- SARAH (10/5): - إقامة ممتعة مع الأهل الجولف كار تطول أو يقولك غير متوفره الان ( المسافات قريبه لكن لكبار السن يحتاجون ) كان يوم خميس وما فيه أي نشاط مع العلم تم التواصل قبل الحجز وتم تأكيد انه يوجد أنشطة غنائية كل ويكند وبرضو لما وصلت سألت قالوا إيه فيه ليلة مغربية أو شتوية ولا صار في لا ذي ولا ذي عدم وجود ميني ماركت

- Mohammad (4/5): تجربه جيده لكنها مكلفة جدا والقيمة اقل بكثير من المال - الحديقة الوسطية مع النافورة جميله جدا خاصه بالليل الطعام لذيذ وجيد الفلل الصغيره سيئه جدا لا تستطيع فتح الستائر نهائيا لا ليل ولا نهار نوافذ الفلل متقاربه جدا ولا يوجد خصوصيه الي جمبك جالس معاك وما تعرف الليل من النهار كل هالعيوب والايجار اليومي بسعر 1000 ريال مع اثاث قديم ومستهلك وشاشة تلفاز صغيره ولايوجد بها اي نظام ترفيه والماء فيه مشكله ان المضخة لاتعمل بشكل جيد مما يزعج اثناء الاستحمام يوجد نمل في الغرفه اسعار الطعام غاليه جدا ومبالغ فيها ولا يوجد اسعار خاصه للنزلاء

- البقمي (9/5): - النظافة الاستقبال وخاصة موظفة الاستقبال خدومة وسريعة في اجراءات الدخول ونظافة المنتجع بشكل عام وقربه من الرياض ومنطقته جميلة جدا والاهتمام بالاشجار والنخيل والتشجير رائع ووجود حيوانات لطيفة في المنتجع رائع الطعام لذيذ وسريعة الخدمة وبوفيه الافطار ايضا جميل والخدمات الفندقية الموجودة في المنتجع رائعة خدمة الغرف رائعين وخدومين جدا وخاصة الاخ السوداني والبقية ايضا الاخ المصري ارتفاع اسعار المطعم عند طلب الماكولات والحلويات مخدات الاسرة غير مريحة من جميع افراد الاسرة متعبة للرقبة والراس منتفخة بشكل مبالغ فيه مثل البالونة غير مريحة ايضا عازف الاورق سئ ومزعج برفعة الصوت في الغناء وصوت الاورق مرتفع جدا يرجى استبداله بفنون شعبية او غيره وعدم فتح النادي الرياضي سواء الرجالي او النسائي مغلق في جميع الاوقات ولا يوجد موظفين في الداخل ولكم جزيل الشكر على هذا المنتجع الفخم والرائع هذي الملاحظات لتفاديها ورفع المستوى العالي للمنتجع والتحسين وليست للنقد .

- Mohammed (5/5): - الموقع للأسف، كانت التجربة مخيبة للآمال مقارنة بالسعر المرتفع جداً الذي دفعته — قرابة 9,000 ريال مقابل ليلتين في فيلا خاصة بثلاث غرف. توقعت مستوى أعلى بكثير من حيث النظافة والخدمة، لكن الواقع كان مختلفاً تماماً: • الفيلا لم تكن نظيفة بالشكل المطلوب • المسبح يفتقر إلى النظافة والصيانة • الجلسات الخارجية كانت متسخة بشكل واضح، ويبدو أنها لم تُنظف منذ فترة • مفارش الأسرّة غير صالحة للنوم إطلاقاً • المطعم الرئيسي مليء بالذباب، مما اضطرنا لتحويل الطعام داخل الفيلا لعدم القدرة على الأكل هناك المكان لا يرقى أبداً لما يُفترض أن يقدّمه مقابل هذا السعر، وهناك حاجة واضحة لتحسين مستوى الخدمة والنظافة بشكل عاجل
