• ぷぷ (5/5): - ・ロフト階段が危ない設計になっている。 ・シャンプー、歯ブラシなどの洗面用具が一切ない。スリッパーもない。 ・暗い（照明も薄暗い） ・清潔度について疑問を持たせる。既存備品が破損（階段の後ろの収納にある化粧鏡）したり、汚れ（フォーク）が付いたりする。スリッパーがないにも関わらず、床がとても綺麗には見えない。

• Nick (10/5): Excellent - The location is great, close to Shibuya Station and within walking distance of Ebisu Station. Restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby, making it very convenient. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I'd love to stay here again.

• Aadam (8/5): - Great location and super convenient if you are just looking for a base to leave your luggage, however the apartment itself was a little bit small for three guys in their 20s. There were a few things in terms of cleanliness with how there were a few odd stains on surfaces and the towels smelling after two uses. If that doesn’t bother you then you will definitely like this place due to its convenience and easy of getting around!

• Keijiro (10/5): - The location was great and close to Shibuya Station, so it was the perfect place to stay in Tokyo. The room was very clean and the area was quiet, so I had a very comfortable stay. You can also walk to Ebisu Station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants very close to the room. I highly recommend this accommodation. When I return to Tokyo, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for a truly wonderful trip.
• Micah (10/5): - I visit Japan regularly and noticed a few bad reviews on this location so I’d thought I’d give my two cents. Location is awesome. It’s a very vertical apartment so if you are elderly I don’t suggest it. The AC wasn’t a problem, you just have to figure out how to work it. The Top floor is tall enough to stand up in and I’m 5’10. Can’t think of many negatives. If I lived in Tokyo full time this would be an apartment I wouldn’t mind living in long term.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible. Would not consider this a place for 3 people. The “reclining” sofa in the loft is not sleepable it’s so thin that you can feel the wires in it. Air conditioning does not actually blow cold air, if you are taller than 4’10 u can’t stand in the loft (I’m 5’0) and I had to bend down the entire time, the stairs are incredibly dangerous and if you fall there is no railing to catch you. There is a musty smell radiating through the entire place.
• Bartlomiej (1/5): Dark, not as in the pictures, cockroaches, bad support - The location is decent, about a 15-minute walk from Shibuya Station. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The apartment was not as nice or cozy as shown in the pictures. Stairs are very steep and dangerous. The only two larger windows face another building just 2 meters away, so there was very little natural light, even during the day. Additionally, the plants, wall art, and the sofa shown in the pictures were not present; the living room setup was completely different. Not cleaned properly before and not once during our stay. On our second day, we encountered large cockroaches. When I reached out to support via chat, there was no response until I had to make an expensive international call. They then told us to buy cockroach spray ourselves and send them the receipt, which was completely unacceptable. While the overall experience wasn’t entirely terrible, I would never stay in this apartment again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

• ANGEL (6/5): - complex A was hard to find. Luckily we had somebody(local) help us locate the entrance. Good thing about this place. It's walking distance to Shibuya crossing.
• Grace (6/5): Good location but many basics missing - Great location. We liked the walk from Ebisu station which is probably easier than the Shibuya way when you have big bags to push. Good eateries around. Please try Naminoue. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Spacious with fridge, washing machine and a kitchenette. Stairs are steep yes, but the design is way off. They cut each step up which is odd and more dangerous unnecessarily. Do not wear socks or shoes when climbing up and down. Lights must be turned off from the first floor so you are essentially climbing up steep stairs in the dark. No power point upstairs as well. Some basics are missing. Hangers and hooks are small things but so necessary. It feels like a space the owners just rent out without hospitality. And yes no flexibility on check in or check out times.

• Esther (5/5): will not pick this again - Everything was clean and bedding smells fresh. the sofa and some furnishings are not accurate as per shown in pictures. there are several convenience stores/eateries along way to the train station the location is a bit of walk from station. Dont pick this in hot seasons. the walk will not be comfortable. my most unpleasant encounter is with the host, who rejected my request to leave my baggage in compound despite there was no one checkin in that day. check out is 11am and i even requested to offer to pay to deposit my bags so we could go out for lunch etc. Do not choose this place if checking out strictly at 11am sharp is not your planned itinerary

• Michele (4/5): I say skip this place! - First, beware that once you book, there is no cancellation. I tried to cancel because our number of travelers changed from 4 to 5 and was unable to switch. Had to rent a second place for our last night. After booking, we were sent an email saying we needed to go to a link to give them our traveler information (which is required by law). Went to the link and it said there was no reservation information. Contacted Hotels and they said I would have to contact the property directly. I sent them an email explaining the issue and was told I needed to talk to Hotels. I responded that Hotels had told me to contact them directly and they never responded. Arrived extremely jetlagged to have no email instructions on how to get into the apartment. There is no one at the property. I had to find a business who would let me use their phone to call the number on the mailbox. They finally sent the email with the check in instructions. This took about an hour - sitting outside on our luggage. "Apartment" was intended for up to 4 people. There was one hard chair (not what is pictured in the photo) and that one chair was broken. The loft sleeping area was up the steepest set of stairs I have ever seen. Literally like going up and down a ladder which is super fun in the middle of the night. The last night, we checked our 5th guest into the place nextdoor which was actually above our apartment up a steep flight of 28 stairs. That apartment had not hot water!
• Seow (1/5): Not very good - I liked the property listing and the way they don’t add their terms in the initial contract of purchasing the nights of stay here. They do their absolute best to assist my troubles when I inquired about my stay and why I must adhere to their regulations like giving an ID for my credit card . They will avoid the question targeted at them for not initially telling u their regulations and rules you need to prepare before checking in and when confronted they push it to this platform customer service. I did not like how sharing of private information was not stated along with the listing and instead just stated only after making my purchase of the listing on this website.

• Herlina (2/5): Anon Shibuya - The room was not clean when we came. The floor in front door dirty and sticky. The picture of the layout in hotel.com is not the same. There’s no chairs to sit and no place to put out luggage’s because they put the mattress beds in 1st floor instead of the 2nd floor like the picture in hotel.com. We have 4 people stayed at property but only 2 glasses available. The owner told us to sit in the 2nd floor but the stairs to 2nd floor is not safe. If you have elderly staying with you they won’t be able to go up. The kettle is dirty. Overall this is the worst experience.
• Juliette (10/5): Amazing fully-equipped and lovely property in Shibuya! - The property is spacious, with many useful equipment and located in a calm area near Shibuya. Everything was carefully prepared for us. The curtains are thin so it was a bit difficult to keep the room in the dark to sleep.
• David (10/5): - Please notify guests when you have received their completed online guest information form. I submitted mine, then was asked to complete the same form some weeks later. Also, please email the manual (lock box info, etc.) at least several days before the stay and make sure the contact phone number is not one that is out of service. The Expedia platform provided links that did not function. It is better to e-mail directly to guests rather than via the Expedia platform. The manual itself was very thorough and useful. Thank you!
• Dan (8/5): great stay - great location, roomy, clean WiFi did not work but mgmt offered a work around, facility and furnishings are a bit dated but fully functional, noise from adjoining units can be a problem.

• seungyong (10/5): - Check-in/check-out is convenient with unmanned service, and the bedroom is comfortable with a duplex structure. I was able to sleep I am very satisfied with the separation of the toilet and bathtub. One suggestion was that it would be better to change to number keys in the future.
