...A week before our arrival, they whatsapp me again and the information I gave a month ago was not passed through obviously. I have to send them again with my friend's contact details. Their check-in time is 3-7pm, my friends arrived 7.10pm and the lady asked for late check-in fee! Never in my life I have heard of late check-in fee! I requested the owner to arrange a water taxi for pick up from the airport and directly to the apartment. The fair should be Euro130 as listed very clear at the pier. The owner told my friend Euro150, when I asked 2 mins later, it says 160 , because arrive after 10pm there's additional Euro10. But guess what, when we arrived the water driver told us Euro170! So we got over charged Euro30. Check-out time, written on their confirmation website, it shows check-out at 11am. But the lady who handover the key told us the check-out time is at 10am instead. On the check-out day, the cleaner lady arrived at 10am.

• Brad (10/5): This is literally the perfect property to enjoy Venice. - The location is spectacular! It is placed right between Rialto and St. Marco with a wide range of restaurants and shopping nearby. One bedroom and the living room looked directly over a small canal with a gondola pier right outside. There is a private bridge over the canal to the property. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed, and the kitchen is well designed. Our local contact, Elisa, was spectacular, assisting with setting up water taxis for arrival and departure, and allowing us to drop our luggage off at the property in advance of check-in. While the living room/dining area is nice, the property could use an additional sofa or loveseat, and a larger dining table.

The apartment was very spacious, the bathrooms and showers were great and the Airconditioning was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Michaela met us where the taxi dropped us and got us all settled. She was easy to communicate with and organized a water taxi to take us straight to the airport. It was a great stay! • Jiayin (8/5): great experience spoiled by the water taxi incident - great location, great facilities i asked the staff to book a water taxi for me the night before my flight, they promised to do so but never wrote back updating me whether there was any taxi available. the staff member left me on read and never responded, i scrambled to arrange for public transport the next morning and i almost missed my flight!!! if there was no taxi available she should have let me know! this was very unprofessional!!

• Celine (10/5): Wonderful Venetian Getaway - This was the second time that we have stayed at this Venice property. It is a well furnished, spacious and comfortable second story apartment with just about every amenity needed. There are views of a canal and a quaint courtyard. It is in the perfect location to visit the major Venice sites as it is just minutes from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. We booked transportation with Rest and Relax. This provided an easy and stress free experience from airport to apartment and back. Belinda, our host, was cheerful, helpful, provided great directions and was always available for questions. It was even a better experience than the first time! Stairs, But stairs provided a great view and exercise!

We found the greeting and the service provided by the host to be professional and very helpful (organising our water taxi transfers and tour recommendations). The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

She gave us a comprehensive tour of the property, handed over the keys, and then left us to settle in. Throughout our stay, Marina was impressively responsive via WhatsApp, always quick to address any queries or concerns. The property itself was delightful, boasting an ideal location. It's just a brief 5-minute stroll from both St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Venice's most famous landmarks.

• Keith (9/5): Great location and comfortable apartment. - Location was great! Easy walk to St Mark's square and Rialto, but on a small canal away from the tourist noise. The apartment was nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and clean, modern bathrooms. The kitchen was small, but equipped well for our needs. Furniture for sitting in the living room space was not comfortable for 4 people. The sofa was comfortable, but only accommodated 2...the other 2 wooden chairs were not great for sitting and chatting. I booked a water taxi from the airport, but we were not able to find it when we arrived. If I had known how easy it was to just get one (not reserved) at the airport, I would not have wasted the 45 min communicating with the check-in host about a reservation that did not exist.

• Darren (6/5): Paid for the Ritz Carlton and got the Hotel 6 but there was no A/C on - The showers are a nice size, but there was no place to put soap or shampoo. The apartment was very hot because there was no A/C running and we couldn't find the remote to turn it on. The person who met us call the main office who was not help at all, she did get in touch with the owner who showed up about 15 minutes later. He had the remotes locked in a closet, that took care of the A/C problem. The biggest thing is that there was only a few amenities, 6 coffee pods for 4 people staying four nights and 2 small bottles of water, no plates, however there was plenty of silverware and glasses. No paper towels at all very little toilet paper (I sent a message to the main office on our 3rd day about 3pm because we were out of toilet paper and was told that there was no one in the office and there was a store not far from the apartment, that we would have to get some for ourselves. When they could have called the owner who lives next door and told him we were out of toilet paper. Long story short is bring your own toilet paper and paper towels when staying here.

• Wendie (10/5): Wonderful stay in Venice - Best location, in San Marco between St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge. Romantic, beautiful location by the side of a small canal over a little bridge. The apartment is large, new, clean and modern. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine. Communications prior to and during stay were excellent. They arranged our water taxi directly from and back to the airport. Host representative met us at boat landing and brought us up to our apartment. Highly recommend this place. Gondolas waiting just outside in the canal, we just hopped on one in the evening! Close to banks, markets and lovely retail shops. Walk to vaporetto stops and everywhere in Venice! We didn’t have a problem but prospective guests should note the apartment is on the third level and there are only stairs.

Stay has premium interior making the overall experience comfortable and luxurious There were so many stairs and so check-in & check-out could be tiresome with heavy luggage especially when traveling with a family.

Ample amenities were provided to make the stay unforgettable. Flavia who met us to hand over the apartment keys was extremely helpful. We were contacted the day before our arrival to confirm the arrival time and ample info was given on how to reach the apartment. Definitely our go to apartment when we come back to Venice!! A lift maybe? LOL Carrying suitcases up 2 flight of stairs was not easy.... but it is Venice after all :) The charm of the apartment more then made up for the stairs

• Lchar (9/5): Convenient, clean, roomy 2/2. - Great location with easy access to the vaporetto (Rialto stop). Lots of restaurants nearby. Had some early morning noise but not too bad. Living/dining area was roomy and bedrooms were nice with two full baths. No lift and stairs are a bit steep so warning in case of heavy luggage, but not a problem for us. Totally personal but living room only had one couch. Dining chairs were plastic so not very cushy/not great unit for hanging out, but you're in Italy - so can always hang out at a restaurant/bar/cafe. None.

The girl who checked us in Giulia was very nice and helpful. they orders us a water taxi from the train station to the apartment and then one from the apartment to the airport. the stay was seamless. great customer service and very nice place to stay!! the WiFi is a bit spotty but much to be expected in Venice. it’s hit or miss many places due to all the buildings. Also, the room near the canal you can hear some noise from people outside.
